열차제어기술 체계화 방안에 대한 연구 (A Study of Systematization for Train Control Technique)

  • Before introducing high speed train, train signal system was operated passively depending on a driver by signal lamp display. Now it is changing to onboard signaling system because of train speed increased(conventional track is 230km/h, high speed track is 380km/h), high speed. low speed freight train operation mixed, operation for high speed train in conventional track and dense operation. ie. ETCS(European Train Control System) Level 1 is introducing. Also, in case of high speed train, the train control system of France was introduced and has operated from 2004, now we have a difficulty for rising speed more than 300km/h because of commercial operation speed limited as 300km/h. Therefore, it need to establish the train control technique according to trackside surroundings and develope standard system like European ERTMS/ETCS, China CTCS(Chinese Train Control System), Japan D-ATC(Digital Automatic Train Control). In this paper, we derive the systematization method for Korea train technique by network-oriented, information-oriented, intelligence-oriented and combination-oriented corresponding train development direction. Proposed method has a merit to prevent cross by mixed operation with existing system and improvement after validity demonstration and system development and supply train system to meet user requirement in exporting.

국가 ITS 아키텍쳐 정비방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Revising the National ITS Architecture)

  • 국토해양부는 1999년 국가 ITS 아키텍쳐를 개발하여 ITS 표준의 밑그림, 관계기관 ITS 계획 설계의 기본틀로 활용하여 왔다. 이후 새로운 ITS 서비스의 등장, 서비스를 구현하는 요소기술의 발전과 사업추진환경의 변화에 따라 국가 ITS 아키텍쳐에 대한 수정의 필요성이 대두되었다. 본 연구는 국가 ITS의 구현에 ITS 아키텍쳐가 어떻게 기여하였으며, 어떤 문제점을 가지고 있는지 평가하고, 새로운 사회적, 기술적 환경을 반영하여 국가 ITS 아키텍쳐의 정비방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 국가 ITS 아키텍쳐 개발의 접근방법을 결정하기 위하여 절차지향 접근방법과 객체지향 접근방법의 장단점과 적용사례를 검토하였으며, 적용성이 검증된 절차지향 접근방법을 선정하였다. 기존 한국형 국가 ITS 아키텍쳐 모형에 대한 평가, ITS 사업에서의 활용성을 검토하여 국가 ITS 아키텍쳐의 개념을 정의하였다. 그에 따라 새로운 국가 ITS 아키텍쳐는 ITS 서비스, 논리아키텍쳐, 물리아키텍쳐, 사업아키텍쳐로 구성되도록 하였다. 후속 연구에서는 국가 ITS 아키텍쳐를 완성하는 작업이 우선 이어져야 할 것이며, 나아가 개발된 국가 ITS 아키텍쳐를 교통체계지능화사업에 참여하는 관계자가 준수하도록 유도하기 위한 활용방안 및 ITS 관계자가 국가 ITS 아키텍쳐의 내용을 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 국가 ITS 아키텍쳐의 배포, 홍보, 교육체계가 구축되어야 할 것이다.

채용시장 직무와 역량 간 미스매치 해소를 위한 플랫폼 개발 (Development of a Platform to resolve the Mismatch between Job and Competence in Recruitment Market)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a recruiting platform resolving the mismatch between corporate job and job finder's competence in recruitment market. For this, we investigated technological trends and limitation on recruit platform. Based on the findings, this study investigates the trends and directions related to recruiting platform evolution and identified critical success factors and development strategies for successful development of recruiting platform. Two development strategies include employment of online resume and construction of database assessing job finder's competence. We also proposed target system architecture incorporating job database, competency assessment form, capability oriented resume. To analyze user requirement national competency standards and core job capability evaluation model were analyzed. Next, we designed integrated database, user interfaces, and dynamic functionalities using the forms developed in earlier stage. Finally, we assessed the fidelity of form item, integrity of database, and the usability of interface to evaluate the effectiveness of the system.

선삭 가공 부품의 생산 시간 분석 툴 개발 (Development of an Analysis Tool for Production Time for Components Machined by Turning)

  • In this study, a tool was developed for analyzing production lead time in turning operations. It is expected to help to reduce machining time and to identify, for example, tool change intervals. The tool was developed using Visual Basic.Net and features a user-friendly graphical user interface (GUI) that allows users to easily input cutting conditions and calculate the usage time and feeding distance for each cutting tool based on a G-code program. Object-oriented programming techniques were also used to encapsulate and classify complex logic, thereby efficiently organizing and managing the functions and data structures of this analysis tool. The analysis tool provides various outputs. It calculates the use time of each detailed process of the turning operation, the use time of each tool, the use time of each type of feeding, and also generates the data needed for cutting time analysis, which can be visualized in charts. The analysis tool developed in this study is expected to significantly contribute to improving the efficiency of manufacturing processes and increasing productivity, particularly, in the manufacturing of components requiring massive material removal, such as aircraft parts.

