NCS development for construction of marine terminal structure was carried out through following procedures such as analysis on characteristics, analysis on duty, development of the first draft for standards, validation of industry sites, duty competency standards through expert committee, and utilizing package. The results were as follows. Firstly, duty competency was classified as levels from 3 to 7. Educational training institutions were followed by 22 universities, 21 colleges, 16 graduate schools, and 10 high schools. Secondly, developed standards were consisted of duty and competency unit. The name of duty was construction of marine terminal structure and competency units were consisted of 9 items as survey on economic effect, evaluation of conditions on construction environment, plan for construction of structure, construction of transfer, mooring, and power equipment, and construction, startup test, and maintenance of terminal structure. 33 competency unit elements below 9 competency units were developed. Thirdly, utilizing package was developed into 3 areas of life-long career path, training criteria, and guidelines for exam according to national competency standards for in order to develop development of labor's career and perform personal management such as hiring and promotion in industry sites.

This article shows various factors that influence the thermal-cycling reliability of semiconductor devices utilizing the lead-on-chip (LOC) die attach technique. This work details how the modification of LOC package design as well as the back-grinding and dicing process of semiconductor wafers affect passivation reliability. This work shows that the design of an adhesion tape rather than a plastic package body can play a more important role in determining the passivation reliability. This is due to the fact that the thermal-expansion coefficient of the tape is larger than that of the plastic package body. Present tests also indicate that the ceramic fillers embedded in the plastic package body for mechanical strengthening are not helpful for the improvement of the passivation reliability. Even though the fillers can reduce the thermal-expansion of the plastic package body, microscopic examinations show that they can cause direct damage to the passivation layer. Furthermore, experimental results also illustrate that sawing-induced chipping resulting from the separation of a semiconductor wafer into individual devices might develop into passivation cracks during thermal-cycling. Thus, the proper design of the adhesion tape and the prevention of the sawing-induced chipping should be considered to enhance the passivation reliability in the semiconductor devices using the LOC die attach technique.

Purpose In this study, we propose the special purposed R package named ""new_Noun()" to process nonstandard texts appeared in various social networks. As the Big data is getting interested, R - analysis tool and open source software is also getting more attention in many fields. Design/methodology/approach With more than 9,000 R packages, R provides a user-friendly functions of a variety of data mining, social network analysis and simulation functions such as statistical analysis, classification, prediction, clustering and association analysis. Especially, "KoNLP" - natural language processing package for Korean language - has reduced the time and effort of many researchers. However, as the social data increases, the informal expressions of Hangeul (Korean character) such as emoticons, informal terms and symbols make the difficulties increase in natural language processing. Findings In this study, to solve the these difficulties, special algorithms that upgrade existing open source natural language processing package have been researched. By utilizing the "KoNLP" package and analyzing the main functions in noun extracting command, we developed a new integrated noun processing package "new_Noun()" function to extract nouns which improves more than 29.1% compared with existing package.

Purpose: Social media influencers (SMIs) have become significant sources of information influencing their followers' purchase intentions; few studies have been published on the effect of the number of followers and package tour prices on followers' purchase intention within the Vietnam travel industry utilizing naïve theories. This study examined the relationship between the number of followers and purchase intention and tested the moderating role of package tour price. Research Design, data and methodology: A 2 (number of followers: high vs. medium) × 2 (package tour price: high vs. low) between-subjects factorial design was used. 395 Vietnamese students (114 men, 281 women; M_age = 19.99, SD_age = 1.25) from Thuongmai University participated in the study. ANOVA and PROCESS MARCO were used to test hypotheses. Results: Findings indicate that participants show a higher purchase intention for SMIs with a higher number of followers than those with a medium one. When the package tour price is high, participants with a medium number of followers show a greater purchase intention than those with a high one. Conclusion: This recommendsthat tourism managers collaborate with SMIs with a high number of followers when the package tour price is low and with SMIs with medium ones when the package tour price is high.

It is necessary that machine tool structures should be designed so that they will cause a minimum chance of machining chatter. In order to do this, a computer program package is developed utilizing Finite Element Method, modal flexibility and energy balance method. Validity of the program package is verified through computer simulation analysis and impulse test of a simplified machine tool structure.

Plastic IC encapsulation utilizing lead on chip(LOC) die attach technique allows higher device density per unit package area, and faster current speed and easter leadframe design. Nevertheless, since the top surface of the chip is directly attached to the area of the leadframe with a double-sided adhesive tape in the LOC package, it tends to be easily damaged by the leadframe, leading to limitation in its utilization. In this work, it is detailed how the damage of the chip surface occurs, and it is influenced and improved by the LOC construct.

In this research, I analyze cases of character packages in Japane, extract the concept of design that was loved by consumers and inmates and succeeded in marketing, and aim to establish the logic and principle. In addition, in the future, when introducing and utilizing the character package design in Korea, this research intends to make a guideline for the development of objective validity and empathic package design. After identifying the design concept and finding the principle by targeting package design of five character of Tohato which mixed various media and expanded sales, I want to find out the cause of success. Therefore, I have studied the theory and principles of enterprise and creative in product strategy through case analysis of character design concept and character package design. As a result, a design that leaving the functional side, having a story, making memories, and inducing a sense of closeness was as a successful case of renewal. In the package design, in some cases, package design execution is more important under the theoretical system according to consumer behavior analysis and Promotion of bold design concept of the design for the success of that concept, deviated from the existing principle.

The results were as follows. Firstly, duty competency was classified as levels from 2 to 6. Educational training institutions were followed by 75 graduate schools, 73 universities, 54 colleges, and 37 high schools. Secondly, developed standards were consisted of duty and competency unit. The name of duty was the treatment of waste oils from ship and competency units were consisted of 8 items as classification of waste oils from ship, pickup and transport of waste oils from ship, warehousing of waste oils from ship to marine disposal company, transport of waste oils from ship to land, warehousing of waste oils from to disposal company, determination of disposal method and plant recycling treatment, and incineration treatment. 28 competency unit elements below 8 competency units were developed. Thirdly, utilizing package was developed into 3 areas of life-long career path, training criteria, and guidelines for exam according to national competency standards in order to develop development of labor's career and perform personal management such as hiring and promotion in industry sites.

Purpose: many domestic welfare programs use the amount of health insurance premiums as a way of measuring individuals' income levels for administrative convenience. As health insurance reform has been made, we examines the income level is still appropriately measured by the health insurance premiums for the employment success package as one of domestic welfare program. Methodology/Approach: we investigate whether the upper limit of the premiums of the self-employed health insured is appropriate or not after healthcare reform, which currently calculated by multiplying the insurance premium of the employee based insured by the adjustment factor (1.2). Findings: we examined appropriateness of the adjustment factors by comparing the premiums before and after the healthcare reform by utilizing the national health insurance data as well as Korea Welfare panel data. We found that the new value of adjustment factor (1.0~1.1) is smaller than the current one (1.2). Practical Implications: to improve the equity between the employee and the self-employed insured after the health insurance reform, the adjustment factor should be lower.

The construction Progress is widely used 3s a critical index for effective project management. However, the methods, structure, data, and accuracy of progress measurement may vary depending on specific characteristics of the project, organization, or location. Even in an organization, different projects may utilize different measurement methods to effectively achieve their own management purpose. The excessive effort required to manipulate very detailed progress data is also an issue Therefore the purpose of this study is to dove]op an automated progress measurement model utilizing standard progress measurement package (SPMP).
