The domestic sleep industry is rapidly increasing in market size as it is linked to sleep apnea in the longterm care insurance for the elderly and domestic IT technology. In addition, due to the aging society, the government's support policy is also increasing, and many domestic companies are focusing on the sleep industry. Therefore, this study intends to examine the development strategies of the domestic sleep industry due to the increased social interest and corporate activities. To this end, a survey of 108 domestic companies was conducted by means of a Frequency Analysis, revealing some problems, such as poor sleep companies, insufficient resources for technology development, and limitations in distribution channels. As a result, it was found that for the development of the domestic sleep industry, strategies to strengthen the ecosystem, such as softening strategies through the sleep technology culture, strengthening ecosystems such as revitalizing industrial connections, and reforming laws and regulations, are urgent.

Because of the demographic and economic changes and the lifestyle diversification, the new housing types such as the Quasi-housing and urban small-size multi-unit housing are appeared in korea. The current housing use classifications are regulated in accordance with the housing divided ownership, horizontal and vertical size of housing, and the number of units. However, there is a limit to accommodate the new housing type. Therefore, this study proposed the direction of improvement of the housing use classifications through comparative analysis of foreign housing use classifications. Also, building regulations are applied according to the building use classifications. Therefore, the new housing types in building act are very urgent and important. So this study is derived the problems of the current housing use classifications and is proposed the improvement direction of it through the expert opinion survey.

The promulgation of the overall framework of Chinese students' development of core literacy has made the implementation of core literacy into specific teaching activities an urgent problem to be solved in the field of education. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the undergraduate education under the mode of emphasizing theory and neglecting practice, this paper constructs the practical teaching system of Database Principle Course Based on the core quality, expounds the implementation strategy of practical teaching, and probes into how to train the students in the practical teaching of database principle Cultivate scientific spirit, learning ability, practical innovation, responsibility and other core literacy. Nowadays, the change of the social structure such as the elderly society and the broken traditional family conception is progressing rapidly. The social change produced a lot of problems, and the welfare from among these is the urgent problem. The welfare for the aged is very important problem in an aging society. The changes of industrial and economic structures also caused the increase of double-income families. The numbers of schoolchildren decreased rapidly because of the low birth and elderly society. So, many idle spaces of existing school facilities have emerged, and these left spaces is being blamed for the fiscal waste. If these idle spaces were used for the welfare-facilities, it will be of assistant to solve the problem about welfare and use the school facilities effectively. And then, the big profit from these enterprises can be used for the better welfare for education.

This paper reviews the infrastructure of the water supply and sewerage system in North Korea. North Korean has similar legal protection to preserve water environment that can be seen in Republic of Korea, but North Korean regulations seemed lack of detailed measures. The critical pollution problems of rivers and lakes in the northern part of peninsula is mainly due to the lack of sewage collection system and poor treatment works. It has been estimated that less than 20% of sewers are connected to the wastewater treatment plants. Although the availability of water resources seemed sufficient, North Koreans suffer the lack of the drinking water supply which needs an urgent attention. Based on the analysis, it has been suggested that the reconstruction of North Korean water and sewage infrastructure needs at least 17.5 trillion Korean Won.

Forage barley was developed for decreasing the import of forages, and increasing the farmer' income about ten years ago. Nevertheless of higher of farmer' income, the forage barley' area is slowly increased because of lacking of barely seeds. In order to suggest the plan of the urgent spreading on forage barley, the seed-gathering of forage barley was cultivated on 14-provinces and 291ha on 2009. The cultivation area of kyeungnam, kyeungbuk and chunnam province was more than other provence. The youngyang cultivar was cultivated more than orher cultivar. Seed-gathering amount of Youngyang, Uhoo and Yooyun cultiva was 364,213 and 303MT respectively. There were several problems for seed-gathering of forage barley which were the delay of seeding time and the more seeding amount, and the higher seed drying temperature than that of standard manual.

The IEEE 802.15.4 uses a CSMA/CA algorithm on access of media. The CSMA/CA algorithm does Random Backoff before the data is transmitted to avoid collisions. The random backoff is a kind of unavoidable delays and introduces the side effect of energy consumptions. To cope with those problems we propose a new media access algorithm, the Priority Based Ordered Media Access (PBOMA) algorithm, which uses different IFSs. The PBOMA algorithm uses Sampling Rate and Beacon Interval to get a different access probability(or IFS). The access probability is higher, the IFS is shorter. Note that The transfer of urgent data uses tone signal to transmit it immediately. The proposed algorithm is expected to reduce the energy consumptions and the delay.

Nowadays, Korean society is quickly transforming into an aging society. There are lots of problems resulting from old aged society. First of all, in the case of medical service, it is an urgent task to find out what is the most proper care for the elderly in order to reduce medical expenses. It can be said that the geriatric hospital has to be designed to give adequate medical service to the elderly. However, it is hard to find out what the differences is between the general hospital and the geriatric hospital. Especially, the plan of the patient room has to reflect thoughtful consideration relating to characteristics of the elderly due to the fact that there is a close connection between the patient room and residence. Therefore this study aims to suggest the guideline and the plan of the patient room for the elderly.

With the increasing utilization of high-voltage, direct current (HVDC) transmissions in modern power systems, the DC grid is becoming a hot topic in academic and practical systems. In the DC grid, one of the urgent problems is the fast clearance of the DC fault in the DC network. One preferred method is to isolate the faulty point from the DC network in a short time. The DC circuit breaker is to interrupt the overcurrent after DC faults occur. In this paper, a self-excited resonant DC circuit breaker is an easy and cheap equipment to interrupt the DC fault current. The Mayr's arc model is utilized to simulate the self-excited DC circuit breaker in a DC test system in PSCAD/EMTDC.
