Holographic volume grating couplers (VGCs) are become increasingly attractive device for the application of optical interconnects because of their higher preferential coupling, dry fabrication processing, compact, and low cost. In this paper, the analysis, design, and implementation of the waveguide-imbedded input-output VGC with $45^{\circ}$ grating slant angle using holographic photopolymer(Dupont HRF600-20) for guided-wave optical interconnection applications, are presented. To show the usefulness of the proposed VGC, we fabricated the VGCs operating at 632.8nm and 1550nm wavelengths and its results are presented. The measured input coupling efficiency of the single VGC with $0.5{\mu}m$ grating period at 632.8nm wavelength is above 86.6% for TE-polarization. The input coupling efficiency of the $1\times2$ VGC with $0.73068{\mu}m$ grating period at 1550nm wavelength is about 90.8%.

본 논문에서는 인터넷 환경에서 멀티미디어의 동기를 맞추어 주기 위하여 가상 클럭(VGC : Virtual Global Clock)을 구성하였고, 가상 클락 기반의 SRTS를 제안하여 미디어 내부 동기(sntra_synchronization)를 이루었다. 8bit/8kHz PCM-sampling 음성 신호에서 320byte를 한 프레임으로 했을 때 각 프레임에 순서 번호를 넣어서 미디어간의 동기(inter_synchronization)를 유지한다. Loop Back 방법을 이용하여 구성한 가상 클럭(VGC)은 통신이 가능한 모든 환경에 적용할 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 AAL-2/ATM 통신망 환경에서 멀티미디어 통신을 구현하기 위한 멀티미디어 동기화 기능으로 VGC 기반의 SRTS/AAL-2를 제안한다. 제안된 멀티미디어 동기화 알고리즘에서는 가변 비트율 멀티미디어 정보의 클럭 주파수 복원을 위하여 VGC(Virtual Global Clock)을 구성하고, 이를 기반으로 한 SRTS방식의 미디어 내부 동기와, MM-SSCFS(Multimedia-SSCS)/AAL-2 프로토콜을 사용한 미디어 간의 동기를 유지하는 방법을 제안하였다. 본 논문의 실험 환경으로는 Fore ATM 교환기(155 Mbps $\times$8 port)를 사용해서 소규모 B-ISDN/ATM 통신망을 구성하였고, SUN Workstatin Solaris 2.5에 접속된 Fore ATM 접속 카드 SBA-200에서 지원하는 XTI(X/Opne Transport Interface)-API를 사용하였다.

This study investigated how online information affected consumers' purchases at social commerce websites. In the online purchase process, consumers use two types of online information: user generated content(UGC) and vendor generated content(VGC). These information types may influence consumers'purchase intention differently because each information builds entity trust and content trust, which play mediation roles between online information and purchase intention. According to the analysis results, general transactional information and safe transaction information of VGC and reputation information of UGC significantly affected entity trust. But content trust was affected only from general transactional information of VGC. And entity trust significantly affected content trust as well as purchase intention. These findings imply that social commerce vendors should focus mainly on entity trust for enhancing consumers' purchase intention. To achieve this objective, in the short term perspective, they should endeavor how to enhance general transaction information and safe transaction information qualities because these information types are easily controlled and improved by vendors. In the long term perspective, they should focus on reputation formation because reputation takes long time.

This paper describes a ultrasonic signal processing front-end IC for distance range meter and body detector. The burst shaped ultrasonic signal is generated by a self oscillator and its frequency range is about 40[kHz]-300[kHz]. The generated ultrasonic signal transmit through piezo resonator. The another piezo device transduce from received ultrasonic signal to electrical signals. This front-end IC contained low noise amplifier, band pass filter, busrt detector and time pulse generator and so on. This IC has two type of new idea for improve function and performance, which are self frequency control (SFC) and Variable Gain Control amplifier (VGC) scheme. The dimensions and number of external parts are minimized in order to get a smaller hardware size. This device has been fabricated in a O.6[um] double poly, double metal 40[V] High Voltage CMOS process.

