개인 사용자의 On-demand Software 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors Affecting Personal User's Acceptance of On-demand Software)

  • The development of service-based software and web-based application aims for providing user-demand service. On-demand software is emerging for same reason. Software delivery models like on-demand software is expected to change the software industry as an important technical revolution with the firm's strategy. Few research, however, has been done on the on-demand software. While much research on ASP and SaaS focused on firm' use, this study intends to examine the intention of using on-demand software targeting personal user. The intention to use of on-demand software was empirically examined in terms of quality, user characteristics, usefulness, easy of use, and security. Results shows that usefulness and easy of use are most significantly related to the intention of using on-demand software. Other factors are also found to affect the intention to use of on-demand software. This study contributes to improve the understanding and interest in on-demand software and it is expected to spread widely for individual user.

다계층 가변수요 교통망 균형 (Multi-class Variable Demand Network Equilibrium)

  • 본 연구에서는 다계층 가변수요 사용자 균형과 체계최적 교통망 균형 조건을 조사하고 그에 따른 해석적 알고리즘을 구축한다. 이러한 교통망 균형 조건을 조사함에 있어서 특별히 다음과 같은 가정을 기반으로 연구를 수행한다. 통행자들의 이질적(heterogeneous)인 특성을 반영하기 위하여 통행자 계층별로 이산적으로 구분된 시간가치를 갖고 있으며 통행비용에 따라 각 계층의 통행수요가 변화(variable demand)하는 상황을 고려한다. 본 연구에서는 우선 다계층 가변수요에서 도로 이용자들이 통행비용을 인식하는 단위가 시간 또는 화폐에 따라 도로 사용자의 통행패턴이 달라지는가를 조사한다. 즉, 통행비용을 측정하는 단위에 따라 사용자 균형조건이 달라지는가를 알아본다. 그리고 다계층 가변수요에서 통행비용이 시간 또는 화폐단위로 측정될 때의 체계최적 조건을 조사하고 어떤 특성을 갖는가를 조사한다. 최종적으로 이렇게 조사된 다계층 가변수요 사용자 균형조건과 체계최적조건을 이용하여 각 각의 해석적 통행배정 알고리즘을 구축한다.

  • This paper describes effectiveness and characteristics of 3 P(point) task analysis as a new Ergonomic and Kansei design method for extracting user demand especially. The key point in 3 P task analysis is to describe the flow of tasks and extract any problems in each task. A solution of a problem means a user demand. 3 P task analysis cal eliminate an oversight of check items by examining the users' information processing level. The suers' information processing level was divided into the following three stages for problem extraction: acquirement of information ---> understanding and judgment ---> operation. Three stages has fourteenth cues such as difficulty of seeing, no emphasis, mapping for extracting problems. To link analysis results to the formulation of a product concept. I added a column on the right side of the table for writing the requirements (user demand) to resolve the problems extracted from each task. The requirements are extracted by using seventh cues. Finally 3 P task analysis was compared with group interview to make the characteristics of 3 P task analysis, especially extracting user demand, clear.

  • End-user electric power consumption trends shows various load curves dependant on industry, contract, season, day and time. Analysis of end-user electric power consumption trends has a key role to efficiently meet electricity demand. There are several factors of change in electricity demand such as the change of weather, international conflict, and industrial trends during summer. This paper has analyzed the analysis the end-user electric power consumption trends using the load curve during international conflict. We observed that international conflict decreased electric demand by $5.4\%$. This increase is not significant, and therefore we conclude that the international conflict has not greatly affected Korea's electricity demands. This paper provides useful information so as to mon: efficiently perform demand side management.

  • Visual occlusion method is a visual demand measuring technique which uses periodic vision/occlusion cycle to simulate driving environment. It became one of the most popular techniques for the evaluation of in-vehicle interfaces due to its robustness and cost-effectiveness. However, it has a limitation in that the vision/occlusion cycle forces the user to use the IVIS at a predetermined pace, while a driver decides when to use the device on his/her own in actual driving. This paper proposes a user-driven visual occlusion method for measuring the visual demand of in-vehicle interfaces. An experiment was conducted to examine the visual demand of an in-vehicle interface prototype using both the existing (system-driven) occlusion method and the proposed (user-driven) one. Two in-vehicle tasks were evaluated: address input and radio tuning. The results showed that, for the radio tuning task, there were significant differences in total shutter open time and resumability ratio between the methods. The user-driven visual occlusion method not only allows a better representation of drivers' behavior, but it also seems to provide more information on the chunkability of a task.

