Purpose : Today's retailers are integrating new VR technology into their new marketing strategies. Thus, this research aims to understand the role of virtual experiences in the circumstance of sales channels. Research design, data and methodology : Our model hypothesizes that five key factors determine the consumer experience of VR in the virtual retailing context: smartness, vividness, interactivity, playfulness, escape. Information access and flow are mediating variables that connect key drivers and VR satisfaction. Information access and flow then give influence to satisfaction towards VR. Satisfaction serves as a mediator that determines changes in consumer's dual intention: intention to revisit VR and intention to visit the real site. Results : According to the test results, every path except the relationship between information access and satisfaction of VR is accepted as expected at the significance level of 0.05. Conclusions : This research emphasizes the potential importance of VR and continue VR marketing research as an advent research area. Through the dual-path model, this study found that the primary function of VR is information access and flow experience. This result shows that most VR users value emotional benefits rather than rational benefits provided by VR. Finally, the satisfaction of VR can stimulate both the intention to use the VR and the intention to visit real mall.
Objectives : The purpose of this study was to compare results of dental satisfaction at different type of character and provide basic materials for making the valuable strategies of dental service. Methods : Data was obtained from 256 patients using questionnaire from September 5 to October 13, 2007. Self-administered questionnaires was utilized to assess their types of personal psychological variable and find out its influential factors upon dental consumers and their intent of revisit. Considering the difference of dental satisfaction according to general characteristics, there was a meaningful difference between groups of gender. Also interpersonal relationship as well as level of skill is significantly high in periodical dental visit. Conclusion : The results of this study indicated that environment and facility, cost is the most important influencing factor in determining whether or not the patient will visit a dental clinic repeatedly. In the future, more precise and in-depth questionnaires should be developed to analyze dental consumers.
Purpose: In the post-COVID-19, many consumers still feel uncomfortable with crowding in closed spaces. This study investigates how non-crowding affects consumer satisfaction and restaurant visit intention. Research design, data, and methodology: The data were collected from 350 people aged 20 and above. A total of 347 respondents, excluding 3 unfaithful respondents, were analyzed using Smart PLS 4.0 program. Result: Both spatial and human crowding have significant effects on satisfaction. On the other hand, neither spatial nor human crowding directly affected dine-out intention significantly. In addition, spatial crowding was found to have a direct and significant effect on in-store dining intention, but human crowding did not have a direct and significant effect on in-store dining intention. It was found that satisfaction had a significant effect on both dine-out intention and in-store dining intension. Conclusions: This study has expanded the range of consumer behavioral intentions by applying a non-crowded environment (S) to the SOR theory. Also, Consumer behavioral intention was expanded by dividing visit intention into a dine-out and in-store dining intention. Therefore, we propose measures to minimize human crowding by introducing a system such as adjustment of store operating hours, reservation system, store opening time alarm system, and reduction of cooking time.
As it recently became a non-face-to-face society because of the COVID-19 Pandemics, attempts have been made to experience heritage based on virtual reality (VR). Despite the satisfaction of VR contents, however, questions are being raised about whether the VR experience leads to visit a heritage tour or reduces to visit a heritage tour. This study examined how VR-based heritage experiences affect the visit intention of heritage sites. In addition, this study investigated how VR-based experiences differently affect the visit intention compared to web-based experiences. To this end, based on the information success model proposed by DeLone and McLean, this study examined how the perception for system quality and information quality through VR (vs. web) experience affects the intention of visiting the historical site. The results demonstrated that satisfaction was positively influenced by the convenience of system quality and the presence and usefulness of information quality and that the presence and satisfaction positively affected continuance intention. In addition, continuous intention to use positively affected the visit intention of heritage sites. Lastly, it has been shown that the usefulness of information quality in groups experiencing content through the Web (vs. VR) has a greater impact on the intent of continuous use. Based on the results of this study, we discussed ways to organize tourism content to increase the intention of visiting heritage sites.
This study was conducted to investigate customer taste related to satisfaction of a baby's first birthday party and re-visit of venues. General characteristics of customers were similar in male and female or the married and the unmarried. Mainstream age of respondents was from in their 20's to 30's. Among them, the number of university graduates were the largest in education level. Theoretical model was composed with seven significant variables of design style and composition and design harmony and color sense for flower decoration, accessibility, facility, service and price, satisfaction, and intention of re-visit based on the result of analysis on these factors. Exploratory factor analysis was performed using SPSS 14.0K. Structural equation modeling(SEM) for simultaneous measure of path coefficient in all casualty of study model, measurement model of AMOS 7.0 for evaluation of validity, and reliability and factor analysis method using technical statistics, frequency analysis, and Cronbach's Alpha for data analysis were used. The result of hypothesis verification showed that design style and composition was the most significant item in satisfaction of parameter and it was followed by design harmony and color sense. While service and price had positive effect on satisfaction, accessibility and facility had no relation to it. It means that the most crucial variable was a flower decoration in planning and representation of the celebration of baby's first birthday. In conclusion, the finding of this study suggests that the effective utilization of these variables will contribute to the enhancement of satisfaction affecting improvement service and price or intention of re-visit.
Purpose: The study purposes were to construct and test structural equation modeling on the causal relationship of community residents' perceived quality of care, image, and role performance with satisfaction, intention to (re)visit and intention to recommend hospital. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted with 3,900 community residents from 39 district public hospitals. The questionnaire was designed to collected information on personal characteristics and community awareness of public hospitals. Community awareness consisted of 6 factors and 18 items. The data were collected utilizing call-interview by a survey company. Research data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 20.0 and AMOS version 20.0. Results: Model fit indices for the hypothetical model were suitable for the recommended level: ${\chi}^2=796.40$ (df=79, p<.001), GFI=.93, AGFI=.90, RMSR=.08, NFI=.94. Quality of care, image, and role performance explained 68.1% of variance in community awareness. Total effect of quality of care process factors on satisfaction (path coefficients=3.67), intention to (re)visit (path coefficients=2.67) and intention to recommend hospital (coefficients=2.45) were higher than other factors. Conclusion: Findings show that public hospitals have to make an effort to improve community image through the provision of quality care, and excellent role performance. Support for these activities is available from both Central and Local Governments.

