Background and Objectives : Previous jet ventilation is not becoming more common because of high price, making loud noise, and causing a movement of the vocal cords due to the jet stream. So we designed a new type of manually controlled jet ventilation using previous laryngoscope and introduced it's clinical application. Materials and Method : A prospective study involved 20 patients all having undergone surgical intervention under new type of manually controlled jet ventilation from June 2009 to January 2011. The prospective study was to assess the vital sign and operative and postoperative complications. Results : The Manually Controlled Jet Ventilation were performed in 20 patients. 50% of the patients have Post-located laryngeal lesion, 20% with tracheal stenosis, 20% with glottic cancer biopsy and laser cordectomy, 10% with postglottic stenosis. Conclusion : Manually Controlled Jet Ventilation (Manujet) can be used for airway surgery.

This paper studied the training methods less affected by the emotional variation for the development of the robust speech recognition system. For this purpose, the effect of emotional variation on the speech signal and the speech recognition system were studied using speech database containing various emotions. The performance of the speech recognition system trained by using the speech signal containing no emotion is deteriorated if the test speech signal contains the emotions because of the emotional difference between the test and training data. In this study, it is observed that vocal tract length of the speaker is affected by the emotional variation and this effect is one of the reasons that makes the performance of the speech recognition system worse. In this paper, a training method that cover the speech variations is proposed to develop the emotionally robust speech recognition system. Experimental results from the isolated word recognition using HMM showed that propose method reduced the error rate of the conventional recognition system by 28.4% when emotional test data was used.

Shin Hae-Chul's music opened a new horizon in the Korean pop music market where only popular music is produced and the music of a similar genre or pattern is mainstream, which has dissolved the complaints of the public who longed for new music. He experimented with his musical potential every time he released his work, which received favorable reviews in that he raised the level of Korean pop music. To solve the unstable factors in today's pop music, it is important to appeal to the public by capturing quality work through continued studies and creative activities. In that context, the attitude of "Next" is led by the late Shin Hae-Chul, and his qualities as an artist greatly contributed to the development of Korean pop music. This indicates that if musicians strive to develop themselves, and strengthen their creative ability to make bold and new attempts, Korean pop music will lead to another fashionable "K-pop" and will open up a new horizon.

This paper is a study on the methodology of making customized contents according to user 's tendency through the development of learning contents utilizing IT. A variety of learners around the world use mobile devices and mobile learning contents to conduct their learning activities in various fields, and foreign language learning is one of the typical mobile learning areas. Foreign language learning contents suggested in this study is constructed based on the learner's verbal and text information in accordance with the user's vocal tendency. It is necessary to find out a suitable method to translate the user's native language text into the target language and make it into user friendly content.

This study was started the problem consciousness on the tendency of current research which has only focused on specific school even though Salpurichum, which is passed down today, has passed through the first half of the 20th century. We can classify the data in which the tradition aspect of Salpurichum can be researched, into before and after the 1930s, the former is very faint but the latter is a national data at the national level so it is considered they can give a certain degree of trust in understanding the tradition. Even though the data before 1930s is insufficient but it possesses the historical value that tells the phenomenon of that time, this study intends to analyze while reflecting many socio-cultural contexts as much as possible, tries to understand the situation since the 1930s through the actual investigation of the survey report.

During the Japanese colonial era, Chosun Central Young Men's Christian Association Hall, Gyeongseong Public Hall, or Bumingwan was used as multipurpose space where various performances or events were held. Although traditional music performed in each of the places did influence the remaining of traditional music in existence as well as the vitalization of traditional musicians' activity, since these places were mostly for Western music or other genres, no research has been carried out to study the performance of traditional music there in detail. The purpose of this study is to understand the aspects of performing traditional music in multipurpose places mentioned above. Reviewing newspaper materials of the time, this author has examined the aspects of performing traditional music in each of those places in terms of the forms of performances performance programs performers as well as performing groups the aspects of development. First, this researcher considered in what forms traditional music was performed in each of the places mostly. About performance programs, this author divided them into instrumental music, vocal music court music, and folk music. Regarding performers, this study divided them into instrumental music and vocal music professional performers and unprofessional performers male and female master singers and gisaeng and figured out the importance of each of them in different places. Also, concerning the appearance of performers and performing groups, this researcher studied how it was associated with the space, and about the aspects of performance, how it was developed in different periods was examined. In that process, this author has learned that the aspects of performing traditional music in the space were significantly influenced by the characteristics of each space and has clearly and concretely understood performing programs as well as the aspects of performers and groups' activity. With this research as an opportunity, this author expects that research will be actively conducted on the performance of traditional music in each of the places that have not been studied yet and it can contribute to figuring out the development or trends of performing traditional music during the Japanese colonial era.

In this paper, we propose an intention to study the purchase of smart music by Chinese consumers. To study the influence of the originality and usefulness of intelligent music products on the purchase intention of Chinese consumers, and to explore how the originality and usefulness of intelligent music products affect the purchase intention. To achieve this goal, 372 questionnaires were collected through the Internet for frequency analysis, factor analysis, confidence analysis and structural equation analysis of data collection, and were carried out by SPSSV22.0 and AMOSV22.0 methods. Research the validation of assumptions in the model to reveal the psychological and behavioral responses of consumers to smart music products. The results show that the originality and usefulness of new products not only directly affect the purchase intention of Chinese consumers, but also indirectly affect their purchase intention by enhancing their attractiveness. The conclusion of this study is of guiding significance for the development of intelligent music product development and marketing strategy.

