A system Dynamics Approach to find the Dynamic interactions and Policy Causal Loops of the Internet utilization (정책인과지도 도출을 위한 인터넷 활용의 동태성 분석: 이용자로서의 정부, 기업, 가정을 중심으로)

  • In recent years, how to promore the Utilization of Internet is a main issue of national information policy. In this study, we focused our approach to find promoting sttategies for Internet utilization on three sector's users, governments, enterprises, and households. Promoting the Internet utilization of these three sector's users is a very difficult problem, because their information levels are different and information gap among them can be regarded as bottleneck. And since the interactions between user's demands and diverse information seccor's factors are very complex, policy leverages can not find easily. By the system dynamics methodology, this paper examines the interrelationships between three user's demand mechanism and information policy sector. Information policy sector consist of four sectors, infrastruccure policy seccor, application-contents sector, governance sector, and access and price policy sector (free access policy, literacy policy, telecommunication price policy, etc.). To find and investigate policy leverage that will help understanding dynamic behavior of users in using Internet we build a causal loop diagrams and SD models by using survey data obtained from three sectors'specialized users, 488 persons.

Location Tracking based on MS-Based/Assisted Location Trigger Model with Context-Awareness

  • In this paper, we proposed the location tracking system based on MS-Based/Assisted(Mobile Station-Based and Assisted) location trigger service model with context-awareness for the intelligent location tracking of moving objects. It provides the proper resulting value that matches the context of users through the analysis about the situation of the user, physical environment, computing resource and the existing information on user input. In order to provide real-time data, we proposed the location tracking system which realizes the intelligent information such as the expecting arrival time and passing the specific area of the moving object by adopting the location trigger. So, it derives to minimize the costs of communication for the mobile object tracking applications. The proposed location tracking system based on context-awareness can be used for realtime monitoring, intelligent alarm/action, setting up of the optimized moving path, dynamic adjustment of strategies and policies. So it has the advantage to develop the application system which is aimed at optimization of the object tracking and movement.

A Research on Performance Improvement of iBeacon Using Transmission and Reception of Different Beacon Signals (이종의 Beacon 신호 송수신을 통한 iBeacon의 성능 개선에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, we propose a different kind of Beacon signals transmission and receipt scheme to express more information in existing iBeacon. Because the user can only use Major and Minor of iBeacon, information available for the user is limited to 4byte. The proposed scheme makes it possible to use more information by transmitting consecutively a different kind of Beacon signals that major and minor are different. When it comes to using more information of iBeacon, it is possible to recognize people and objects using iBeacon and utilization range of iBeacon is widened further. Also, we verify operation of the proposed scheme through application implementation.

  • It is possible to manage individual exercise information using a smartphone application that may be attached to exercise equipment. We propose a service platform that provides effective exercise techniques and management information to athletes by establishing an AI module to analyze and present the current user's exercise volume and exercise intensity direction through analysis of exercise data. To this end, it can be effectively managed by establishing a system based on a cloud environment and builds a hybrid health model that utilizes air and magnetic technologies at the same time.

  • 본 논문에서는 현재 VOIP(Voice Over IP)기술고서 ITU-T의 H.323에 대응되는 텍스트 기반 프로토콜인 SIP(Session Initiation Protocol)를 구현한 오픈 소스인 VOCAL(Vovida Open Communication Application Library) 시스템의 구조를 분석하고 SIP의 시스템을 구성하는 여러 모듈들을 테스트를 통하여 검증하였다. VOCAL의 사용자 에이전트에 RTP(Real-time Transport Protocol ) 포맷의 데이터를 전송/수신할 수 있는 모듈을 구현하고 검증하여, SIP 시스템에서 사용할 수 있는 사용자 에이전트의 활용에 대한 방안을 제시하였다.

  • 본 논문은 모바일 응용 서버 시스템에서 인증, 역할 기반 접근 제어, 사용자 개인 정보 관리 등과 같은 보안 서비스를 제공하기 위해 개발된 사용자 관리 시스템에 대한 구조와 기능에 대해 설명하고자 한다. 또한, 모바일 환경에 따른 특이 사항들을 처리하는 기능과 방법들에 대해 살펴 볼 것이다. 개발된 사용자 관리 시스템은 크게 응용 서버 시스템의 하위 보안 프레임워크 부분과 모바일 응용 개발자에게 직접 응용의 보안 로직을 개발할 수 있도록 지원 API를 가지며 모바일 응용 서버 시스템 특화된 보안 서비스를 제공하는 모바일 보안 처리 부분으로 나뉘어져 있다.

  • 본 연구에서는 웹 서버(Web server)와 웹 브라우저(web browser) 환경에서 테스팅이 가능하도록 설계한 테스팅 도구, VIST를 설계하였다. VIST는 비주얼 툴로 개발된 소프트웨어의 특성을 고려하여 그래픽 유저 인터페이스(Graphic User Interface) 측면에서 소프트웨어를 테스팅한다. VIST는 클라이언트-서버 환경에서의 테스팅을 가능케 하며 테스팅 과정의 일관성을 유지하고, 테스팅의 수행 시간과 노력 및 장비, 인력의 감소 효과를 갖는다.

  • In machining a part in CAD/CAM system, it is required that the drawing information should be automatically generated, modified, deleted, and thus be used as an general information throughout the entire manufacturing process. This research addresses basic entities(point, line, circle, arc) for design feature and combination of this features, based on GT concepts, with minimum user's manual input. This paper deals with the generalization of operating system which can cover the s parts which appears in mechanical part handbook and the basic constitutional part of sold base. The system developed shows a strong application impact on automatic process planning system of medium - size injection sold companies.

  • In General, data mining is defined as the knowledge discovery or extracting hidden necessary information from large databases. Its technique can be applied into decision making, prediction, and information analysis through analyzing of relationship and pattern among data. One of the most important works is to find association rules in data mining. Association Rule is mainly being used in basket analysis. In addition, it has been used in the analysis of web-log and user-pattern. This paper provides the application method in the field of marketing through the analysis of data using association rule as a technique of data mining.

  • In this study , the system was developed for design procecure of agriultural engineering. For development of the system, design reports of Rural Development Corporation were analyzed, the components using in system were searched, and the user interface was developed. It was found that the development of this system would be used for design procedure using design information based on RDBMS.
