Effect of Quality of Curation Service on User Satisfaction, Trust, and Persistence Usage (패션 큐레이션의 서비스 품질이 사용자 만족, 신뢰, 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study tried to investigate the effect of the service quality attributes of the curation on the satisfaction, trust, and intention to continuous use of consumers in that curation services are derived in various forms and being greatly activated, there are not many academic discussions centered on them. Besides, differences between curation services by each service provider were also verified in this study. Data collection was conducted for one month in August 2019, with 373 men and women in their 20s. The results of the study are as follows. First, according to the result of investigating the variables that make effect on user satisfaction of curation service, it was identified that satisfaction has increased when figures of fulfillment, responsiveness, personalization, design, ease of use, and safety were higher. Second, among the variables that influence the reliability of the curation service, trust increases when user satisfaction, design, ease of use, and safety are higher. Third, satisfaction has a positive effect on trust, and both satisfaction and reliability affect the intention to continue use. Fourth, as a result of examining the difference in quality between the curation services divided by Curating subject, it was found that satisfaction, ubiquitous connectivity, and responsive quality were measured higher in the business operator service than in the user curation service.

Study on User Experience of Personalized Recommendation Systems of Fashion Vertical Platforms -The Regulation Effect of Self-Regulatory Focus- (패션 버티컬 플랫폼 개인화 추천시스템의 사용자 경험에 관한 연구 -자기조절초점의 조절효과-)

  • This study aims to validate the user experience associated with the personalized recommendation systems of fashion vertical platforms. The investigation focused on women aged 18 to 30 with prior experience using personalized fashion recommendation systems. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0, and the outcomes can be summarized as follows. Firstly, the diversity and usefulness of information quality exerted a positive effect on use satisfaction. Secondly, the affirmative impact of the reliability of system quality on user satisfaction was established, although stability was not confirmed. Thirdly, the study identified a favorable connection between ease-of-use of service quality and user satisfaction, while the influence of tangibles was unsubstantiated. Fourthly, the degree of self-reference was found to have a positive effect on user satisfaction. Fifthly, a constructive relationship emerged between user satisfaction and both continuous-use intention and recommendation intention. Lastly, there was a significant difference in the magnitude of the effect of ease-of-use on satisfaction according to self-regulatory focus. The findings of this study hold the potential to enhance the explanatory and predictive power of the field of consumer behavior within the novel shopping landscape of fashion vertical platforms.

A Study on User Acceptance Model of uTradeHub Service Based on Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (통합기술수용이론(UTAUT) 기반 uTradeHub 서비스의 사용자 수용모형에 관한 연구)

  • This study examines whether the variables used in the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions) is applicable to continuous usage of uTradeHub at a time of expansion in the use of uTradeHub. In addition, the role of user satisfaction(mediating effect) and CEO support(interaction effect) in the relationship is identified attempting to provide basic data to help uTradeHub management strategy establishment. A total of 101 valid responses collected through questionnaires were used for empirical analysis(using SPSS 24.0), and the results are as follows. First, for the effect of the integration technology acceptance factor on user satisfaction(H1), only performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence were significant, but facilitating conditions was not significant. Second, for the effect of user satisfaction on the continued use of uTradeHub(H2), there was a significant result. Third, the mediation effect on verification of user satisfaction(H3) was full where performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence prompted continuous usage through user satisfaction. Fourth, for interactive effect verification of CEO support(H4), an interaction effect was shown only in the influence relationship of performance expectancy and social influence on user satisfaction.

  • SNS(Social Network Services) is being recognized as an important part in our society, individual lives and corporate business aspects, and the influence of SNS is growing explosively as expansion and supply of infrastructures that support mobile environments increase. Previous studies related to SNS were focused on user acceptance of new technology, based on Technology Acceptance Model(TAM). However, they had a limitation to focus on technology acceptance, without the consideration of personal and behavioral factors in SNS use. However, above all, successful SNS requires the understanding of users who are active on the network. Therefore, from the user's perspective, this study attempted a multi-dimensional approach by reflecting characteristics that come from SNS usage. This study considered user innovation, virtual skill, self-efficacy, social pressure and network effect as independent variables, and perceived ease-of-use, perceived usefulness and perceived value as mediating variables, and intention-to-use as dependent variable. The result showed that user innovation, self-efficacy, social pressure and network effect had a significant effect on the mediating variables. The practical contribution of this study is to suggest useful decision alternatives concerned to marketing strategy for acquiring and retaining lone-term customers related to SNS business.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of electronic trade's web site usability on the user satisfaction and customer royalty. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, a research model was established and obtained the results as follows, First, navigation, information structure characteristic, communication has statistically significant effect on user satisfaction. It means users think more important the convenience, approachableness than web site design, visually menu to the information. Also, it represent communication with user is important factor to use web site. Second, user satisfaction has significant influence on customer royalty. This result signifies the user satisfaction of e-trade site is enhanced by support for convenience, reliability, smoothly communication and eventually affect thr revisiting intention of web site

