시스템 다이내믹스를 활용한 원전 조직 및 인적인자 평가 (A System Dynamics Model for Assessment of Organizational and Human Factor in Nuclear Power Plant)

  • The intent of this study is to develop system dynamics model for assessment of organizational and human factors in nuclear power plant which can contribute to secure the nuclear safety. Previous studies are classified into two major approaches. One is engineering approach such as ergonomics and probability safety assessment(PSA). The other is social science approach such like sociology, organization theory and psychology. Both have contributed to find organization and human factors and to present guideline to lessen human error in NPP. But, since these methodologies assume that relationship among factors is independent they don't explain the interactions among factors or variables in NPP. To overcome these limits, we have developed system dynamics model which can show cause and effect among factors and quantify organizational and human factors. The model we developed is composed of 16 functions of job process in nuclear power, and shows interactions among various factors which affects employees' productivity and job quality. Handling variables such like degree of leadership, adjustment of number of employee, and workload in each department, users can simulate various situations in nuclear power plant in the organization side. Through simulation, user can get insight to improve safety in plants and to find managerial tools in the organization and human side. Analyzing pattern of variables, users can get knowledge of their organization structure, and understand stands of other departments or employees. Ultimately they can build learning organization to secure optimal safety in nuclear power plant.

퍼지 다기준 의사결정기법을 이용한 위험수준평가 (Determination of Risk Level Using Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Method)

  • For any hazardous operation or risky project to be carried out safely and economically, it is of the utmost importance to formulate proper risk management policies based on the rational assessment of the risk levels of various potential hazards. In this paper, a Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making(FMCDM) method for risk assessment is proposed. The method evaluates, on the basis of fuzzy set theory, the risk level of a risky situation by aggregating the assessed levels of risk factors and their subjective weights. The method also allows some flexibility for the future users in the sense that, first, the relative importance weights for the three risk factors can be adjusted according to the nature of projects or systems and, second, the users have the choice between the two types of risk assessment results, that is, the assessed risk levels or the ranks of the risk situations. A numerical example for the proposed FMCDM method is provided to illustrate the computational procedure. To see how the suggested FMCDM method describes well people's perceived risk level, we compared the risk values derived from the suggested method with the subjective risk evaluations for ten risky situations.

  • Recently due to the rapid development of speech synthesis based on the corpora, the performance of TTS systems, which convert text into speech through synthesis, has enhanced, and they are applied in various fields. However, the procedure for objective assessment of the performance of systems is not well established in Korea. The establishment of the procedure for objective assessment of the performance of systems is essential for the assessment of development systems for the developers and as the standard for choosing the suitable systems for the users. In this paper we will report on the results of the basic research for the establishment of the systematic standard for the procedure of objective assessment of the performance of Korean TTS systems with reference to the various attempts for this project in Korea and other countries.

수질영향평가의 신뢰수준 향상을 위한 기상자료의 검정 (Climate Data Qualification for Water Quality Impact Assessment)

  • This study is focused on a climate data integrity to improve water quality assessment due to the social development projects. The study is in an attempt to calculate both extreme ranges of weather data measurements and partly provide means to assess qualification of data which fall within the extremes at the 23 meteorological weather stations. Generally speaking, maximum temperature, minimum temperature, relative humidity, dew point temperature are in the range of reasonable accuracy. However, there found some outliers of the brightness sunshine hours in Cheonan station. Also some years in Gwangju, Seoul, Wonju, Busan, and Jeju never reach to their upper limit and perhaps the calibration of the equipment is doubtful. The users need to take cautions in using the brightness sunshine hour data in preparation of water resources planning and management by estimating evapotranspiration and river discharge, and/or growth rate of the algae (phytoplankton).

  • Software reliability prediction is a statistical method to put in place a timely software development practice useful for objective assessment of bidders. The current study suggests one research method that enables reliability assessment of such previous projects by studying user satisfaction and project management history. If incorporated into the existing acquisition process, the reliability assessment method will further enhance objectivity and accuracy in bidder selection process. The GQM(Goal Question Metric) paradigm was used to identify assessment metrics for bidder evaluation and questionnaires were collected from users to create user satisfaction indexes. In addition, 'weight of evidence', the most appropriate categorical method, was used to isolate attributes of each variable that may contribute to reliability assessment.

조건부가치측정법을 이용한 수소버스 연료장치 안전성 평가 및 검사기술에 대한 투자 편익 분석 (Investment Benefit Analysis of Safety Assessment and Inspection Technologies of Hydrogen Bus Fuel System Using Contingent Valuation Methods)

