소비자의 공유경제 서비스 이용태도 및 이용의도에 대한 연구 (A Study on Consumer Sharing Economy Service Usage Attitudes and Usage Intentions)

  • The recent global economic crisis has resulted in increased discussion and attention on the sharing economy, a form of economic activity where individuals share currently available products. This study investigates consumer sharing economy usage attitudes and usage intentions by applying rational choice theory. For this study, an investigation that had 400 adult consumers from across Korea answer a structured questionnaire was conducted. A statistical approach using SPSS ver. 22.0 was used to analyze the data. The study found that the consumer's sharing economy value and participation levels were higher than usual. Higher than usual consumption patterns were seen for the construct of rational behavior theory. An analysis of the relative influence of variables regarding sharing economy usage intention also found that usage intention was higher for those who had experienced using a sharing economy services rather than those who did not have experience. In addition, the sharing economy usage intention also increased along with the values for subjective norms, sharing economy usage attitudes, sharing economy participation, sharing economy emotional benefits, and increased values. This study found that fundamental materials for consumer education should be made to eliminate difficulties that consumers have when they use sharing economy services. It is also expected that economic policy will develop to stimulate the sharing economy in a stable manner, that sharing economy-related information will be provided to consumers, and that consumer policies will be prepared to prevent consumer problems before they occur.

럭셔리 패션 브랜드 가상패션쇼 경험에 대한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on Experience of Luxury Brand Virtual Fashion Show)

  • Today, VR, AR, and MR technologies that travel between real world and virtual world are rapidly developing. These technologies are adopted in luxury fashion brands for virtual fashion shows and runways, virtual retail shops and virtual fitting services. Despite its growth potential and social importance, virtual fashion space has been studies insufficiently. Therefore, this study aimed to examine the consumer experience on the virtual fashion space types, components of virtual fashion space, perceived value, and continuous usage intention. Prada, one of the most active luxury fashion brands in the VR field, was selected as the stimulus for an in-depth interview. Participants experienced virtual fashion show space through VR device (Oculus Quest 2 from Meta) before responding to the questions about their experience. Results showed that material space was more like virtual whereas perceptual space felt like reality. Participants could imagine about more virtual image from material space and more real image from perceptual space elements. Moreover, perceptual space enhanced the immersion, presence, and interactivity compared to material space. Most participants perceived that the virtual fashion show was useful and playful, leading to the continuous usage intention. It implies that improvements for some technical limitation from VR device and virtual contents can provide quality consumer experience in the future. Based on results of this study, fashion companies can establish useful marketing strategies for consumers' immersive and playful experiences when introducing virtual fashion space.

  • This paper aims to provide a better understanding about how Information and Communication technology (ICT) has diffused. The investigation is conducted with the consideration of ICT evolution in terms of technological change and usage pattern. The definition used is presented as 'the ICT is a process of convergence of technologies between information-processing and information-transforming technologies, mainly due to the advent of microelectronlcs'. After examining technological changes of ICT, the diffusion path of ICT is traced through the usage ratio in total input and/or investment based on Input-Output tables (I-O). It shows that the evolution of ICT from the change of usage pattern is an up-and-down usage pattern rather than a uni-modal usage time path. With this recognition, the diffusion index is prepared. Factors that Drive the Adoption of Smart Factory Solutions by SMEs

  • This paper aims to analyse the factors influencing the implementation of smart factories and their performance after implementation, using the grounded theory analysis method based on interview data. The research subjects were 21 companies that were selected by the Smart Manufacturing Innovation Promotion Group under the SME Technology Information Promotion Agency in 2020-2021 as the best case smart factory implementation companies, and introduced the intermediate stage 1 or above. A total of 87 concepts were generated as a result of the analysis. We were able to classify them into 16 detailed categories, and finally derived six broad categories. These six categories are "motivation for adoption", "adoption context", "adoption level", "technology adoption", "usage effect" and "management effect". As a result of the overall structure analysis, it was found that the adoption level of smart factory is determined by the adoption motivation, the IT technology experience affects the adoption level, the adoption level determines the usage and usage satisfaction, internal and external training affects the usage and usage satisfaction, and the performance or results obtained by the usage and usage are reduced defect rate, improved delivery rate and improved productivity. This study was able to derive detailed variables of environmental factors and technical characteristics that affect the adoption of smart factories, and explore the effects on the usage effects and management effects according to the level of adoption. Through this study, it is possible to suggest the direction of adoption according to the characteristics of SMEs that want to adopt smart factories.