Using the LOCOS process, we have fabricated the lateral type polysilicon field emission triodes with poly-Si/oxide/Si structure and investigated their current-voltage characteristics for three biasing modes of operation. The fabricated devices exhibit excellent electrical performances such as a relatively low turn-on anode voltage of 14 V at VGC = 0V, a stable and high emission current of 92${\mu}$A/triode over 90 hours, a small gate leakage current of 0.23 ${\mu}$A/triode and an outstanding transconductance of 57${\mu}$S/5triodes at VGC = 5V and VAC = 26V. these superior electrical operation is believed to be due to a large field enhancement effect, which is related to the sharp cathode tips produced by the LOCOS process as well as the high aspect ratio (height /radius ) of the cathode tip end.

This paper aims to propose a Comprehensive Decision Support Model to evaluate retail companies' financial performance traded on the Vietnam Stock Exchange Market. The financial performance has been examined in terms of the valuations ratios, profitability ratios, growth rates, liquidity ratios, efficiency ratios, and leverage ratios. The data of twelve companies from the first quarter to the fourth quarter of 2019 and the first quarter of 2020 were employed. The weights of 18 chosen financial ratios are calculated by using the Standard Deviation method (SD). Grey Relational Analysis technique was applied to obtain the final ranking of each company in each quarter. The results showed that leverage ratios have the most significant impact on the retail companies' financial performance and gives some long-term investment recommendations for stakeholders and indicated that the Taseco Air Services Joint Stock Company (AST), Mobile World Investment Corporation (MWG), and Cam Ranh International Airport Services Joint Stock Company (CIA) are three of the top efficient companies. The three of the worst companies are Viglacera Corporation (VGC), Saigon General Service Corporation (SVC), and HocMon Trade Joint Stock Company (HTC). Furthermore, this study suggests that the GRA model could be implemented effectively to ranking companies of other industries in the future research.

We use BV CCD images to investigate the reality of the color gradient within a King type globular cluster NGC 7089. Surface photometry shows that there is a strong radial color gradient in the central region of the cluster in the sense of bluer center with the amplitude of ~0.39 $\pm$ 0.07 mag/$arcsec^2$ in (B - V). In the outer region of the cluster, however, the radial color gradient shows a reverse case, i.e., redder toward the center. (B - V) color profile which was derived from resolved stars in VGC 7089 field also shows a significant color gradient in the central region of the clusters, indicating that lights from the combination of red giant stars and blue horizontal branch stars cause the radial color gradient. Color gradient of the outer region of NGC 7089 may be due to the unresolved background of the cluster. Similar color gradients in the central area of clusters have been previously observed exserved exclusively in highly concentrated systems classified as post core collapse clusters. We caution, however, to confirm the reality of the color gradient from resolved stars, we need more accurate imaging data of the cluster with exceptional seeing condition because the effect of completeness correlates with local density of stars.

Purpose - In this paper, we provide recommendations for Korea's long-term direction and strategic measures to attract inward foreign direct investment (FDI) in response to Japan's export regulations. In doing so, we analyze the current situation and characteristics of trade between Korea and Japan, focusing on the parts and materials industry, which is particularly affected by Japan's trade regulations. Design/methodology - Based on the analysis of five successful inward FDI cases (e.g. Toray, IGK, Delkor, GlobalWafers, DuPont) and statistic trend review in the parts and materials industry, we consider various factors pertaining to successful inward FDI in Korea and propose valuable investment attraction strategies. Findings - For a successful investment attraction strategy, we studied some statistical trends in the internal and external environments of the parts and materials industry and successful investment attraction cases in Korea. We have found that in order to increase the probability of success in attracting investment, we need a mid-to long-term strategy considering multiple factors such as "Production-oriented, Demand-linked, Global Value Chain (VGC) linked, and Policy-linked investment attraction." Originality/value - We suggest several specific measures and important strategic implications for the Korean government and firm's managers to attract inward FDI successfully.
