This study aimed to evaluate how users are satisfied with village community center. It will develope and determine a most detailed design and requirements to maximizing for user's convenience. The study conducted interview survey using questionnaire based on universal design principles, to users of village centers that are in possible of cooperation of 25 village centers in Haw Soon district, Jeonnam province and used 160 cases to the analysis. The conclusion of this study is as follows. First, users showed most satisfaction about LDK space and dissatisfaction about design, stair/slope, entrance, and bathroom. Specially, users are dissatisfied with curtains at room and handralis at entrance. In terms of design, users about the indoor-outdoor environment as a whole was unsatisfactory. Second, survey on actual needs space scrutinized bathroom, kitchen, and stair/slope according to priority. In result of these surveys, user's satisfaction with village community center and actual needs space show needed improvements on bathroom and stair/slope space urgently.

The purpose of this study is to supply basic marketing information and establish marketing strategy on local market by analyzing related using behavior of lifestyle type and buying behaviour of local residents. On this viewpoint, we focused on identifying the lifestyle, shopping behaviour, and media usage pattern. For this research, we surveyed consumers living in Jecheon city and analyzed questionnaires by multivariate statistical analysis. Through empirical analysis, we derived overall lifestyle profiles including demographic traits, media usage, leisure pattern in each lifestyle types and marketing implications.

The Purpose of this study Gerber company AM-300 system of the automatic system of Producing the original form the automatic system of Producing the original form of "Jogori(a Korean Jacket)' and Grading by the usage of computers and find out its efficiency. In the result, the auther has found out the following facts and became confident on the facts; The AM-300 program of the automatic system enabled to produce the original form of 'Jogori' and Grading fitting in a short time and definately, and which indicated that the automatically producing system of the original form of 'Jorgori' and Granding is efficient. Even in the aspect of education, it has been acknowledged that there is necessity of using computers, the accumulation of techincs and technology based on traditions by cultivating professional designers, and computerization so that the composition of 'Hanbok' (Korean clothes) should be rational and scientific. In addition, advertisement and education on the traditionalism and superiority of 'Hanblk' are indispensable and absolutely necessary. Also, to succeed folk costumes rightly, the usage of computers is thought to be a way to effectiveness. So far in the study, only the automatic system of producing the original form of 'Jogori' and Grading through computers is emphasized on, however in the future, such an automatic system should be continuously supplemented, studied on and developed even in other various fields such as in pattern making, design, products planning, etc..

Purpose - The research aimed to reveal real decisional behavioral of management institutes in India for social media marketing usage, and analyses of empirical elements of social media consumption pattern. Research design, data, and methodology - The investigation was based around a research methodology using quantitative analysis with appropriate statistical techniques on random surveys of consumers, detailed exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses are applied to assess the empirical validity of the model and multiple regression employed using R studio edition to validate the reliability of the developed models. Results - A new conceptual framework is proposed - the management institutions decision model, providing a tool for effective and more focused decision-making strategies for developing better utilization techniques for social media. Management institutions have different requirements based upon objectives and resources available. The evidence suggests that the administrators need to be more aware of consumer indicators when targeting and designing social media marketing strategy. Conclusions - The research was based on samples and not the entire population of target consumers, providing limitations. As an inferential statistical method was chosen, the results might be susceptible to inaccuracy. The model developed from different age users, thereby providing rich perspectives into social media usage pattern.

The purpose of this study is to suggest unit design considerations for college student's rental houses. To achieve this purpose, life pattern, residential space usage and housing needs were investigated. Data were collected by in-person interviews. Interview participants were 37 single undergraduate students living near the Shinchon station subway line 2. Subjects were selected by housing types-a Gosiwon, a boarding house or an one-room house-. Qualitative approaching method was used, and quantitative analysis was additionally employed to count keyword found during the interviews. SPSS window version 14.0 was used for the descriptive statistics and the analysis of the items with multi-response analysis. The major findings are as follows; a personal space for each resident with a common kitchen and a bathroom was mostly desired for the unit. Therefore, Two diagrams would be used as examples to explain the new concept of unit planning.

In this paper, we propose a smart thermostat temperature set-point control method based on machine learning and rule engine, which controls thermostat's temperature set-point so that it can achieve energy savings as much as possible without sacrifice of occupants' comfort while users' preference usage pattern is respected. First, the proposed method periodically mines data about how user likes for heating (winter)/cooling (summer) his or her home by learning his or her usage pattern of setting temperature set-point of the thermostat during the past several weeks. Then, from this learning, the proposed method establishes a weekly schedule about temperature setting. Next, by referring to thermal comfort chart by ASHRAE, it makes rules about how to adjust temperature set-points as much as low (winter) or high (summer) while the newly adjusted temperature set-point satisfies thermal comfort zone for predicted humidity. In order to make rules work on time or events, we adopt rule engine so that it can achieve energy savings properly without sacrifice of occupants' comfort. Through experiments, it is shown that the proposed smart thermostat temperature set-point control method can achieve better energy savings while keeping human comfort compared to other conventional thermostat.

Influenza A virus is a single-stranded RNA virus with a genome of negative polarity. Owing to the antigenic diversity and cross concrete shift, an immense number of novel strains have developed astronomically over the years. The present work deals with the codon utilization partialness among five different influenza A viruses isolated from human hosts. All the subtypes showed the homogeneous pattern of nucleotide utilization with a little variation in their utilization frequencies. A lower bias in codon utilization was observed in all the subtypes as reflected by higher magnitudes of an efficacious number of codons. Dinucleotide analysis showed very low CpG utilization and a high predilection of A/T-ending codons. The H5N1 subtype showed noticeable deviation from the rest. Codon pair context analysis showed remarkable depletion of NNC-GNN and NNT-ANN contexts. The findings alluded towards GC-compositional partialness playing a vital role, which is reflected in the consequential positive correlation between the GC contents at different codon positions. Untangling the codon utilization profile would significantly contribute to identifying novel drug targets that will pacify the search for antivirals against this virus.

Regarding demand response (DR) by residential users (R-users), the users try to reduce electricity costs by adjusting their power consumption in response to the time-varying price. However, their power consumption may be affected not only by the price, but also by user convenience for using appliances. This paper proposes a methodology for appliance scheduling (AS) that considers the user convenience based on historical data. The usage pattern for appliances is first modeled applying the copula function or clustering method to evaluate user convenience. As the modeling results, the comfort distribution or representative scenarios are obtained, and then used to formulate a discomfort index (DI) to assess the degree of the user convenience. An AS optimization problem is formulated in terms of cost and DI. In the case study, various AS tasks are performed depending on the weights for cost and DI. The results show that user convenience has significant impacts on AS. The proposed methodology can contribute to induce more DR participation from R-users by reflecting properly user convenience to AS problem.
