도심지 근접시공의 자동계측응용 (Application of Automated Measuring System for the Underground Construction in Urban Area)

  • It is impossible to precat the behavior of ground soil and structure accurately during underground construction in urban area or excavation in soft ground area because of difference between the assumed design condition and the actual site condition. Therefore, it must be managed by measuring system and correct the difference by real data. Large scale under ground construction in urban area like a seoul subway project has needed for Intelligent Construction technique, a field of the Engineering Contractor. The automated measuring system is developed for the technique. It is described that the procedure and the method of measuring work with application of the automated measuring system.

미기상 관측을 통한 하절기 도심과 외곽의 열환경 비교 (Comparison of the Thermal Environment in the Downtown Location and the Outskirt Site base on the Field Observations in the Summer)

  • This study which is the fundamental work to investigate the property of urban climate compared the property of thermal environment in the downtown location and the outskirt site based on the field observation in the summer. We analysed thermal environment in the downtown location mainly by distributional characteristics during day and night with changes and correlation analysis of the air temperature, the globe temperature and the surface temperature through the simultaneous observation of the property of thermal environment at two places in real time. The summary of finding in this study is as follows. (1)It is observed on the day chosen by sample that diurnal air temperature range in the downtown location is $22.3{\sim}34.9^{\circ}C$, and diurnal air temperature range in the Outskirt site is $20.0{\sim}34.3^{\circ}C$, so, we found that the diurnal air temperature range in the outskirt site is $1.7^{\circ}C$ higher than in the downtown location. (2)In comparison of the globe temperature after sunset, we found the change of more sudden temperature drops in the outskirt site than in the downtown location. (3)It is observed on the days chosen by sample that the average of globe temperature range is $1.1^{\circ}C$, the average of surface temperature range is $1.0^{\circ}C$, and air temperature range is $2.0^{\circ}C$, thus, the we found that the average of air temperature is $1.0^{\circ}C$ higher than globe temperature and the surface temperature. (4)After the consideration of air temperature and globe temperature distribution, the highest temperature reaching time of globe temperature is one hour earlier than air temperature in the downtown location, on the other hand, although the highest temperature reaching time of globe temperature in the outskirt sites is one hour later than in the downtown location, the timelag found in the downtown location was not found in the outskirt site.

도시공공시설 적지선정을 위한 GIS 활용방안에 관한 연구 (GIS Applications for Optimum Site Selection of Public Facility)

  • 본 연구는 공공시설의 적지선정을 위해 기존의 방법과는 다른 방법론을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 적지선정모형은 다양한 입지인자를 고려하여 입지인자의 상대적인 중요도에 따라 다단계로 가중치를 부여하여 후보지를 평가하는 방법이다. 여기에 GIS의 도면중첩방법(지도대수)을 적용하여 여러 다양한 입지요인을 만족시키는 후보지를 찾아내는 방법을 제시하였다. GIS를 이용한 적지분석은 간단하면서도 효과적이고, 많은 자료를 시각화할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 이 방법을 사례지구인 대구시 달성군 군청사의 입지선정에 적용하여 후보지를 평가하였다.

  • 건축설계과정에서의 첫 단계로서 대지조사는 주로 대지와 그 주위 환경의 조사를 통해 이루어진다. 이를 위한 주된 방법으론 전통적인 현장조사와 함께, 최근에는 V-world, Google earth 와 같은 온라인 서비스의 지형데이터와 고해상도 항공사진이 이용된다. 그러나 도심 건축 환경은 변화는 이러한 서비스로만 조사하기에는 그 자율성이 부족하다. 최근 대중화되기 시작한 저가 무인비행체를 활용한 저고도 촬영 시스템은 기존의 고가의 무인비행체로만 가능하였던 고해상도 영상지도와, 3d 데이터 취득 등의 작업이 건축 설계 분야에서도 쉽게 접근 가능하게 하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 저비용 초경량 무인항공기를 활용하여 도심 밀집 지역에서의 신속하고 경제적인 현황조사 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

도시 경관도 작성 기법 연구 - 시가화 지역을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Technical Method for Urban Scenic Quality Map - Focused on Urban District Area -)

  • Nowadays, as a result of increasing income and spare time, the social demands for better living environment become more increasing. Above all, landscape improvement, the essential part of physical environment, will be a more important subject in urban planning. In these circumstances, classification of urban scenic quality is required for urban landscape development programs. The major purpose of this study is to suggest a technical method of designing urban scenic quality map for urban district area based on the scenery management system of the USDA forest service and literature studies. As a conclusion of this study, four steps are desirable for the technical method for designing a scenic quality map of urban districts areas : 1) Define a landscape unit on the map, 2) Take a photograph of these landscape unit on site, 3) Evaluate the landscape unit by semantic differential scale with landscape adjectives, and 4) Draw the scenic quality map, investigate the landscape characteristics and suggest the landscape scenic development plans.

Changes in Parks and Green Spaces Ratio According to Land Ownership Processing Method in Urban Development

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze land use plans of 61 residential complexes and identify the factors that caused the variation of urban parks and green space ratio depending on the land ownership processing method. The ratio of urban parks and green space of expropriation districts was higher than that of replotting districts. Within the same city and country as well as other regions, the parks and green space ratio of land expropriation districts increased higher than 7% compared to that of replotting districts. The variation of urban parks and green space ratio was mainly related to the ratio of road. Small housing complexes such as detached house and quasi-residential sites resulted to expand space for road construction, thus, the areas of urban parks or green space came to reduce. The average urban parks and green space ratio in the urban development by the expropriation method and replotting method are 24.5% and 16.8% respectively. In order to prevent the reduction of urban parks and green space ratio according to the preference of detached house sites or quasi-residential sites in development zones, it is necessary to make systematic adjustment such as adjusting the urban parks and green space ratio securing standard.

