주거용 건축물의 재실자밀도 기준 적정성 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Adequacy Evaluation of Criteria of Occupant Load Factor in Residential Buildings)

  • The purpose of this study is to grasp the effectiveness of evacuation safety design by verifying the appropriateness of the standard of occupant load factor for residential buildings. To this end, the definition and current standard of occupant load factor for residential buildings were analyzed, and the problems of the current standard were clarified by interviewing professionals. In addition, changes in occupant load factor were examined by year based on statistical research, and evaluation on the current standard $18.6m^2/pers.$ was performed. As for evaluation methods, the need of redesigning of evacuation capacity was investigated by using evacuation simulation. As a result of the analysis, the most serious problem was clarification of the applicable standard for residential officetel, where the average occupant load factor was $26.1m^2/pers.$, which was not appropriate. However, as a result of evaluation on evacuation capacity, although there was no difference between statistical research results and the current standard in terms of evacuation capacity, when the standard for business facilities was applied to officetel, evacuation time doubled. Thus, this study suggests that when the current standard is applied to residential officetel, it is necessary to separate between residential use and business use.

중국 청소년의 틱톡(Tiktok) 이용동기가 이용만족도와 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Chinese Adolescents' Motivation to Use Tiktok on Satisfaction and Continuous Use Intention)

  • 본 연구는 중국 청소년을 대상으로 틱톡(Tiktok)의 이용동기를 밝히고 그것이 이용만족도와 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 또한 이용 동기와 지속사용의도의 관계를 이용만족도의 매개효과로 파악하고자 하였다. 설문조사는 온라인과 오프라인으로 실시하였고 청소년 315명을 표본으로 분석하였다. 자료는 SPSS 25 프로그램을 이용하여 요인분석, 다중 회귀분석 및 매개변수의 효과 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 이용 동기로는 정보/오락추구, 소통, 자기표현이 도출되었다. 이들 이용 동기 중 정보/오락추구, 소통이 이용만족도와 지속사용의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 함께, 이용만족도는 지속사용의도에 매개적인 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 하지만 기존의 소셜미디어의 이용 동기 연구에서 중요한 요인으로 다뤄졌던 자기표현 요인은 틱톡 이용만족도와 지속사용의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는다는 점을 발견하였다. 본 연구가 향후 틱톡(짧은 동영상) 관련연구에 작은 기여를 할 수 있길 기대한다.

한중 소비자의 위조품 구매태도 비교분석: 동기와 혜택 및 손실요인을 중심으로 (A Comparison Counterfeit Goods use Behavior in Korea and China Consumer: focus on Motivation, Benefit and Cost Factor)

  • 소비자들이 왜 위조품을 시용할까? 하는 의문에서 출발하였다. 사전조사를 통해 위조품 사용동기, 사용혜택 및 사용손실 척도를 제작한 후, 이러한 위조품사용 동기요인과 위조품사용 혜택요인 및 위조품사용 손실요인 각각에 대해 한중소비자간에 인식의 차이가 있는가를 확인하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 위조품 사용동기요인은 과시성, 경제성, 만족감, 실용성의 4가지로 나타났으며, 한중소비자의 인식차이를 알아본 결과 과시성, 경제성과 만족감 요인에서는 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 위조품 사용 혜택요인은 개인적 혜택과 경제적 혜택의 2가지로 나타났다. 2가지 혜택요인 모두에서 한중소비자간 유의미한 인식차이가 나타났으며, 한국소비자가 중국소비자에 비해 높은 긍정응답을 나타내 보였다. 셋째, 위조품사용 손실동기요인은 개인적손실, 품질손실, 물질적손실 및 사회적손실의 4가지 요인으로 나타났다. 개인적손실과 품질손실 및 물질적손실요인에 대해 한중소비자간 유의미한 인식차이가 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 한국소비자의 위조품사용행동에 대한 심층적 이해를 통해, 향후 위조품 사용을 줄이는 공공 캠페인에 활용할 수 있는 자료를 제공해 줄 것으로 기대한다.

대전광역시 지하수의 수리화학 특성 및 오염에 대한 토지이용 형태 및 도시화의 영향

  • This study has investigated the chemical characteristics and the contamination of groundwater in relation to land use in Daejeon Metropolitan City. An attempt was made to distinguish anthrophogenic inputs from the influence of natural chemical weathering on the chemical composition of groundwater at Taejon. Groundwater samples collected at 170 locations in the Taejon area show very variable chemical composition of groundwater, e.9. electrical conductance ranges from 65 to 1,290 S/cm. Most groundwater is weakly acidic and the groundwater chemistry is more influenced by land use and urbanization than by aquifer rock type. Most of groundwater from green areas and new town residential districts has low electrical conductance, and is of Ca-HC $O_3$ type, whereas the chemical composition of groundwater from the old downtown and industrial district is shifted towards a Ca-Cl (N $O_3$+S $O_4$) type with high electrical conductance. A number of groundwater samples in the urbanized area are contaminated by high nitrate and chlorine, and exhibit high hardness. The Ep$CO_2$, that is the $CO_2$ content of a water sample relative to pure water, was computed to obtain more insight into the origin of $CO_2$ and bicarbonate in the groundwater. Factor analysis of the chemical data shows that the HC $O_3$ and N $O_3$ concentrations have the highest factor loadings on factor 1 and factor 2, respectively. Factors 1 and 2 represent major contributions from natural processes and human activities, respectively. The results of the factor analysis indicate that the levels of $Ca^{2+}$, $Mg^{2+}$, N $a^{+}$, Cl and SO4$^2$ derive from both pollution sources and natural weathering reactions.ons.