The dust chute was a part of equipment in apartment which have been settled down as new residential style in this country since 1960s. However, the dust chute was destructed by results of social discussion, and it ended up old remains which cannot be found in new towns. Nowadays, chute was substituted a collecting system from extra collecting sites which were prepared near residential area. This phenomenon was caused by the poor separating collection. Since the early part of 1995, the whole vocal operating the volume-base charge system has been placed as the institution capable of recycling and separating collection of residential wastes in this country. People pursue the residential quality which is suitable to the Greenround period. Such a diverse effort corresponding to the social change can be also accomplished in the field of waste collecting transportation. In this paper, the local heating system and waste combustion site and hollow are already applied to the new residential area in the form of housing development. After investigating of the waste collecting transportation method in other countries related to such facilities, this paper represents the feasibility and applicability of pneumatic waste collection system which is used practically in the new housing complex and large facilities in other countries.

Cyber singer appeared in the late 1990s has disappeared briefly appeared. although a few attempts in the 2000s, it did not show significant successes. cyber singer was born thanks to the technical development of the IT industry and the emergence of an idol training system in the music industry. It was developed by Vocaloid 'Seeyou' starting from 'Adam'. cyber singer that differenatiated typical digital characters in a cartoon or game may be subject to idolize to the music as a medium. They also feature forming a plurality of fandom. therefore, such attempts and repeated failures, this could be considered a fashion, but it flew content creation and ongoing attempts to take advantage of the new media, such as Vocaloid can see that there are expectations for a true Cyber-born singer. Early-Cyber singer is made only resemble human appearance, but 'Sciart' and 'Seeyou' has been evolving to becoming more like the human capabilities. in this paper, stylized cyber singer had disappeared in the past in the process of developing the technology to evolve into own artificial life does not end in failure cases, gradually led to a change in public perceptions of the image look looking machine was an attempt in that sense. With the direction of the evolution of the mechanical function to obtain a human, fun and human exchanges and mutual feelings. And it is equipped with an artificial life form that evolved with it only in appearance and function. in order to support this logic, I refer to the study of the coevolution of man and machine at every Bruce Mazlish. And, I have analyzed the evolution of cyber singer Bruce research from the perspective of the development process since the late 1990s, the planning of the eight singers who have appeared and design of the cyber character and important voices to be evaluated as a singer (vocal). The machine has been evolving coevolution with humans. cyber singer ambivalent development targets are recognized, but strive to become the new artificial creatures of horror idea of human desire and death continues. therefore, the new Cyber-organisms are likely to be the same style as 'Seeyou'. because, cartoon forms and whirring voice may not be in the form of a signifier is the real human desires, but this is because the contemporary public's desire to be desired and the technical development of this type can be created at the point where the cross-signifier.

This article focused on the development and current status of Sijo-chang, the Korean classical vocal genre, which is the text as a fixed form of Korean classical poems. Historically, Sijo-chang has originally emerged from Hyangga鄕歌 during Silla period (BC. 57- AD. 935). However, the current Sijo-chang has been developed from the latter of Joseon朝鮮 period(AD. 1392-1910) in 1800s. Since 1800s, Sijo-chang derived from the Gyeong-je Pyeong sijo京制 平時調, which was established in Seoul, was able to accelerate its musical types and regional characteristics among the Korean peninsula. By setting a clear division of two time periods between 1800s and those periods since 1900s to today, this article mainly explains how Sijo-chang has been developed historically. First of all, in order to appraise the musical styles and characteristics of Sijo-chang in 1800s, comparing the current musical types of Sijo-chang and those printed old score books which has its historical musical characteristics during 1800s is necessary. Secondly, this paper concentrated on the transmitted lineages of representative vocalists among the regional-based Sijo-chang from 1900s to today. During those periods, the Sijo-chang has formed its particular regional-based musical characteristics among the Korean peninsula such as Yeong-je嶺制 of Gyeongsang province慶尙道, Naepo-je內浦制 of Chungcheong province忠淸道 and Wan-je完制 of Cheolla province全羅道. Although it was not a type of regional-based Sijo-chang, as a creation with reference based on certain regional types of Sijo-chang in 1960s, this paper introduced the inheritance process of Seogam-je石菴制 which was made by Jung Gyeong-tae鄭坰兌 named Seogam石菴 as his pen name. Since Seogam-je has been singing as the most influential musical types of Sijo-chang through the mainly southern region of Korean peninsula and even in Seoul, it was highly significant to research it. In addition, this paper elaborately highlighted the developments of various Sijo-chang based on its historical performances, studies, and the composed pieces from the early 1900s or the mid-1900s. In conclusion, in order to set a vigorous development of Sijo-chang, this paper raised several concerns among the future of Sijo-Chang and the significance of its traditional value.
