본 연구는 J교육대학교 기록관 이용자들을 대상으로 기록정보서비스에 대한 인식 및 경험을 조사하고 이를 바탕으로 서비스 개선방안을 도출하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 아카이브 매트릭스 프로젝트(Archival Metrics Project)에서 대학기록관의 기록정보서비스를 평가하기 위해 개발한 이용자 설문지를 수정하여 사용하였으며 이용자들의 기록관에 대한 인식, 이용현황, 직원에 대한 평가, 시설 및 서비스에 대한 만족도 등을 파악하였다. 본 연구는 47명에 대한 이용자 설문 결과와 기록연구사와의 면담결과를 바탕으로 기록관의 서비스 개선방안을 제안하였다.

The financial MyData service has implemented in January 2022 and launched 45 services by banks, securities, credit cards and fintech companies. This study applied the Q methodology, to identify the user types of MyData services and compared the perceptions of employees of financial institutions who plan and develop the MyData services. There are three types of MyData service users: active users, limited users who focus on consumption and asset status inquiry, and sensitive users for personal information. There were two types of recognition of financial company employees. One is the active user support other is the sensitive user for personal information support. The analysis of subjective perceptions can be used as a reference for establishing a company's MyData service marketing strategy and establishing related policies to improve the MyData ecosystem.

This study investigated users' perceptions and attitudes toward Korean traditional elements in contemporary spaces. We collected and analyzed the article contents of two design magazines, from their issues of January 2000 through December 2009, for a total of 87 cases. The results were as follows. First, the important motives for applying traditional elements to current living spaces were individual tastes, preference for a secluded life, and the users' childhood memories. Second, the most frequently used traditional element was traditional structure. Others were traditional spatial compositions and the use of natural materials. The two main purposes for renovating a space or constructing a building were to preserve traditional ambience or to add convenience and practical use to it. Third, the most frequently mentioned advantages of traditional elements were their environment-friendly characteristics, such as connecting to nature and using natural materials. Fourth, the users preferred, in order, Ma-dang, natural environments, doors/windows of various types and multiple functions, Toet-maru, Dae-cheong, and Nu-maru.

Purpose:The present qualitative study explored adolescents' perceptions regarding effective strategies to prevent adolescents from using tobacco products (TP). Apart from the commercial TPs, there has been emerging use of alternatives such as vapes, e-cigarettes and shisha. This unfortunate phenomenon continues despite the currently available preventive strategies. Thus, understanding of the perceptions of the current generation would be valuable to provide new insights. Methods: Purposive sampling was utilized to recruit 40 adolescents between the age of 15 and 16 years old attending public daily secondary schools. Eight focus group discussions were conducted among the TP users, ex-users and non-users. Data were analyzed using a thematic content analysis procedure with NVivo. Results: Among barriers with the currently available strategies were having teachers who smoke tobacco, addiction to nicotine and self-perceptions of being healthy. The content of any program should include knowledge on negative outcomes of using tobacco products and awareness of the legislation together with ways to overcome peer and family influence including improving self-efficacy and refusal skills. Strategies were suggested to be delivered using information technology which provides interactive learning and visual effects. Conclusions: Adolescents agreed that the content and delivery of tobacco use prevention strategies need to be revised to suit the current generation to ensure sustainability.

본 연구는 이용자, 이용 중단자, 비이용자의 공공도서관에 대한 인식수준의 차이 및 공공도서관 비이용 요인에 대한 집단 간 인식수준의 차이를 파악하여 이용 중단자 집단과 비이용자 집단을 이용자 집단으로 유입할 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구를 위해 문헌분석과 설문조사 결과의 통계적 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 이용자, 이용 중단자, 비이용자 집단 간 공공도서관에 대한 인식 및 공공도서관 비이용 요인 인식에 있어 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 분석결과를 바탕으로 이용 중단자와 비이용자의 공공도서관 인식에 대한 공통 요인, 비이용 요인 및 이용 중단 요인을 나누어 파악하고 이를 개선하기 위한 고려 사항을 제안하였다.