정부주도의 농촌 정보화마을 전자상거래 모델의 성공요인과 수익성에 대한 연구 (A Study of Success Factors and Profitability of the E-village Shopping Mall Supported by the Korean Government)

  • 본 연구에서는 농산물 전자상거래의 한 형태인 정보화 마을 조성사업의 성과를 분석하였다. 정보화마을 조성사업의 목표인 정보화를 통한 소득증대, 즉 전자상거래 매출액에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하고자 하였다. 전자 상거래 매출액에 영향을 주는 요인으로 정보화 교육, 정보기술이용, 홈페이지 커뮤니티 조직의 지식공유를 선정하였으며 체험 관광 유 무가 각 요인의 매출액에 주는 조절효과를 측정하였다. 분석결과 홈페이지 커뮤니티 활성화와 조직의 지식공유가 매출액에 영향을 주는 요인으로 나타났으며, 나머지 요인들은 매출액에 영향을 주지 않았다. 체험 관광의 조절 효과는 체험관광유 무에 따라 정보화 총 교육시간과 정보기술이용에 효과가 오히려 긍정적으로 나타났으며, 조직의 지식공유에는 부정적인 영향을 주었다. 이는 체험 관광이 정보화 마을의 주민들에게 정보화 교육과 정보기술을 이용 할 수 있는 촉매가 될 것으로 예상되며, 조직의 지식공유는 정보화 마을 주민들 사이에 커뮤니케이션이 이루어졌기 때문에 체험 관광에 대한 소비자들의 다양한 욕구를 충족시키지 못함으로써 신뢰를 주기보다는 실망을 주는 것으로 해석 할 수 있다.

제품 사용 경험 요소와 지속적 사용의도의 관련성 연구 -무선이어폰을 연구대상으로- (A Study on the Correlation between PUX Factors and Continuous Usage Intention -focus on Wireless Earphone-)

  • 경험경제 시대에 사용자 경험은 제품의 핵심가치로 부각되어 제품의 지속사용성과 시장의 장기적 생존 가능성에 영향을 주고 있다. 그러나 제품의 지속사용성에 영향을 주는 제품 사용자 경험 요소(PUX 요소)에 관한 연구는 여전히 부족하다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 일상생활에서 뮤직을 즐기기 위해 많이 사용되는 웨어러블 제품인 무선이어폰의 PUX 요소와 지속적 사용 의도 간의 연관성을 알아보고자 한다. 연구는 이런 연관성이 유형별 제품에서 나타내는 차별성을 통찰하기 위해 3가지 유형의 무선이어폰을 연구대상 제품으로 한다. 연구 과정은 1)"무선이어폰의 시장 현황 조사", 2)"사용자 조사 및 PUX 요소 도출", 3)"PUX 요소와 지속적 사용 의도의 연관성 분석", 4)"분석 결과 도출 및 경험 디자인 방향성 제시" 4단계로 이루어졌다. 이런 연구 과정을 통해 무선이어폰의 유형에 따라 제품 지속사용성에 영향을 주는 핵심 PUX 요소군집이 서로 다르다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 핵심 PUX 요소군집의 차별성 결과를 바탕으로 제품 지속사용성을 향상하기 위한 경험 디자인 방향을 제시하였다.