This research validates the correlation between usability and functional attributes whilst comparing the degree of satisfaction of information framework used in museum mobile apps via usability evaluation in pre-visit setting. In cases of Bilbao Guggenheim and American Natural History Museum apps, the degree of satisfaction measured for information service, functional attributes, motivation for actual museum visit and during-visit usability of the apps were all highly evaluated. Such evaluation data indicates the increased usability of apps when mobile applications take user-friendly design that intuitively reflect users' interests and needs. After thorough analysis of correlation between usability and fictional attributes, data pointed to more meaning relationships existed in non-intrusiveness and personalization than other functional attributes. In conclusion, we were able to acknowledge the usability of museum mobile apps depends upon the interaction between content and functional attributes rather than entertainment factor and technology.

Background: To compare the quality of life (QoL), the convenience of chemotherapy and satisfaction between colon cancer patients treated with FOLFOX4 and XELOX. Methods: The study was conducted in 26 patients with stage III colon cancer. Patients were received FOLFOX4 (n=17) or XELOX (n=9). QoL, convenience, and satisfaction were assessed using the Quality of Life Questionnaire-C30 (QLQ-C30), Quality of Life Questionnaire-Chemotherapy Induced Peripheral neuropathy (QLQ-CIPN) and Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy Chemotherapy Convenience and Satisfaction Questionnaire (FACIT-CCSQ), respectively. Patients completed questionnaires at baseline, at cycle 4 (C4) and cycle 8 (C8) (FOLFOX4) or at cycle 3 (C3) and cycle 6 (C6) visits (XELOX) and at their final visit. Results: In the QLQ-C30, at the final visit, XELOX patients had better functional scores than FOLFOX4 patients (physical: 85.7 vs.60.4, p=0.03; role: 83.3 vs. 57.5, p=0.04) as well as better symptom scores (constipation: 9.5 vs. 40.4, p=0.01). In CIPN, at the C6/C8 visit, XELOX patients had lower motor scale scores than FOLFOX4 patients (3.8 vs. 21.6, p=0.02). Moreover, at the C6/C8 visit, XELOX was more convenient than FOLFOX4 in FACIT-CCSQ (79.7 vs. 55.5, p=0.04). Male patients were especially likely to consider XELOX to be more convenient (90.0 vs. 55.0, p=0.01) and satisfactory (55.4 vs. 26.2, p=0.03) and fewer concern (91.0 vs. 65.0, p=0.03) than FOLFOX4. XELOX patients spent fewer days on hospital visits at C3/C4, C6/C8 and final visit (2.8 vs. 4.2, p=0.01; 2.7 vs. 4.1, p=0.01; 3.0 vs. 4.5, p=0.01). Conclusion: XELOX may be a better adjuvant chemotherapy choice for patients with colon cancer than FOLFOX4 in terms of QoL, convenience, and satisfaction.

Most of hospitals, especially small-scale hospitals, have tried to get customers through the Internet as what companies have done recently. There are various attempts that increase visits to one's web-site in plastic surgery hospitals. However, in plastic surgery, there have been few studies on which an attribute contributes to increase the number of web-site visit. In order to derive the important attributes on the number of visit, we compared functional attributes of 30 high-visit plastic surgery web-sites with those of 30 low-visit web-sites using statistical and data mining methods. For analysis, three methods have conducted including Multiple Discriminant Analysis (statistical method), Decision Trees (data mining method), and Artificial Neural Network (data mining method). Furthermore, results of each method have been evaluated one another. The result of this study shows that a few attributes like 'Simulating cyber plastic surgery program', 'recommendation of information' explain the number of the visitors between high and low visit web-site. The methodology employed in this study provides an efficient way of improving satisfaction of visitors of plastic surgery website.
