The purpose of this study is to find out the characteristics of physical planning elements in the pedestrian malls when cultural events for young ages proved; the planning strategies for the regeneration of the block of Kyungchun-railroad track, which is removing planned in campus surroundings. Local Government' initiation makes possible to make improvement and give administrative and financial support which is sensitive to the existing conditions of railroad for the better living environment. Thus, this research suggests how the block of Kyungchun-railroad track, which is removing planned, as a newly organized pedestrian mall design system can cope with collaborating a board and community, which has in campus surroundings related. This study consists of following four parts; 1. six-case pedestrian mall in campus surroundings in Seoul were analyzed in terms of physical and cultural factors for young ages between university and community. 2. we focused on the analysis of correlation between the physical planning factors and the spatial requirements for cultural event when the pedestrian mall in campus surroundings is designed. The paper's significance lies in that it shows a new direction in urban renewal planning and design which has been made into a pedestrian mall plan through in support of the application to the pilot project compared with previous physical environment.

Owing to the consistent increase in energy efficiency issues, studies for improving regenerative energy utilization have been receiving attention in the Urban DC railway systems, where currently, the utilization of regenerative energy is low due to the lack of a specific plan for using this energy. The regenerative energy in railway systems has a low efficiency problem which results in the increase of the catenary voltage and a possibility to create problems to the electrical devices connected to the system. This paper deals with the power integration of large urban railway subsystems to improve regenerative energy utilization where the railway subsystems are integrated with other railway subsystems to improve the energy efficiency. Through the case studies, to find the realistic effect of integrated operation, the Seoul Metro subsystems, namely Line 5 and Line 7, has been applied. Also, evaluation for the electricity cost saving has been performed by using KEPCO electricity cost table.

In this study, the causes of human error were identified through the survey of the drivers of the three organizations: Seoul Metro, Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit Corporation, and Korail. It was started with the aim of finding and eliciting causes in various directions including human factors, job factors, and environmental factors. The Cronbach alpha value was 0.95 for the reliability significance of the stress-induced factors in the operational area. The significance probability for organisational factors was shown to be 0.82, and the significance of the sub-accident experience and the driving skill factors in operation was 0.81 In addition, the analysis results showed that stress-induced in the field of driving is higher than the human factors in the reliability analysis. The results of the analysis confirmed that the reliability of the organizational and operational stress-induced factors was higher than other causes. In order to reduce urban railroad accidents, this paper suggests a method for operating safe urban railroad through the minimization human errors.

While the environment of usage of information and technology is getting stable and technology is being developed more deeply due to the globalization, making information, standardization, in order to make a fast response to the new industry strategy and business environment, mutual communication and management of correct and fast information are focused on as fundamental elements of keeping competitive power. Accordingly strategic development of urban transit operation organization, storage of information technology of urban railroad, and buildup of standard information infra are very important, so that computerized information system has been built up standardizing efficient maintenance framework of urban transit facilities. To maintain these facilities efficiently, storing the real-time information by standardizing the maintenance organization and building up computerized information system are very important with management of information history of existing maintenance work. Therefore, for the efficient maintenance of civil facilities among urban transit facilities, standardized facilities classification and definition of management elements, and the plan of designing and building standardized database about civil facilities through standardizing technology resources are described in this paper.

전동차 하부전장품의 이상 고온은 열차 사고와 직결되며, 이에 대한 모니터링은 전동차의 안전운행을 위해 매우 중요하다. KTX 경우 차축의 이상 유무를 감지하고, 도시철도에서는 하부전장품의 온도를 스캔하는 이상검지장치가 선로변에 설치되어 이상발열이 발생할 경우 이를 검지하여 관제센터에 자동으로 알려주는 시스템이 설치되어 운영되고 있다. 시스템 구성은 비접촉식인 적외선 방사온도계가 필수적으로 사용되고 있다. 이 시스템에 사용되는 적외선 방사온도계는 빠른 응답성과 정확도가 생명이다. 본 논문에서는 온도계의 고속 응답성 검증방법에 대한 연구를 수행하였고, 실험 설비 제작을 통해서 데이터를 수집하여 응답성 검증 방법을 연구하였다.

레일체결장치는 레일을 침목 등에 결속시켜 정해진 궤간의 유지와 열차 하중을 하부의 침목 및 도상 등에 전달하는 역할을 수행하는 주요 궤도 구성품이다. 본 논문에서는 도시철도 운영환경에서 파상마모에 대한 레일체결장치 클립의 진동 특성 분석을 위해서 조립상태에서 레일체결장치 클립의 모달테스트를 수행하여 고유진동수를 측정하였으며, 이를 파상마모에 의한 통과주파수와의 비교를 통해 공진 영향을 검토하였다. 또한 열차 주행시 파상마모에 따른 레일 및 레일체결장치 클립의 가속도와 레일체결장치 클립의 변형률을 계측하였다. 분석결과 레일 및 레일체결장치 클립의 가속도는 파상마모와 매우 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있으나, 레일체결장치 클립의 변형률과의 관계는 미비한 것으로 나타났다.

As a result of an increase in population of the Metropolitan area and a steady change of circumstances in many parts, the city is sprawling out into the suburbs. This phenomenon causes the necessity of modification of present urban plan. It is risen as a point of issue that construction systems of new railway routes and underground construction, which should be followed the new urban plan in case of inter-regional railway and regional railway. It is hard to find sufficient financial resources, nevertheless the railway improvement definitely affects regional development and improvement of social environment. Also, there is a limit to government subsidies. In this respect, it is necessary to set up a new idea about movement of existing railway routes and improvement of the equipment. This study examines the present problems of railroad construction system in urban downtown area and introduces a suitable institutional way through referring to the instances of other countries.

Railway intelligent transportation systems and related Ministry of Land and rail operating agency's railway informatization planning of information technology, effective through the use of management strategies to establish or run to support the systematic informatization investment that you want to execute work in progress, during and yet the institutional informatization of operations mainly in the form of efficiency is Chinhae. Accordingly, in order to promote the details of the final challenge of providing real-time information and the usefulness of this information collection is clearly for the railway sector by function of the components is necessary to distinguish. In this paper, the details of the plan goals, promoting convenient rail-based real-time information, to promote optimal gohyoeuleul railways, railway safety and comfort, was defined as three. Selection of each goal, because the direction of vision and ITS around the railroad center of road users by highlighting the benefits of the railroad's traffic information center user switching, real-time delivery of information diversity (enhanced content) that can increase the capacity of line train operating systems, enhancing the safety management system introduced in the monitoring system and is a railroad crossing. Because urban railway project in accordance with the goal of decreasing the annual rate of the train support, and the average passenger wait time savings, increased future demand for railway, rail safety, including securing the expected effects may occur.
