In this study, the hypothesized model of internet user satisfaction in e-commerce environment is developed and the relationships among constructs in the model are examined. A Confirmatory factor analysis is employed to analyze the relationships between the multiple dependent variables and independent variables.

The purpose of this study is to define the concept of sustainability, to understand the traditional belief system, to comprehend user-focused healing environment, to understand the current status of Korean Hospitals, to analyze the selected case studies, and to point the way toward enhanced architectural solutions for healing environment in hospitals. The research results indicate that the design of healthcare facilities with healing effects depend on the considerations of 5 senses of patients. In other words, the sustainable design approach to create a healthy healing environment is very important, and architects must be aware of diverse sensory needs of the patients. In addition, the following factors affection healthcare facilities must be considered to create healing environment for users: - "Emphasis on sustainable Design" for harmony among nature, man, and building. - Creation of user Focused Healing Environment reflecting the suers' senses. - Search for New Hospital Forms through various design experiments to create the most suitable healing environment. - "Perception of Paradigm Shift" form a focus on sickness-oriented to wellness-oriented healthcare facility design. - "Awareness of Creating User-Friendly Environment" covering the entire age group form youth to elderly.

The user-centered design paradigm shift and the emergence of user-experience design have also increased the importance of user experience with products and services in specific spaces. In addition, with the advent of IoT services, new changes in the future work environment are expected. This study aims to propose a new user experience design considering the context of future work space. First of all, we examined the concept and nature of IoT, and defined various factors that affect the future work environment and grasped the relation of each element. Next, user research in the current work environment was conducted to identify the context that affects the behavior of users in various types of work environments, and to insight the possibility of a new user experience in the future work environment. Based on the above analysis and insights, various context models for a new future work environment were constructed, and UX models and UX scenarios and alternatives were presented. This study will contribute to the diversity of UX design research by expanding the viewpoint of UX design from device to space and context, and it will contribute to the collaborative research with space design and service design, also interdisciplinary research with IoT service related field.

In this study, by applying mobile based GIS and image analysis of particulate matter ($PM_{10}$) concentration in Seoul and Ulsan in Korea, to identify the user's location and also implemented the application to information exchange. It strengthened citizens' access to air quality information through the application and derived the expanded environment information sharing through real-time user participation. Through atmospheric concentrations image analysis, it showed a new environmental information construction possibility. It had the effect of expanding the information collecting through the local user participation on the limited information collected area which place is not yet constructed atmospheric monitoring network. Location-based particulate matter information service application provides a user location's $PM_{10}$ information from the 25 urban air monitoring network real-time database of the Ministry of Environment. Furthermore, if the user sent a picture of the atmosphere to the server, should match the image density values of the database and express on Seoul's maps through the IDW interpolation. And then a $PM_{10}$ concentration result is transmitted to user in real time.

According to development of internet and an increase in demand of multimedia contents, the contents industry is being developed. However, they are served same contents in the limited environment(user device environment, network environment) of the present contents industry. And users have difficulties in searching and finding contents since they are served contents they want and contents suitable to diverse context and affection. Therefore, it is necessary to make a system offering contents according to context and affection of users. The study proposes the system to offer contents suitable to context and affection of users whenever and wherever through diverse devices in a ubiquitous environment and designs/implementation a user device framework system that users can be offered contents suitable to their devices.

Recently, user authentication schemes using smart cards for multi-server environment have been proposed for practical applications. In 2009, Liao-Wang proposed a secure dynamic ID based remote user authentication scheme for multi-server environment that can withstand the various possible attacks and provide user anonymity. In this paper, we analyze the security of Liao-Wang's scheme, and we show that Liao-Wang's scheme is still insecure against the forgery attack, the password guessing attack, the session key attack, and the insider attack. In addition, Liao-Wang's scheme does not provide user anonymity between the user and the server.

Purpose One of the success factors of information system projects is to reduce requirements uncertainty through user engagement. So, in many recent IS development environment, a business analyst or business analysts are positioned between users and developers to drive user engagement to reduce requirements uncertainty. But, there are few studies that research about the competencies of business analysts for training and staffing. So, this study analyzed which underlying and practical competencies that positively influence user engagement are required. Design/methodology/approach The level of underlying and practical competencies required for business analysts and the level of user enagement in the IS development environment are collected through the survey. And, the causal relationship between the construct concepts which are underlying competencies, practical competencies and the user participation is analzed through the PLS analysis. Findings The results of this study show that the practial competencies of business analysts that positively have a significant impact on user engaement were studied as requirements development skills. Additionally, the underlying competencies of business analysts which have a significant impact on requirements development skills were examined as business knowledge and interaction skills rather than technical knowledge and communication skills.

The purpose of information retrieval is to help users solve their problems. To fulfill the purpose the user's problem needs to be focused on. The purpose of this study is to identify components and the structure of the user's problem in an academic research environment. From this study it was found that the scientific problem dealt within an academic environment is complicate and the problem is composed of 8 topical and 4 non-topical components. And they could be organized into a stucture. This study has three implications for user-oriented information retrieval. (1) The components and the structure of the problem need to be the framework for the effective information retrieval process and for the evaluation of information retrieval. (2) The research methodology used in this study can be applied to other information service situations and this will result in greater practical implication of a study for more effective information retrieval. And (3) for more effective user-oriented information retrieval, the user needs to be observed and studied in the actual' situation. This study showed that the complicate problem of the actual user can be studied in a systematic way and this resulted in important implications for information retrieval.

The interface between servers and clients and system management in the cloud computing environment is different from the existing computing environment. The technology for information protection. Management and user authentication has become an important issue. For providing a more convenient service to users, SSO technology is applied to this cloud computing service. In the SSO service environment, system access using a single key facilitates access to several servers at the same time. This SSO authentication service technology is vulnerable to security of several systems, once the key is exposed. In this paper, we propose a technology to solve problems, which might be caused by single key authentication in SSO-based cloud computing access. This is a distributed agent authentication technology using a multiple SSO agent to reinforce user authentication using a single key in the SSO service environment. For user authentication reinforcement, phased access is applied and trackable log information is used when there is a security problem in system to provide a safe cloud computing service.