최근 도시녹지 내 트레일 개발에 많은 관심과 그 중요성이 인식되고 있으며, 서울, 대구를 비롯한 주요도시에 이미 다양한 형태의 수변 산책로가 조성되었다. 이러한 트레일은 녹지공간의 제공, 건강증진, 스트레스 완화 등 지역사회에 여러 가지 편익을 제공하고 있다. 미국과 유럽국가의 경우, 도시녹지 내의 트레일은 체계적으로 조성되어 이미 일반화되어 있으며, 우리나라에서의 도시 내의 트레일 개발에 있어 중요한 기초 자료로서의 활용가치가 있다고 판단된다. 본 연구는 미국과 우리나라의 트레일 이용행태 특성, 참여 활동, 경제적 편익 및 이용 편익에 대한 인식 차이를 조사하였다. 대구광역시에 위치한 3개의 트레일과 미국 시카고, 인디아나폴리스 지역 등에 위치한 4개의 서로 다른 트레일에 대한 연구결과를 토대로 이용자에 대한 인식을 비교 분석하였다. 연구결과는 미국과 한국 트레일 이용자간에는 이용에 따른 인식의 차이점이 발견되었으며, 이러한 정보는 우리나라의 그린웨이 시스템 개발을 위한 유용한 자료로 활용될 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구는 공공체육시설 이용자의 서비스 만족도 인식간 상호관계를 규명함으로써 지금의 체육시설의 활성화 및 효율적 운영 관리를 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 충북권 지역민 225명을 성별 구분 없이 선정하였으며, 공공체육시설 이용객들의 인식간 상호관계를 알아보기 위해 대응일치분석 방법을 적용하였다. 연구결과를 통해 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공공체육시설 운영의 효율성과 이용객들의 서비스 만족도에 대한 요구를 반영하기 위해 공공체육시설의 건립과 개선이 필요하다. 둘째, 공공체육시설 활용방안을 복지적 측면으로 접근하고, 소비자 계층에 맞게 다양한 활동 프로그램이 개발되어 제공되어져야 한다.

School closures in rural areas is especially relevant because low fertility rate and population aging are common not only in rural but also in urban areas. This paper examined a variety of users' perceptions on welfare facilities using closed rural schools. For this study, the descriptive survey research design was conducted at the EZER located in Kyungsnangbuk-do. The sample size of 200 was selected through convenience sampling and data collection was completed by a self-completion written questionnaires. Main findings are as follows: 1) the level of users' relative satisfaction with welfare facilities using closed rural schools was generally positive, main factor associated with relative satisfaction was facilities and surrounding environment at closed rural schools, 2) socioeconomic usefulness of closed rural schools was also was generally positive, main factors for revitalization were adequate facilities and places, accessible and convenient places, 3) future necessity and willingness for welfare facilities using closed rural schools were overwhelmingly positive, children or youth were revealed as a priority service target. Finally, theses analyses show that a high proportion in the rural welfare sector, especially seemed to have a positive impact on bridging negative gabs between urban and rural in the socioeconomic development and social welfare.

This research developed a survey and analyzed the results on the basis of the SERVQUAL model and prior research of the service quality in MIS. The result of the analysis will maybe show that the gap between expectations and perceptions of users will have an negative Impact on the user satisfaction of IS. And outsourcing strategy will have an impact on the user gap. The most important outcome of this study is that service quality is an antecedent of IS users, and we should consider service quality in improving and measuring IS effectiveness

User perceptions toward information technology (IT) are crucial to successful implementation. The purpose of our study is to improve the understanding of the impact of social influences on different types of users' perceptions and adoption of IT. To do this our study refines and expands the operationalization of the social influence construct to include four components: "subjective norm", "image","visibility", "voluntariness". We use this to examine influences by type of user (knowledge worker versus university student) and IT (innovative versus mature). The key finding is that when knowledge workers consider adopting innovative IT they are sensitive to general perceptions of its usefulness. Our results have implications for management enquiry and practice.