A Study on the Determinant Process of Dominant Design of Smartphone Operating Systems (스마트폰 운영체제의 지배적 디자인 결정과정에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this research is to present the major factors which determine dominant design of Smartphone OS and to verify a logical causal relationship with them and user satisfaction. To achieve this goal, OS compatibility, OS enhancement, Installed base, and network effect were presented as determinants of Smartphone OS which serves as the basis for determining dominant design and their logical causal relationship with user satisfaction was empirically analyzed. The results of the research showed that OS compatibility and OS enhancements had a positive effect on the expansion of user base. Of the two factors, OS enhancement showed that it does not only expand the user base but also acts as the cause for the fortification of the network effect. Furthermore, it was shown that OS enhancement had a direct positive effect on user satisfaction. The findings of this research are significant in its academic contribution as well as its potential for practical application by presenting the logical causal relationship in the process of determining OS dominant design an area which was previously untouched by empirical testing.

  • This study studies the effect of social welfare service quality on facility reuse for users of social welfare facilities. The purpose of this study is to study the effect of the parallel triple mediation effect of facility image user loyalty and facility satisfaction. To this end 219 users of social welfare facilities were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 for Windows and Process macro. As a result, first the variables of service quality facility image user loyalty facility satisfaction and facility reuse all formed significant positive relationships. Second facility image user loyalty and facility satisfaction had multiple mediating effects. This study presented a new model using multivariate in response to social welfare facilities in pandemic situations.

Impacts of Low User and Project Management Risk on IT Project of Public Sector: The Moderating Effect of User Knowledge (사용자 및 프로젝트 관리 위험 감소가 공공부문 IT 프로젝트 성과에 미치는 영향 : 사용자 지식의 조절효과)

  • We tried to do research on main views(risk and knowledge-based) and propose user knowledge as a factor to be managed in order to strengthen the performance. This study empirically analyzed the user-related and project management risk that affect the IT project performance, and verified user knowledge as a moderating variable. The survey was conducted for respondents who have experience on IT Project of public sector and data were analyzed by Smart PLS 3.0. The results show that low user-related and project management risks have a positive effect on performance. In addition, user knowledge has been shown to enhance the impact of two risks on performance. These findings are meaningful in that they emphasize the importance of user knowledge in public-sector IT projects, as well as the repeated verification of integrated research results.

  • Recently, there is a growing interest in Fintech which is a business based on using IT to provide financial services. At the early stage of diffusion of Fintech, one of the issues raised is the concern for information security. This study examines actual users' information privacy concern and user resistance to Fintech services. We also investigates the effects of social influence and mobile Internet literacy on information privacy concern and user resistance. In particular, this research verifies the interaction effect between regulatory focus and information privacy concern to influence user resistance. Based on the findings, the results of this study provide strategic implications for firms which attempt to reduce user resistance to Fintech services and proliferate Fintech usage.

The Effect of VR Store Vividness on Immersion and User Satisfaction (VR점포의 생동감이 점포 몰입과 쇼핑경험에 대한 만족에 미치는 영향)

  • This study explores the effects of VR (Virtual Reality) store vividness, which is one of VR shopping environmental features used in previous research, on user satisfaction. In addition, the mediating role of immersion between VR store vividness and user satisfaction is investigated. The moderating role of self-efficacy is also explored since the effects of vividness and immersion on user satisfaction may depend on a consumer's perceived shopping self-efficacy. A total of 58 participants experienced a VR store with the Oculus Go VR headset. To test the hypotheses, model 14 of Process Macro 3.4 is used (95% Confidence Interval). According to the results, immersion mediated between VR store vividness and user satisfaction. Additionally, there was a significant interaction effect between immersion and self-efficacy on user satisfaction. When a consumer experiences high immersion at a VR store, consumers may have a strongly positive experience, especially among those who have a perceived low shopping self-efficacy.
