디지털 이미지의 저작권에서 저작권자는 본인의 창작물에 대한 저작권을 보호하고, 저작권법의 정확한 이해를 통한 개선 방안이 필요하며, 또한 저작권의 개념 정립을 기반으로 한 저작권자의 권리와 이용자들의 권한의 효율성을 향상시키는 방안을 연구하였다. 우선, 연구의 범위를 동일성 범위의 인정에 대한 사례와 디지털 이미지의 저작권법에 관한 판례를 중심으로 하여, 이용자의 용도에 적합한 이미지 저작권 분류체계를 기반으로 한 이미지 저작물의 등록 절차와 이미지 저작물의 활용 방안에 대해 제시하고자 한다.

Underground passage shopping center which is one of the underground space is a public facility. Therefore, underground passage shopping center needs physical environment that everyone (such as ordinary adults, seniors, disabled and ETC) could use it without any difficulties. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the application of universal design into main entrance space of underground passage shopping center. The scope of this research was adjusted as 8 underground passage shopping centers that are located in Seoul. Spacial scope of the research was set as public space such as main entrance space, slope way, stairway of underground passage shopping center and the content of scope of this research was the application of universal design. The conclusion of this research is as following. First, public space of underground passage shopping center needs physical environmental improvement for the convenient usage for seniors and disabled. Second, the application of universal design is needed for public space for shelter and rescue of underground passage shopping center. Third, Underground passage shopping center needs a plan to minimize the safety infringement of user by commercial activity of stores in it.

In case of commercial area of underground commercial area that occupy large amount of space among underground space, the lighting plays a very important role in terms of user's psychological and physiological side. The purpose of this research is to suggest the direction of lighting design of underground commercial area for revitalization of urban function. Spacial scope of this research were adjusted as 8 underground commercial area in Seoul. Scope of content of this research is about lighting plan of underground commercial area. Research methods are as follows: First, we identified the psychological and physiological problem of the underground space which appears in preceding research and the literature. In order to make the design element which is necessary to an underground space it executed this research method. By this research method we made the design element which is necessary to an underground space. Second, Through site visits, illumination level and lighting plans were studied by each category. Third, we presented the direction of illumination plan of each space in underground commercial area We could conclude a conclusion as following through this research. First, lighting plan of underground commercial area should solve user's psychological, physiological problems and should take advantage of the traits of each space. Second, the usage of space of underground commercial area changes as time pass, a lighting plan is needed in order to cope with this. Third, a lighting plan is needed for user's rest within underground commercial area. Fourth, detailed lighting plan is needed for space users of underground commercial area.

In order to present the enhancement direction for the military administrative facilities, that can satisfy the user demands and achieve cost-effectiveness the goal of public projects, this research analyzes the features of functional spaces using Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP). Basically, the scope is selected to four facilities commander office, private office, public office, and meeting room, because they have an effect on military administrative facilities. Since the space is established by a combination of their own functions, this research begins with an analysis of functional spaces of military administrative facilities, which is verified through literature review and interview with expert. Thereafter, an AHP survey is conducted to military personnel to analyze the priority of functional spaces and to re-classify the functional spaces of each Military administrative facilities. Resultingly, the difference of functional spaces preference according to ranks and facility type are identified. Even though the same military facilities, it means that user satisfaction is different. Therefore, user satisfaction should be considered for each facility at the construction plan. It can minimize overlapped and unused spaces, which can help ensure cost-effectiveness. Consequently, this research suggested the methodology and the process that can take user satisfaction and can support the enhancement of military facilities standards.

This paper presents a framework for observable behavior that can be used as a basis for user modeling, and it reports the results of a pair of user studies that examine the joint utility of two specific behaviors. User models can be constructed by hand, or they can be teamed automatically based on feedback provided by the user about the relevance of documents that they have examined. By observing user behavior, it is possible to obtain implicit feedback without requiring explicit relevance judgments. Four broad categories of potentially observable behavior are identified : examine, retain, reference, and annotate, and examples of specific behaviors within a category are further subdivided based on the natural scope of information objects being manipulated . segment object, or class. Previous studies using Internet discussion groups (USENET news) have shown reading time to be a useful source of implicit feedback for predicting a user's preferences. The experiments reported in this paper extend that work to academic and professional journal articles and abstracts, and explore the relationship between printing behavior and reading time. Two user studies were conducted in which undergraduate students examined articles or abstracts from the telecommunications or pharmaceutical literature. The results showed that reading time can be used to predict the user's assessment of relevance, that the mean reading time for journal articles and technical abstracts is longer than has been reported for USENET news documents, and that printing events provide additional useful evidence about relevance beyond that which can be inferred from reading time. The paper concludes with a brief discussion of the implications of the reported results.