지역특성을 고려한 수질오염총량관리 안전부하량 적용 (Application of Margin of Safety Considering Regional Characteristics for the Management of Total Maximum Daily Loads)

  • The allocation of margin of safety (MOS) at a uniform rate to all areas of the unit watershed makes it very difficult to keep the load allotment stable in the area for lack of reduction measures like forest land. This study developed an equation to calculate margin of safety differentially according to the regional characteristics. The equation was formulated on the basis of the regional characteristic factors such as a load contribution factor for land use type and a site conversion factor for the unit watershed. The load contribution factor represents a contribution of loads from a particular land use. The site conversion factor was derived from the site conversion ratio of a unit watershed. Margin of safety for the non-point pollution load in the land use sector decreased by 20~25% in three river basins. The margin of safety in the unit watersheds with low site occupation ratios decreased in high rate, while in the unit watersheds with large urban area decreased in low rate. With the application of the differential margin of safety considering regional characteristics, not only the reduction of pollution loads can become lighter but also it can be easier to develop plans for Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) even where the reduction measures are not available.

패션웹사이트 이용실태와 정보만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Types of Behavior and Satisfaction Level on the Information on Internet Fashion Web Sites)

  • The purpose of this study were (1) to analyze the current fashion web-sites on the internet, which were increasing rapidly in number, (2) to find out the users purchase experiences of fashion products at internet shopping malls and satisfaction level on the information provided by the fashion sites. The questionnaire was administered to 332 women & men and data were analyzed by frequency, mean, standard deviation, factor analysis, reliability analysis, ANOVA and t-test. The results of this study were as follows. The factors on the satisfaction of information fashion web-sites categorized as 5 areas: Economy$.$Convenience, Aesthetics $.$Recreation, Variety $.$Interests, Up-to dateness $.$Specialization, and Reliability$.$ Precision. On the factor of Economy$.$Convenience, the users who had more frequent access and who were in their 20’s expressed the higher level satisfaction. On the factor of Aesthetics$.$Recreation, the users who had longer periods of time of use, who had lower level of internet shopping mall involvement, and students appeared to be more satisfied. On the factor of Variety$.$Interests, the users marking higher level of satisfaction were those who had higher frequency of uses, who had shorter period of time of use, who had lower level of internet shopping mall involvement and were students. On the factor of Up-to-dateness$.$Specialization, higher level of satisfaction was shown among the users who had shorter period of time of use, who had higher frequency of uses, who were in their 20’s and who were students. There was no significant differences according to Reliability & Precision factor.

광물산업의 국가온실가스배출계수 정량·평가항목 가중치에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Quantitative and Evaluation Weights of National Greenhouse Gas Emission Factors in the Mineral Industry)

  • "The Framework Act on Low-Carbon Green Growth" specifies the requirements for the development and verification of emission factors for establishing reliable national greenhouse gas statistics. The scope of the regulations covers the development and validation of energy, industrial processes, solvents and other product use, agriculture, land use, land use change and emission and absorption coefficients of the forestry and waste sector as defined in the 1996 IPCC Guideline and GPG 2000, The minerals sector to be covered in this study belongs to industrial processes. As a representative method for quantifying and evaluating GHG emission factors, there are emission grade quality grading and DARS (Data Rating Rating System) in the 'Procedures for Preparing Emission Factor Documents (1997)' reported by US-EPA. However, the above two methods are not specific and comprehensive, and lack the details for accurate emission factor verification. Therefore, there is a need for a method for verifying and quantifying certified greenhouse gas emission factors that reflects characteristics of each industry sector in Korea and accord with IPCC G/L and GHG target management. In this study, we conducted a weighted study on quantitative and evaluation lists of emission factor using questionnaires to develop a more accurate methodology for quantifying national greenhouse gas emission factors in the mineral sector. Quantification and evaluation of emission factor are classified into essential verification and quality evaluation. The essential verifications are : administrative compatibility, method of determining emission factors, emission characteristics, sampling methods and analysis methods, representativeness of data. The quality evaluations consisted of the quality control of the data, the accuracy of the measurement and analysis, the level of uncertainty, not directly affect the emission factor, but consisted of factors that determine data quality.

  • Consider the oblique factor model X=Af+$\varepsilon$, with defining relation $\Sigma$$\Phi$Λ'+Ψ. This paper is concerned with suggesting an optimal Bayes criterion for determining the number of factors in the model, i.e. dimension of the vector f. The use of marginal likelihood as a method for calculating posterior probability of each model with given dimension is developed under a generalized conjugate prior. Then based on an appropriate loss function, a Bayes rule is developed by use of the posterior probabilities. It is shown that the approach is straightforward to specify distributionally and to imploement computationally, with output readily adopted for constructing required cirterion.

  • In this paper, we consider the Bayesian hypotheses testing for independence in bivariate exponential model. In Bayesian testing problem, we use the noninformative priors for parameters which are improper and are defined only up to arbitrary constants. And we use the recently proposed hypotheses testing criterion called the fractional Bayes factor. Also we give some numerical results to illustrate our results.