치과기공 CAD/CAM 사용에 대한 실태변화 (Changes in the Usage of Dental Technology CAD/CAM)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the usage of CAD/CAM, which is one of dental technologist duties, in an effort to look for any possible changes in the usage of CAD/CAM. It's specifically meant to compare the results of this study with those of Lee Jong-do, Park Kwang-Sig(2011)'s study in March, 2011, to determine if there were any changes over the past four years. The selected variables that were investigated were the ownership of CAD/CAM, awareness of it, the route of acquiring the first information on it, the merits and demerits of its usage, usage experience and educational experience about it. Methods: An online survey was conducted on the dental technologists who worked in urban communities including metropolitan cities to find out the usage of CAD/CAM in 2015 from July 15 to 31, 2015, after existing questionnaire items were modified. The collected data were analyzed by IBM SPSS statistics 22.0, and statistical data on frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation for each item were obtained. To figure out the characteristics of the subjects and the relationship between their occupational characteristics and the usage of CAD/CAM, crosstabs, independent-samples t-test and one-way ANOVA were utilized. As for the usage of CAD/CAM in 2011, the results of Lee Jong-do, Park Kwang-Sig(2011)'s study were selected, and then a comparative analysis was made. The level of significance was all set at .05. Total 250 questionnaires were distributed to them, and 190(76.0%) were returned. After excluding 23 whose answers were uncertain or seemed to lack reliability, total 167(66.8%) were used in final analysis. Results: As a result of analyzing the usage of CAD/CAM that was one of dental technologist duties, there was a great increase in the ownership of CAD/CAM in their workplaces from 2.4 percent in 2011 to 71.7 percent in 2015, and there was an improvement in awareness about it and the necessity of its usage as well. In 2011, the Internet and mass media were the most common route that they got to know about it. They had a strong tendency to acquire related knowledge through education in 2015, and there were some changes in the products that they used or preferred. In both years, the great merit of CAD/CAM was the simplified manufacturing process of restoration, and it had another great advantages in 2015 such as the improved quality of restoration or improved environments for dental technology. Concerning disadvantages, high price was a big problem in 2011. In 2015, not only price but the burden of material costs, frequent breakdown, poor demand among dental clinics and a lack of CAD/CAM professionals were pointed out a lot. In the future, this researcher intends to make research to seek ways of improving CAD/CAM professionals. Conclusion: There was more awareness of CAD/CAM in 2015 than in 2011 when the changes in awareness of it were analyzed, and the finding suggest the necessity of sustained education and concern.

장기간 지팡이의 사용이 뇌졸중 환자의 건측 상지 기능에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Motor Functions of Ipsilateral Upper Limb Induced by Long-Term Cane Usage in Chronic Stroke Patients)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the adverse effects of sensorimotor function at the shoulder joint according to long-term cane usage in stroke patients without apraxic behavior, in terms of the presence of shoulder joint pain, accuracy of tracking task, proprioceptive joint position sense, and nine-hole pegboard. Methods: Nineteen stroke patients with long-term cane usage (cane usage group) and nineteen stroke patients without cane usage (non-cane usage group) were recruited. All subjects were tested in pain presence, a tracking task for visuomotor function, joint reposition, and nine-hole pegboard in the shoulder joint regarding the non-affected side. Results: In the accuracy index for tracking task and the nine-hole pegboard test, significant differences were observed between the cane usage group and the non-cane usage group. However, although a higher emergence of shoulder pain and a lower accuracy for joint reposition sense were detected in the cane usage group in comparison to the non-cane usage group, there were no significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion: Our findings suggest that long-term cane usage could induce to decrease in delicate movement and coordination in the non-affected upper arm in stroke patients. In addition, they could experience high frequency of shoulder pain and poor joint reposition sense. Therefore, careful evaluation and observation will be required concerning stroke patients with long-term cane usage.

회계정보시스템 품질과 전산회계 교육의 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Research about Accounting Information System Quality and Educational Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구에서는 회계정보시스템 품질이 전산회계 교육의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 사용자의 컴퓨터 사용시간과 컴퓨터 사용경력이 회계정보시스템 품질과 사용자 만족과의 관계를 조절하는 조절변수로서의 효과를 검증하였다. 실증분석결과 회계정보시스템 품질인 시스템 품질, 정보품질, 서비스 품질은 전산회계 교육의 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 조절변수인 컴퓨터 사용시간과 사용 경력을 이용하여 회계정보시스템 품질요인들을 독립변수로, 만족도를 종속변수로 하는 조절회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 컴퓨터 사용시간과 사용경력인 조절효과는 시스템 품질, 정보 품질에 한해 만족도와의 관계에 유의한 조절효과를 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다.

확장된 통합기술수용(UTAUT2) 모형을 적용한 항공사 정보기술 기반 셀프서비스의 이용 의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Usage Intention of Technology-based Airlines self-service Based on UTAUT2 Model)

  • Airlines are promoting self-service based technology by introducing mobile check-in, Kiosk and self-back drop systems, which will help customer satisfaction and efficiency. This study is about the usage intension to use Technology-based Airline Self-Service, the purpose of this study is to examine the key variables affecting Unified Theory of Acceptance (UTAUT2) in using Technology-based Airline Self-Service. According to the results of the ANOVA, there was a significant difference among the groups according to the experience of the self-service device. And analysis results using Structural Equation Model(SEM) was suggested that the performance expectation and hedonic motive of UTAUT2 model were found to have significant influence on initial trust. Also, initial trust affects the intention to use. There are some moderating effects on the structural equation by groups according to the experience of the self-service device. This research has significance in that it can help establish a marketing strategy of airlines to expand the self-service based on the airline technology.