Anastomotic leaks and fistulas are significant complications of gastric surgery that potentially lead to increased postoperative morbidity and mortality. Surgical intervention is reserved for cases with severe symptoms or hemodynamic instability; however, surgery carries a higher risk of complications. With advancements in endoscopic treatment options, endoscopic approaches have emerged as the primary choice for managing these complications. Endoscopic clipping is a traditional method comprising 2 main categories: through-the-scope clips and over-the-scope clips. Through-the-scope clips are user friendly and adaptable to various clinical scenarios, whereas over-the-scope clips can close larger defects. Another promising approach is endoscopic stent insertion, which has shown a high success rate for leak closure, although vigilant monitoring is required to monitor stent migration. Infection control is essential in post-surgical leakage cases, and endoscopic internal drainage provides a relatively safe and noninvasive means to manage fluids, contributing to infection control and wound healing promotion. Endoscopic suturing offers full-thickness wound closure, but requires additional training and endoscopic versatility. As a promising tool, endoscopic vacuum therapy potentially surpasses stent therapy by draining inflammatory materials and closing defects. Furthermore, the use of tissue sealants, such as fibrin glue and cyanoacrylate, has been reported to be effective in selected situations. The choice of endoscopic device should be tailored to individual cases and specific patient conditions, with careful consideration of the nature of the defect. Further extensive studies involving larger patient populations are required to provide more robust evidence on the efficacy of endoscopic approach in managing post-gastric anastomotic leaks.

The need for secure user authentication in blockchain-based applications has been growing with the increased adoption of Decentralized Identity (DID) credentials in blockchain. Zokrates, a tool designed to protect user privacy within smart contracts, had a limitation in that it could not accept authenticated user information such as credentials, only allowing the use of manually inputted data. In this paper, we propose a smart contract system that securely validates DID credentials to overcome the limitations of traditional centralized authentication systems. This system ensures the safe identification of users within blockchain-based applications by authenticating their identities in a trusted manner within the blockchain. As the demand for user authentication in blockchain rises, this paper emphasizes the significance of a blockchain-based identity verification system that guarantees both privacy and security. Leveraging the Zero-Knowledge Proof method and utilizing the Zokrates tool, this innovative approach aims to provide solutions for the digital identity verification process, thereby expanding the scope of blockchain technology applications. Moreover, we also provide a CLI for each entity. We help anyone who wants to authenticate their identity using the tool to safely verify it on-chain.

Movements an environment problem is recognized, and to solve have originated from fashion design scope during the time that is not short of the last couple of years. If it was an opening for that kind of activity to let recognize an eco-fashion design, now it is a purpose of this study to present a realistic practice plan to follow by a real eco-fashion design and production activity, and will be done.

본 연구는 TV 멀티뷰 현황과 이용행태를 조사하고, 멀티뷰 조작법의 사용성을 평가하는 사용자 경험 연구이다. TV는 전통적인 TV 방송 프로그램 시청에서 노트북이나 모바일을 연결해 다목적으로 사용하는 확장형 미디어로 진화하고 있다. 멀티뷰 기능을 활용해 새로운 TV 사용을 경험할 수 있지만 아직까지 멀티뷰의 사용성에 관한 연구는 활발히 이루어지지 않은 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 사례 조사와 사전 설문조사를 실시해 사용자들이 중요하게 생각하는 요소와 이용행태를 파악하고, 멀티뷰 진입부터 종료까지의 전 과정을 태스크 기반으로 수행하는 사용성 테스트와 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 그 결과, 사용자들은 상황에 따라 선호하는 진입 방식과 조작 기능이 달랐고, 멀티뷰를 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 직관적인 인터페이스와 사용자 경험이 개선되어야 한다는 인사이트를 얻을 수 있었다. 본 연구는 사용자 중심의 멀티뷰로 개선하기 위한 방안을 모색하는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

As the explosive growth of SNS users, SNS affects every aspect of our lives. Beyond the individual's scope there is a powerful influence in society. Now cyber bullying is a big problem of this society. To analyze the relationship between the SNS user features and cyber bullying phenomenon, various SNS user's personal and social characteristics were set to variables affecting the cyber bullying phenomenon on the SNS. For the research, questionnaire survey was conducted for total 200 subjects among 10~60 age band in each region across the country. We set a research model including the items that are found to be affected in cyber bullying through the prior researches. To analyze interrelation of cyber bullying phenomenon and the general characteristics of SNS users, multiple regression analysis and other analyses were conducted. As a statistical result, we found the correlation among variables and the suggestion points for a SNS platform development direction.
