Today, our indoor space requires a user-centered considering design that satisfies even human sensitivity. The word 'sensitivity' is being frequently used in the design market recently and this means that consumers are becoming more sensitive. For this reason, the characteristics of Toyo Ito's architecture, which are innocent due to its natural structure and materials, are suggested as a sensitive lighting stand design which can relieve users' stress from daily life and bring a psychological stability. As such, sensitivity lighting can create a lighting environment that considers consumers in various spaces along with the development of new scientific technologies and develop in a new direction of aesthetical beauty and eco-friendly area. In this study, a natural and sensitive lighting stand is suggested where a variety of digital art techniques of LED are applied based on formative characteristics of relationship, one of Toyo Ito's architectural concept factors. Such sensitivity lighting designs can not only realize a type-free design but also suggest a creation of the atmosphere which is close to nature.
The study aims to establish the systematic residential satisfaction index which reflected perception of high rise residents are demand on the Apartment housing. Apartment house is developed to reduce the housing shortage caused by urbanism after industrialization in Korea. It has increased constantly since the 1970s and has become the most common residential type of Korean city dwellers. It shows Korean dwelling pattern and culture. Furthermore, it can be an index of private wealth. The main purpose of the thesis is the highlight on systematic planning process for actual users' needs. In other words, city planners are eager to reflect each individual preference when he/she designs a house. More practical and accurate research in user's satisfaction of housing can be helpful to overcome limitations of city planner's personal preference which can't provide certain evidences. First, the study has carried out the survey of importance of design elements which were selected on the basis of the results of the POE, Residential Quality, Quality Of Life which were carried out for the same subject. Then, the data were analyzed by SPSS 12+ program package in terms of frequency, factor analysis and reliability analysis. The results reveals that the Residential Satisfaction Index of Apartment housing are consisted of 8 factors which had been sorted out in factor analysis which can be interpreted to be closely related to the Physical, Social psychological and General environment.

In today's worldwide environment, information systems (IS) usage is growing swiftly. As a result, it now affects every aspect of life and serves as a general growth tool for individuals, groups, and governments. information system success (ISS) is affected by customer satisfaction and their acceptance of using these services. In addition, this issue will be a critical thing for SMEs, especially in Saudi Arabia. SMEs have a shortage and lack IT experience and resources. The research's question is What are the ISS that will improve customer satisfaction and SME performance in Saudi Arabia. Through an online survey, The data on how Saudi SMEs succeed in IS was acquired. Citizens and residents users in Saudi Arabia, representing a range of ages and educational backgrounds. In the IS success factors evaluation, which assessed the degree of agreeability and disagreeability of specific statements related to the six dimensions based on the empirical data, it was found that the users agreed with the majority of the claims. For users, usability is the most important feature. This study discovered that enhancing the system's overall user experience might lead to higher overall satisfaction.

