비정규직 활용이 기업성과에 미치는 과정에 대한 연구: 종업원 역량의 매개효과 (A Study on the Process of Non-regular Workers' Utilization on Firm Performance: The Mediating Effect of Employee Competence)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of employee competence on the relationship between the utilization of non-regular workers and firm performance. Design/methodology/approach - This study utilized 427 firm level data from HCCP. The Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and the multiple regression analysis were conducted to verify the hypotheses. Findings - We found that the utilization of non-regular workers is not significantly related to firm performance. However, the utilization of non-regular workers had a negative relationship with employee competence, and that employee competence mediated the relationship between the utilization of non-regular workers and firm performance. Research implications or Originality - As environmental uncertainty and competition between firms intensify, more and more firms are utilizing non-regular workers. Research on the relationship between the utilization of non-regular workers and firm performance is continuously conducted, but research on the process of explaining the specific relationship between them is still insufficient. Our study contributes the related research area by identifying the mediating role of employee competence on the utilization of non-regular workers and firm performance relationship.

스포츠계열 대학생들의 핵심역량 평가에 따른 발전방안 연구 (A Study on the Development Strategies of University Students in Sports Colleges by Evaluating Core Competencies)

  • 이 연구는 국내 스포츠계열 대학생들이 인식하는 핵심역량에 대한 중요도와 실행도를 분석하여 향후 미래사회가 요구하는 방향으로 스포츠계열 학생들의 역량을 강화시킬 수 있는 방향과 방법을 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다. 309명의 스포츠계열 전공 대학생들을 대상으로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스포츠계열 대학생들이 인식하는 핵심역량의 중요도에서는 자기관리역량, 대인관계역량, 의사 소통능력, 종합적 사고력, 자원정보 기술 활용역량, 글로벌 역량의 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠계열 대학생들이 평가하는 자신들의 핵심역량 보유 실행도는 대인관계역량, 자기관리역량, 의사소통능력, 종합적 사고력, 글로벌 역량, 자원정보 기술 활용역량의 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 핵심역량의 중요도와 실행도의 차이는 모든 영역에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 차이가 큰 영역은 종합적 사고력, 의사소통능력, 자원정보 기술 활용역량, 자기관리역량, 글로벌 역량, 대인관계역량의 순으로 나타났다. 스포츠계열 대학생들은 대인관계역량과 자기관리역량, 의사소통능력은 상대적으로 높이 평가한 반면 종합적 사고력, 자원정보 기술 활용역량, 글로벌 역량은 취약한 것으로 나타나, 이를 보완할 수 있는 교육과정의 변화를 통해 미래 사회가 요구하는 인재로 거듭날 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 대학은 교육과정의 혁신과 교수자의 역량 강화를 통해 경쟁력 있는 스포츠계열 인재를 양성하는 것이 필요하며, 이것이 곧 대학의 경쟁력 제고와 연결될 수 있음을 인식해야 한다.

유아의 사회적 능력과 정서지능과의 관계에 대한 연구 (The Relationship between Children's Social Competence and Emotional Intelligence)

  • This study examined the factor structure of social competence and the relationship between social competence and emotional intelligence in preschool children. The subjects were 503 3- to 6-year-old children. Instruments were the Emotional Intelligence Rating Scale for Preschool Children and The Social Competence Scale. The validity and reliability of the factor structures of The Social Competence Scale were confirmed. These factors were initiative, ability, and sociability. The relationship between The Social Competence Scale and the emotional intelligence scale was highly significant (r=.29, p<.001). Three sub-factors of The Social Competence Scale were significantly related to the total emotional intelligence score. Among the six sub-factors of emotional intelligence, 5 were related to the total score of social competence. These were utilization of emotion, empathy, appraisal and expression of self emotion, relationship with teacher, and relationship with peers.

아동의 우울 및 불안경향과 자아존중감 및 정서지능과의 관계 (Relationships between Children′s Depression and Anxiety and Their Self-Esteem and Emotional Intelligence)

  • This study of the relationships between children's depression and anxiety and their children's self-esteem and emotional intelligence had a sample of 984 5th grade children The higher the levels of children's depression and anxiety were, the lower their self-esteem consisting of scholastic competence, social acceptance, atheletic competence, physical appearance, behavioral conduct, and global self-worth were. The higher the levels of children's depression and anxiety were, the lower their emotional intelligence(EI) consisting of self-regulation and emotion utilization, perception of emotion, other-regulation and self-expression were. For boys, scholastic competence and social competence among children's self-esteem factors were the factors best explained by children's depression and anxiety. In addition, boy's perception of emotion was explained by their depression and anxiety. For girls, on the other hand global self-worth and social competence among self-esteem factors were the two factors best explained by their depression and anxiety. Self-regulation and emotion utilization was the El factor best explained by depression and anxiety among girls.

  • Purpose: The current study aims at knowing and testing factors supporting business and how to distribute it for resilience business in new normal era. Factors Supporting business resilience will be seen in terms of entrepreneurial competence, technology utilization and government support for business resilience through entrepreneurial spirit as an intervening variable. Research design, data, and methodology: A constructed questionnaire in direct survey and interview was conducted with 97 respondents in South Sulawesi. Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis, was utilized to analyze and verify all the data. Results: This study indicated entrepreneurial competence and utilization of technology have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial spirit, while government support has no significant effect on entrepreneurial spirit. This study also indicated that entrepreneurial spirit has a significant effect on business resilience. Conclusion: To increase business resilience, it is very important to have entrepreneurial skills and mastery on utilization of technology. To anticipate future crises, entrepreneurial competencies must be evenly distributed both for business owners and for all members of the organization. To institutionalize crisis management in business, it is important for SMEs in Indonesia to develop an institutionalized Business Crisis Management.