  • The Fuel cell Rubber tired Train (FRT), which is now getting the attention as the next generation vehicle with its environment-friendliness, is the transportation for smooth connections of city traffic. It is the revival of the surface-car system with its revaluation of the function and technological development. Accordingly, fixed time operation and high speed driving became possible. FRT is operated together with other vehicles on the regular drive way. While this vehicle can solve the problem of traffic congestion in the urban area, it also can be cost-effective when it is compared to the cost of subway construction. It is also designed to minimize the underground or elevated traffic lane, to introduce the new construction technology, to reduce a term of works, and to cut down the operation cost by unmanned automatic driving system. Furthermore, it is considered as the alternative measure of other transportation due to its potential for the ecological way of speed improvement and the accessability to the disabled, elderly and children by developing the vehicle with folding steps or by building the high boarding platforms. In this research, I concentrated on the user oriented interior design of the FRT to make it passenger-friendly and safe in order to maximize the utilization of the vehicle so that all users including wheelchaired, user with baby carriage, elderly and children can conveniently use this vehicle.

렌티큘러 스티커를 이용한 커버리지 구현 연구 (Study of Coverage Implementation Using Lenticular Sticker)

  • 최근 실내 측위의 기술이 발달함에 따라 기지국 측위, 와이파이 측위 및 블루투스 비콘 측위 기술이 건물 및 지하공간에 도입되어 운용되고 있다. 이는 시스템과 서비스를 제공하는 공급자 중심의 측위로 사용자의 동선기반에서 사용자가 직접 측위하는 방식인 렌티큘러 측위 기술을 도입하여, 사용자 중심의 초고정밀 측위가 가능한 기술을 소개한다. 렌티큘러 스티커를 활용한 커버리지 구현 방안 연구를 통해 렌티큘러 측위 기술의 가장 중요한 부분 중 하나인 렌티큘러 스티커의 커버리지 구현 방안에 대해 살펴보고, 사용자 관점의 짧은 측위 시간의 결과 값을 제시하고자 한다.

웹기반 자동차 동력전달계 성능 시뮬레이션 시스템 개발 (Development of a Web-based Powertrain Performance Simulation System)

  • The development of a Web-based powertrain performance simulation system is introduced. The development approach of system architecture and each module is introduced along with the H/W and S/W used. The interface with all users is developed via a JAVA Applet. The powertrain modeling and other job history data of a user is managed systematically on the server by database to increase the reusability of the data. A self-developed program using object-oriented programming is used as a solver for the performance simulation. The graph tool for the analysis of simulation results has the collaboration support developed based on JAVA so that synchronous users can view the same result. As a result, the powertrain simulation is possible only with Web-browser for the user and the collaboration support among the relevant engineers is possible.

  • In this paper, we performed the customization of CAE analysis in the process of product development and verification. The purpose of customized analysis is to implement collaboration framework of inter-corporate, inter-division for knowledge process based on product development. Customized analysis methodology using ANSYS Workbench API is presented for the web-based and workbench-based application. Cellular phone was selected as a CAD model, and template based process of analysis is conducted. By using this system, customized analysis is suitable to site or user oriented specific analysis and for user who has little experience on CAE analysis.

Development of Vehicle Oriented Black Box System Based on U-Healthcare and Human-Free Guard Functions

  • The vehicle oriented block box system based on the u-healthcare and the human-free guard functions is developed in this paper. We also suggested the design philosophies, ideas, and analyzed the performance of the suggested system. The developed vehicle oriented black box system has some characteristics such as; 1) detects the dangerous situation by ultrasonic sensor in advance, and stores the situation information of the neighborhood of the vehicle to the imbedded SD memory card if the dangerous situation may be occurred in the parked vehicle; 2) detects the present location and speed information of the vehicle by GPS receiver and 3-axes acceleration sensor, and stores the information to the SD memory card periodically if the vehicle is running; 3) measures the dioxide carbon in the vehicle inside using $CO_2$ sensor, and forces the ventilation motor of the vehicle to operate and maintains the driver's health if the measured level is more than standard health requirements; 4) provides the stored vehicle's operating information to the driver by GUI (Graphical User Interface) based touch LCD monitor.