  • Recently, the government has been expanding the supply of hydrogen vehicles according to the roadmap for vitalizing the hydrogen economy, but is developing safety assessment and inspection technology for the relevant vehicles. This study analyzed the prevention of hydrogen bus accidents' economic effect that arises from the application and development of large-capacity CHSS oil pressure repetition-test assessment technology, hydrogen bus internal chamber pressure transmission and emission volume inspection technology, among various technologies capable of assessing the safety of a hydrogen bus fuel system. To this end, the contingent valuation method (CVM), one of the value evaluation methods of non-market goods, was applied to investigate users' willingness to pay for each inspection technology. The survey for users' willingness to pay was conducted by attaching posters to promote surveys on the internet and within buses to the entire public. As a result of the analysis, the average WTP of the hydrogen bus internal chamber pressure transmission volume inspection technology was 25.3 KRW, the average WTP of the hydrogen bus internal chamber pressure emission volume inspection technology was 18.6 KRW, and the average WTP of the large-capacity CHSS oil pressure repetition-test assessment technology was measured at 16.7 KRW. In addition, the costs and benefits of the introduction of the relevant inspection technology were defined through the interviewing of experts at related research institutions and businesses. As a result of conducting an economic analysis (4.5% discount rate) according to the development of each inspection technology, economic feasibility was seen in all assessment and inspection technologies. As much as the technology is indispensable for the safe use of hydrogen buses, it shows that investment in related technology is very necessary in the future. However, because it was decided that the relevant analysis will differ according to the distribution rate of hydrogen buses, further analysis following this future distribution rate of hydrogen buses is needed, and future users should be made clearly aware of the safety and environmental nature of the technology.

게임 프로토타입의 평가 방법에 관한 연구 (A Syudy on Evaluation Method of The Game Prototype)

  • The ultimate purpose of game design is to lay out a design which provides more convenient, more exciting, and more satisfying game to the users. It is needed to adopt the demands and the evaluations of the users, so that to develop user-centered games, yet easier and simpler, to increase their popularity and to improve their productivity. On this basis, the study presents the methods of improving game designs by repeating application of the assessment of the game, through the development of prototype in the Int stage of game project.

지체장애인의 컴퓨터 접근 평가 시스템 구현 (Implementation of Korea - Computer Access Assessment System (K-CAAS) for Persons with Physical Disabilities)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 지체 뇌병변장애인의 컴퓨터 접근성 향상을 도모하기 위하여 국내 최초 컴퓨터 접근 평가 시스템을 구현하는 것이다. 본 논문에 소개된 한국판 컴퓨터 접근 평가 시스템인 K-CAAS(Korea-Computer Access Assessment System) 소프트웨어는 클릭, 드래그, 메뉴 선택, 스캔, 스위치로 이루어진 다섯 가지 유형의 평가 기능을 가진다. 각각의 평가 기능 테스트는 사용자 개개인의 특성에 따라 구성 설정을 초급, 중급, 고급, 개별적으로 설정 할 수 있으며, 모든 테스트는 사용자의 수준 설정에 따라 기본 값을 가지고 사용자의 능력과 목표에 따라 난이도를 선택 및 조절할 수 있다. 테스트 시에 사용자의 훈련을 위해 임의로 선택할 수 있고, 사용자의 테스트 결과를 추적할 수 있다. 따라서, K-CAAS는 컴퓨터 접근성 평가, 뿐만 아니라 장애인의 컴퓨터 사용 능력 향상을 위한 재활 프로그램으로 사용이 가능하며 본 시스템을 통하여 향후 장애인의 컴퓨터 접근성이 향상되어 장애인이 스스로 컴퓨터 기능을 능숙하게 사용 할 수 있을 것을 기대한다.

  • 건설산업은 정보화에 대한 인식이 낮고, 또한 자금과 전문인력의 확보가 어려운 실정으로서 건설기업의 정보화 수준은 다른 산업과 비교하여 취약한 것으로 평가되고 있다. 또한 지금지 건설업의 정보화수준이 미약하다는 인식만 있었을 뿐, 구체적으로 어떠한 분야에서 어느 정도의 수준에 도달해 있는지 등에 대한 조사 및 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문은 건설산업의 정보화 수준평가를 위한 연구 프로젝트의 일환으로 사용자관점에서 정보화수준을 평가하기 위한 지표와 전략을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구진은 이미 건설기업의 정보화 담당자를 대상으로 건설기업과 건설산업의 정보화를 평가한 바 있으며, 이 연구에서는 정보화 담당자가 아닌 건설실무자, 즉 사용자 관점에서 건설정보화 수준을 평가해 보고자 한다. 이 연구의 결과는 사용자의 정보화에 대한 평가, 필요 분야, 문제점 등 다양한 관점을 제공함으로써 효과적인 정보화 구축에 대한 방향을 설정해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • This study was intended to point out the limit of existing digital content-centered studies, or approaches from the viewpoint of the supplier and in the aspect of business profit model and find ways to assess the quality of digital content, considering the characteristics of digital content. For this, the study is to apply value innovation strategy to digital content assessment, to analyze the applicability, and to propose a new and practical framework for digital content assessment method. To this end, this study selected the global No. 1 search service provider Google and local portal site Naver search service. The study on assessment factors by value innovation strategy was based on existing literature, while user-value elements in that respect were confined to information quality, interactivity, communication, interactive storytelling, and usability. This study objectified the relation with the value innovation strategic analysis, through qualitative and quantitative analyses on value elements of search service users.