Guidelines for Tall Buildings Development

  • Tall buildings' implementation has often lacked urban design and architectural guidance. There are many examples of tall buildings that have been inappropriately located, designed, and built, and consequently dissatisfaction with high-rise development is wide-spread. This paper attempts to provide extensive urban and architectural guidelines in order to manage cityscape and to ensure safe and healthy living. Through recommendations on design and layout of tall buildings and open spaces the guidelines seek enhancing the visual experience, improving the microclimate conditions, and fostering active social life. These guidelines help in providing enjoyable urban experiences through the examination of spatial relationships, human scale, genius loci, perceptual characteristics, local identity, built heritage, economic activities, and social life.

제주지역 지표 오존 농도의 시.공간적 분포 특성 (The Characteristics of Temporal and Spatial Distribution of Surface Ozone Concentration in Jeju Island)

  • This study has been performed to clarify the characteristics of temporal and spatial distribution of surface ozone concentration over Jeju Island, one of the cleanest areas in Korea with low emissions of air pollutants. Ozone data are monitored at four sites in Jeju Island. These monitoring sites are located at two urban area(referred to Ido and Donghong), coastal area(Gosan site) and forest site(Chuna site). Ozone data has been routinely collected at these sites for the late four years. The patterns of seasonal cycle of ozone concentrations at all stations show the bimodal with the peaks on spring and autumn and a significant summer minimum. However, the patterns of diurnal variations at rural station, i.e., Gosan and Chuna sites are considerably different to those at urban stations such as Ido and Donghong sites. The patterns of $\DeltaO_3$ variations are very similar with those of monthly mean ozone concentrations and $\DeltaO_3$ values are exceeded 30 ppb, at urban stations. This may be that urban stations are more influenced by local photochemical reactions rather than rural stations. In order to assess the potential roles of meteorological parameters on ozone formation, the meteorological parameters, such as radiation, temperature, and wind are monitored together with ozone concentrations at all stations. The relationships of meteorological parameters to the corresponding ozone concentration are found to be insignificant in Jeju Island. However, at Gosan and Donghong stations, when the sea breeze blew toward the station, the ozone concentration is considerably increased.

마산만의 투명도 변동 (Variations of Secchi Depth in Coastal Water, Masan Bay in Korea)

  • 1995년부터 2002 년까지 마산만의 4개 정점에서 3-4개윌 간격으로 관측한 투명도 자료를 정리하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) 4개 정점에서 각각 33회씩 관측한 자료에서 투명도의 범위는 0.2∼7.2m 이었고 , 평균은 2.4m이었으며 변동계수는 60%이었다. 평균은 만의 외해쪽으로 갈수록 증가하였고, 변동계수는 만의 안쪽으로 갈수록 큰 경향을 보였다. 2) 투명도의 월평균은 4월과 7 월에 비교적 낮고, 10 월 이후에 높게 나타났다. 3) 계절평균은 봄과 여름에 유사한 수준으로 낮고, 가을과 겨울에 높은 경향을 보였으며, 변동계수는 봄에 가장 크고 다음이 여름이며, 가을과 겨울은 같은 수준을 나타내었다. 4) 연평균은 4개의 정점에서 모두 1995년과 1998년에 낮은 값을 보였으며, 변동계수는 1996년과 1998년 및 2002년에 정점별 차이가 작게 나타났다. 5) 정점간의 상관성 검토에서 Sl 과 S4 정점의 투명도 변화가 다른 정점과 구별되었다. Sl 의 유별성은 지리적 특성에 기인하며, S4 의 유별성은 방류수와 관련이 있을 것으로 추정된다.

지구단위계획 수립의 후생가치 분석 -청주시 검둥골 취락지구를 중심으로- (Analysis on Social Welfare Value of District-Unit Plan for the Designated Rural Settlement Zone in the City Limits -A Case Study of Geumdoong Village Site, Cheongju City, Korea-)

  • The purpose of this study is to quantitatively analyze the social welfare value given to the designated rural settlement zone by the resident-participated site unit plan that the City of Cheongju is newly attempting to draft. Firstly, the costs and benefits from the site unit planning were estimated. Secondly, through literature review especially focussed on the benefit and cost estimation, on-site questionnaire was designed, and then sample residents of the qualifying sites were asked about their willingness to pay, which could make it possible to estimate the monetary value of its benefits by the contingent valuation method (CVM). Finally, the present value of net benefits (PVNB) was estimated through the derived costs and benefits. As a result of analysis, firstly, the present value of net benefits (PVNB) was found to be 7,641 billion won, which indicated that the implementation of district-unit plan would be able to cause sufficient social welfare value for the effected residents. Secondly, in examining the result of individual average amount for willingness to pay through the CVM, the area that benefited the most was found to be the road improvement. Thirdly, as a result of sensitivity analysis, the parameter with the most effects was the discount rate, which suggested that, in carrying out public projects, excessive market interest rates would not be appropriate.