보건진료전담공무원의 간호연구 활용의 장애요인 및 근거기반실무 활동과 역량 (Community Health Practitioners' Perception of Barriers to Research Utilization, Current Status and the Competence in Evidence based Practice)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify community health practitioners' (CHP) perception of barriers to research utilization, current status and competence in evidence-based practice (EBP). Methods: From all over the country, 126 CHP completed an e-mail survey. Results: The items with the highest barrier scores were that it is difficult to understand articles written in English and physicians will not cooperate with implementation. There were statistically significant differences in the scores for attitude toward EBP and knowledge in EBP by education level and nursing academic society membership status. When faced with a problem, the nurses usually use related regulations or asked a colleague for advice. Conclusion: Results indicate an awareness of the necessity of applying EBP, need to improve readiness to use EBP voluntarily and actively, and need to search for various factors that are barriers to research utilization. There is a need to develop and apply EBP training/education programs to find new evidence that might actually support previous practice for which nurses lack confidence. Guidelines that consider CHP task characteristics and barrier factors to research utilization should be developed.

유아의 정서지능 및 사회적 유능감이 놀이성에 미치는 영향 (A Study on Children's Playfulness Relative to Emotional Intelligence and Social Competence)

  • The subjects in this study of children's playfulness in relation to emotional intelligence and social competence were 247 children in Gyeonggi Province. Data were analyzed by regression analysis using the SPSS computer program. The major results of this study were that children's playfulness was significantly related to and explained by "Peer relations skill" in the sub areas of social competence and "relationship with peers," utilization of emotion" in sub areas of emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence and socially competent interaction were significantly related to and explained by manifest joy in the sub areas of children's playfulness.

  • 영업사원들은 자동차산업에서 유통시스템의 핵심적인 역할을 담당하고 있다. 자동차라는 상품의 특성상 고객들은 구매의사 결정과정에 있어 높은 수준의 정보와 지원을 요구한다. 영업사원들은 고객의 요구사항에 맞춰 서비스를 제공함으로써 고객의 결정과정을 돕는다. 따라서 자동차 영업사원의 개인적 역량은 자동차 판매 성과를 높이는데 있어 매우 중요한 영향을 미치게 된다. 이와 같은 배경을 바탕으로 본 연구는 자동차 영업사원의 개인역량이 판매성과 정(+)의 영향이 있을 것으로 보고 실증 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 개인역량을 1) 판매기술 전문성 2) 영업사원의 태도 및 고객과의 관계형성 3) 감성활용 4) 감성조절 네 가지의 독립변수로 구분하여 종속변수인 판매성과와의 상관관계를 측정하였다. 연구 가설을 검증하기 위해 기존의 선행연구와 문헌을 토대로 가설을 설정하고 검증하였으며 경기도와 강원지역의 자동차 대리점에 근무하는 영업사원 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 회수된 유효 설문지 268부는 통계 프로그램 SPSS WIN24.0를 이용해 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과 자동차 영업사원의 개인역량의 요인으로 판매기술 전문성과 감성활용은 영업사원의 판매성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 태도 및 관계형성과 감정조절이 판매성과에 정(+)의 을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 기각되었다. 이와 같은 결과는 개인역량은 영업사원을 채용하는데 있어 고려해야할 중요한 요소임을 시사한다.

  • The construction of smart factories for government SMEs is not easy due to the lack of professional manpower. The use of retired professionals is a way to solve the problem to some extent and to solve the job problem of seniors by effectively utilizing social assets. This study examines the effectiveness of using Meister based on a survey of 195 companies participating in the Smart Meister Support Program. As a result, the better pre-participation readiness and the better management and coordination of change during the participation, the more significant influence was on Meister's ability development and corporate performance. In particular, it was confirmed that Meister's competence plays a role in both 'pre-participation readiness and business performance' and 'between change management during participation and business performance'. In order to improve the performance of the smart meister business in the future, it is necessary to proactively promote the purpose and purpose of the business targeting companies that wish to participate in the business. In addition, it was found that it is necessary to support the development of change management in order to minimize the resistance to innovation during the project. It will be possible to enhance social competitiveness by resolving senior jobs and strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs by discovering and utilizing Meister, who is an expert among retirees.

중등예비수학교사의 효과적인 교육실습을 위한 수업 포트폴리오 활용방안 연구 (A Study on Utilization of Teaching Portfolio for Effective Teaching Practicum of Pre-Service Mathematics Teacher)

  • 교사에게 요구되는 역량 중에서 수업능력은 가장 핵심이며, 예비교사 시기에서부터 관련된 교육 경험이 매우 중요하다. 예비교사의 수업능력 개발 및 강화를 위해서는 학교현장에서 스스로 계획하고 체계적으로 반성하고 그것을 개선해 나가는 실천능력을 길러야 한다. 교육실습은 예비교사에게 필수적인 과정으로 수업능력 향상을 경험할 수 있는 중요한 기회이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 교육실습에서 중등 예비수학교사에게 요구되는 수업능력 향상을 위한 포트폴리오의 활용방안, 구성요소와 적용절차를 제시하였다. 그리고 교육실습에서 중등예비수학교사의 수업능력 향상을 위한 포트폴리오의 적용의 시사점에 대해 논의하였다.