Assessment of information credibility is a ubiquitous human activity given that people constantly make decisions and selections based on the value of information in a variety of information seeking and use contexts. Today, people are increasingly engaging in diverse online activities beyond searching for and reading information, including activities such as creating, tagging and rating content, shopping, and listening to and watching multimedia content. The Web 2.0 environment presents new challenges for people because the burden of information evaluation is shifted from professional gatekeepers to individual information consumers. At the same time, however, it also provides unprecedented opportunities for people to use tools and features that help them to make informed credibility judgments by relying on other people's ratings and recommendations. This paper introduces fundamental notions and dimensions of credibility, and contends that credibility assessment can be best understood with respect to human information behavior because it encompasses both the level of effort people exert as well as the heuristics they employ to evaluate information. The paper reports on a survey study investigating people's credibility judgments with respect to online information, focusing on the constructs, heuristics, and interactions involved in people's credibility assessment processes within the context of their everyday life information activities. Using an online activity diary method, empirical data about people's online activities and their associated credibility assessments were collected at multiple points throughout the day for three days. The results indicate that distinct credibility assessment heuristics are emerging as people engage in diverse online activities involving more user-generated and multimedia content. A heuristic approach suggests that people apply mental shortcuts or rules of thumb in order to minimize the amount of cognitive effort and time required to make credibility judgments. The paper discusses why a heuristic approach is key to reaching a more comprehensive understanding of people's credibility assessments within the information-abundant online environment.
The research status of endangered amphibians in Korea was mainly studied the life-cycle and distribution status of species from the 1980s to the early 2000s. Although a relatively diverse range of studies have been conducted on mackerels, studies on habitat prediction, analysis, change and management are insufficient. WEB, which provides biota information using location information in Korea, is a site operated by the National Bio Resource Center under the Ministry of Environment, but there is no information on endangered species and general species information has also been found to be very scantily. For this research, we secured a database of location information of Narrow-mouth frog, an endangered species, by combining literature and field research, and established a system by applying new technologies and open-based platform technologies that can be easily accessed by non-technical personnel of IT among IT technologies. The system was divided into administrator functions and user functions to prevent indiscriminate sharing of information through authentication procedures through user membership of users. The established system was authorized to show the distance between the current location and the location of the Narrow-mouth frog. Considering the ecological characteristics of the Narrow-mouth frog, which is an endangered species, a radius of 500m was marked to determine the habitat range. The system is expected to be applied to the legal system to change existing protected areas, etc. and to select new ones. It is estimated that practical reduction measures can be derived by utilizing the development plan for reviewing the natural environment. In addition, the deployed system has the advantage of being able to apply to a wide variety of endangered species by modifying the information entered.
Previously common users just want to watch the video contents without any specific requirements or purposes. However, in today's life while watching video user attempts to know and discover more about things that appear on the video. Therefore, the requirements for finding multimedia or browsing information of objects that users want, are spreading with the increasing use of multimedia such as videos which are not only available on the internet-capable devices such as computers but also on smart TV and smart phone. In order to meet the users. requirements, labor-intensive annotation of objects in video contents is inevitable. For this reason, many researchers have actively studied about methods of annotating the object that appear on the video. In keyword-based annotation related information of the object that appeared on the video content is immediately added and annotation data including all related information about the object must be individually managed. Users will have to directly input all related information to the object. Consequently, when a user browses for information that related to the object, user can only find and get limited resources that solely exists in annotated data. Also, in order to place annotation for objects user's huge workload is required. To cope with reducing user's workload and to minimize the work involved in annotation, in existing object-based annotation automatic annotation is being attempted using computer vision techniques like object detection, recognition and tracking. By using such computer vision techniques a wide variety of objects that appears on the video content must be all detected and recognized. But until now it is still a problem facing some difficulties which have to deal with automated annotation. To overcome these difficulties, we propose a system which consists of two modules. The first module is the annotation module that enables many annotators to collaboratively annotate the objects in the video content in order to access the semantic data using Linked Data. Annotation data managed by annotation server is represented using ontology so that the information can easily be shared and extended. Since annotation data does not include all the relevant information of the object, existing objects in Linked Data and objects that appear in the video content simply connect with each other to get all the related information of the object. In other words, annotation data which contains only URI and metadata like position, time and size are stored on the annotation sever. So when user needs other related information about the object, all of that information is retrieved from Linked Data through its relevant URI. The second module enables viewers to browse interesting information about the object using annotation data which is collaboratively generated by many users while watching video. With this system, through simple user interaction the query is automatically generated and all the related information is retrieved from Linked Data and finally all the additional information of the object is offered to the user. With this study, in the future of Semantic Web environment our proposed system is expected to establish a better video content service environment by offering users relevant information about the objects that appear on the screen of any internet-capable devices such as PC, smart TV or smart phone.

In this paper, we wish to accomplish generation equipment's heighten stability and believability through remote monitoring and control of PV system. This paper describes the design of the monitoring system for sensing the monitoring data and indirect controlling of the PV system. Most of the conventional monitoring system depend on the special hardware and software. Basic design goal of monitoring system is to provide the convenience for the user and the portability for the system. In order for the system to fulfill its requirements, it was designed using Labview GUI facility based on the Windows 2000 environment of IBM PC compatible and Add-on card based on the TCP/IP protocol. Advantage of the monitoring system are a personnel expenses curtailment effect, free of the place restriction and unmanned system of the generation plants, etc..
In conventional development methodologies, requirements are considered to be not changing after analysis phase, and requirements specifications are used for the next step system design purpose. But in the real world, requirements can be changed and modified throughout the development life cycle according to end-user's more understanding about the target system, new IT technologies, changes of customer environment and market situation, and so on. So there needs a requirements change management process that can extend requirements management over the entire development life cycle and can support managing changes to the requirements after design phase. In this paper, a requirements change management process that can be integrated into conventional development methodologies is proposed to support the extension of requirements life cycle and managing changes to the requirements after design phase. This process was evaluated through an verification test with a widely used development methodology‘MaRMI’.

The result from this study, the user rate of public library is influenced by number of buildings and accessibility of traffic and public library can improve efficiency by substantial operation by basic function for all age group. The target population of Seoul public library sizes by decuple of advanced countries because of difficulty of accessibility, so it needs to make it small scale and also can offer self-regulation learning, materials and life-long learning programs because generally public library's utilization purpose is different by age. As school in Seoul amounts to 25 times of public library by about 1,200 buildings and can function of lifelong education center with a school library, cultural center and other composition buildings, so school facilities may use as a public library for local residents.

Due to the advent of ubiquitous computing environment, it is becoming a part of our common life style. And tremendous information is cumulated rapidly. In these trends, it is becoming a very important technology to find out exact information in a large data to present users. Collaborative filtering is the method based on other users' preferences, can not only reflect exact attributes of user but also still has the problem of sparsity and scalability, though it has been practically used to improve these defects. In this paper, we propose clustering method by user's features based on SOM for predicting purchase pattern in u-Commerce. it is necessary for us to make the cluster with similarity by user's features to be able to reflect attributes of the customer information in order to find the items with same propensity in the cluster rapidly. The proposed makes the task of clustering to apply the variable of featured vector for the user's information and RFM factors based on purchase history data. To verify improved performance of proposing system, we make experiments with dataset collected in a cosmetic internet shopping mall.
