Purpose: The purpose of this study isto identify the mediating effects of interpersonal problems in the relationship between Social Network Service (SNS) use tendency and depression among university students. Methods: Data were collected from April 28 to May 7, 2018 and the participants included 222 university students, who responded to the question regarding SNS use tendency, interpersonal problems and depression. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression using the SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. Results: A positive correlation is found between depression and SNS use tendency (r=.24, p<.001), and among interpersonal problems (r=.62, p<.001), SNS use tendency and interpersonal problems (r=.34, p<.001). Interpersonal problems have a full mediating effect on the relationship between SNS use tendency and depression (Sobel test: 5.24, p<.001). Conclusion: These results suggest that it is important to manage interpersonal problems to prevent depression caused by SNS use tendency.

Background: Prevalence rates of smokeless tobacco (SLT) use among firefighters are remarkably high and substantially higher than similar occupational groups and the general U.S. population. The purpose of this study was to explore the perspectives of fire service personnel regarding cancer and its associations with tobacco and SLT use. Methods: This descriptive study used a qualitative approach. Key informant interviews were conducted in 39 career firefighters and fire service administration from across the U.S. Discussion were recorded, transcribed verbatim and transferred to NVivo software for narrative analysis. Topics explored included cancer perceptions, attitudes and beliefs, and cultural factors related to SLT use behaviors. Results: Major themes that emerged among fire service personnel included concerns about cancer and its risk factors including firefighting tasks, such as fire overhaul operations, and from their lifestyle behaviors, such as alcohol and tobacco use. Firefighters also suggested a number of reasons for their increased SLT use, such as fire department tobacco-free policy and fire service culture. Conclusion: The current study provides a rich foundation for future research, prevention, and intervention efforts for the fire service and research communities regarding tobacco and SLT use and cancer risk. Additional research on firefighters' cancer beliefs deserves future research in order to improve messaging about the risks of cancer due to firefighting.

This study is to investigate factors that affect preference to CMDS(convergence mobile data service) on institutionalization of MDS. A research model was proposed and subsequent hypotheses were empirically tested with partial least square (PLS) based on 400 responses from the users of CMDS(DMB: 200 / m-Banking: 200). It was learned that institutionalization of technology related building MDS was positively associated with assimilation of MDS(represent a institutionalization of MDS) rather than service quality and use gratification. It means that users decided use of MDS refereed from its level of assimilation to MDS channel. Also, attractiveness of alternatives to CMDS is negatively associated with continuous use of CMDS and preference to CMDS. Lastly, their association strength was partially moderated by the type of motivation for using CMDS.

The purpose of this study is to find a policy and to predict the needs of legislative information service of the 20th National Assembly. For this purpose, It is critical to understand the use behavior of legislative information service according to the attribute for the member of the 19th National Assembly. Thus, this study examined the results of reference service of National Assembly Library of Korea using the politics attribute and the relation attribute as independent variables for the member of the National Assembly in the First Half of the 19th National Assembly. Consequently, there were meaningful differences in the use of legislative information service between users by party affiliation, method of an election and introversion. Also, the increased demand of legislative information service was predicted in that the 20th National Assembly is the status of the opposition majority and the three major parties.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to grasp the welfare service for the demented people staying at home and the service that caregivers want to use. Therefore, we are going to develop a Korean senile dementia-care management model. Method; It analyzed the data of 185 demented people and caregivers, who registered in 16 public dementia care centers in B city since June 2002. Results: 1) The types of services used by the aged people with dementia staying at home were, in the order of frequency of use, the day-care center(26.5%), and home-help service (21.6%). 2). The types of services according to the degree of dementia were as follows; mild cases: home care service (5.4%), moderate cases: day-care service (40.0%) and severe cases: day-care service (26.0%). 3). The caregivers who want to use senile welfare institutions accounted for 23.3%, and the major reason they could not use the institutions was due to their economic situation. 4) The Korean senile dementia care management system must be excuted, considering caregivers' economic state and severity of dementia. Since the system was actively operated, many small sized welfare service institutions showed development. Conclusion: The welfare services appropriate to the severity of dementia should be provided. With the model developed in this study, the dementia management requires sufficient care and should be achieved to reduce the caregivers burden.

This study is to verify the accommodation attitudes and intention of use of the end-users to use the drone distribution delivery service that is to be introduced in Korea. For a research purpose, the research model and hypothesis in this study have been set based on by using the SPSS 22.0. Upon these, the extended technology acceptance model has been used to verify the correlation service of new technology, and the result has shown that the user of drone distribution delivery service has a causal relationship with individual innovation and that the accommodation behavior and intention of use have a causal relationship with economic efficiency and convenience. However, there was no causal relation from a perceived risk. Hence, based on the results of study about accommodation behaviors and intention of use of the end users of drone distribution delivery service, the marketing implications have been provided for commercialization of drone delivery service.

In this paper we investigate the factors influencing the intention-to-use of Alibaba mobile payment in China. Our research model includes the mobile payment service factors ('instant connectivity', 'security', and 'use convenience'), the user's individual factors ('preferential' and 'individual characteristics'), 'satisfaction', and 'intention to use'. We surveys the current and potential mobile payment service users in China and analyzes with Structural Equation Model. The results show that all the mobile payment service factors give positive effects to 'satisfaction'. The 'individual characteristics', one of the user's individual factors, also gives positive effects to 'satisfaction', however, 'preferential' does not give positive effects. In addition, 'satisfaction' is found to give positive effects to 'intention to use'.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of health club users' perception of service quality on user satisfaction and loyalty. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of health club users' perception of service quality on user satisfaction and loyalty. In order to achieve this research purpose. In 2020, participants in health clubs over 20 years old residing in Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeollanam-do were selected as the population and a total of 300 subjects (273 males and 127 females) were selected using a convenient sampling method. The data collected using this was statistically processed according to the purpose of analysis using SPSS 20.0 version. The results obtained through this research process are as follows. First, it was found that the health club users' perception of service quality had a partial effect on user satisfaction. Second, it was found that the service quality perception of health club users partially affected the loyalty. Third, it was found that health club users' satisfaction with use partially affected their loyalty.