동적체계기반 확률적 사용자균형 통행배정모형 (Elastic Demand Stochastic User Equilibrium Assignment Based on a Dynamic System)

  • 본 연구에서는 가변수요를 고려한 확률적 사용자균형 통행배정모형을 제시한다. 교통망에서 수요와 공급간의 균형을 가정할 경우, 통행비용의 함수인 가변수요는 통행저항함수(공급함수)와 함께 균형상태로 수렴하며, 이때 확률적 통행배정모형은 통행자들간의 경로인지 통행비용이 동일해지는 확률적 사용자균형상태에 도달하게 된다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 확률적 사용자균형모형은 기존 연구들과는 달리 동적체계(dynamic system)를 기초로 개발된다. 동적체계는 시간의 흐름에 따라 하나의 상태가 다음 상태로 변화하는 과정을 표현하는 수리적인 방법으로 시간의 변화에 따라 그 상태가 변하는 여러 분야에 적용이 가능한데, 주로 제어공학(control engineering)분야에서 활용되어 왔다. 동적 체계의 개념을 도입하면, 기존 모형들과는 달리 쉽게 모형화(formulation)할 수 있으며 풀이과정(solution algorithm)도 간단하다는 장점이 있다. 본 연구에서도 동적체계를 이용하여 확률적 사용자균형 통행배정(user equilibrium traffic assignment)모형을 제시하고 제시된 모형이 안정적인 해(stable solution)로 수렴한다는 것을 Lyapunov함수를 통하여 증명한다. 또한, 예제 교통망을 통하여 여러가지 의미있는 결과를 도출한다.

  • The conventional computing is a centralizing system, but it has been gradually going to develop ubiquitous computing which moves roles away from the main. The Community Computing, a new paradigm, is proposed to implement environment of ubiquitous computing. In this environment, it is important to accept the user demand. Hence in this paper recognizes pattern of user's activity statistically and proposes a method of pattern estimation in community computing. In addition, user's activity varies with time and the activity has the priority We reflect these. Also, we improve accuracy of the method through Knowledge Base organization and the feedback system. We make program using Microsoft Visual C++ for evaluating performance of proposed method, then simulate it. We can confirm it from the experiment result that using proposal method is better in environment of community computing.

User Bandwidth Demand Centric Soft-Association Control in Wi-Fi Networks

  • To address the challenge of unprecedented growth in mobile data traffic, ultra-dense network deployment is a cost efficient solution to offload the traffic over some small cells. The overlapped coverage areas of small cells create more than one candidate access points for one mobile user. Signal strength based user association in IEEE 802.11 results in a significantly unbalanced load distribution among access points. However, the effective bandwidth demand of each user actually differs vastly due to their different preferences for mobile applications. In this paper, we formulate a set of non-linear integer programming models for joint user association control and user demand guarantee problem. In this model, we are trying to maximize the system capacity and guarantee the effective bandwidth demand for each user by soft-association control with a software defined network controller. With the fact of NP-hard complexity of non-linear integer programming solver, we propose a Kernighan Lin Algorithm based graph-partitioning method for a large-scale network. Finally, we evaluated the performance of the proposed algorithm for the edge users with heterogeneous bandwidth demands and mobility scenarios. Simulation results show that the proposed adaptive soft-association control can achieve a better performance than the other two and improves the individual quality of user experience with a little price on system throughput.

한국의 지능형 전력동시부하율 저감시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on Simultaneous Load Factor of Intelligent Electric Power Reduction System in Korea)

  • This study is designed to predict the overall electric power load, to apply the method of time sharing and to reduce simultaneous load factor of electric power when authorized by user entering demand plans and using schedules into the user's interface for a certain period of time. This is about smart grid, which reduces electric power load through simultaneous load factor of electric power reduction system supervision agent. Also, this study has the following characteristics. First, it is the user interface which enables authorized users to enter and send/receive such data as demand plan and using schedule for a certain period of time. Second, it is the database server, which collects, classifies, analyzes, saves and manages demand forecast data for a certain period of time. Third, is the simultaneous load factor of electric power control agent, which controls usage of electric power by getting control signal, which is intended to reduce the simultaneous load factor of electric power by the use of the time sharing control system, form the user interface, which also integrate and compare the data which were gained from the interface and the demand forecast data of the certain period of time.

  • 인터넷의 확산과 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 활성화로 인해 최근 방송과 통신의 융합 서비스인 IPTV가 인터넷 서비스의 새로운 모델로 주목 받고 있다. 특히, IPTV 환경에서는 기존의 실시간 방송이나 주문형 비디오 (Video-on-Demand) 뿐만 아니라 양방향 멀티미디어 서비스나 고품질 디지털 콘텐츠 등과 같은 다양한 서비스를 제공한다. 하지만, IPTV 가입자수의 폭발적인 증가와 방대한 콘텐츠에 따른 트래픽의 증가는 IPTV 환경에서의 효과적인 네트워크 자원 관리에 어려움을 발생시키고, 결과적으로 품질 저하를 초래하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 IPTV 환경에서 네트워크 자원을 보다 효율적으로 이용하기 위해 사용자의 VoD 서비스 이용 행태를 고려하여 향후 잠재적인 서버의 부하 및 대기 시간에 대한 예상치를 계산하고 이를 서버 부하 분산에 적용하는 알고리즘을 제안한다.
