In Korea, an environment-friendly concept of "rain re-cycling" was initially introduced in apartment complex planning and designs in the late 1990s. Although its application cases are extremely few, with the growing importance of rainwater utilization, introduction of rainwater management facilities in urban areas began to drawn keen attention. In urban areas also, plans to introduce rainwater management facilities in apartment complexes as infrastructure improving living environment, such as sewage treatment facilities are very urgently required. In order to introduce rainwater management facilities as infrastructure in an apartment complex, apartment complex cases that had introduced the facilities were reviewed first. In this study, a few applied rainwater management facilities in an apartment complex were surveyed(Infiltration barrel, Rubble porosity storage tank, Underground storage tank). As a result, problems in introducing rainwater management facilities in apartment complexes in Korea were identified.

With the development of urbanization, the increasing of buildings density in urban core areas result in the complexity of construction environment. High-rise landmark building is always preferred in the construction of urban core areas. Super high-rise buildings construction are facing construction management difficulties due to the complex working conditions and enormous building system, especially with the complex surrounding environment of the urban core area, the construction management of super high-rise buildings in the area requires higher, refined and detailed standard. Based on a super high-rise project in a core area of Shanghai which has 370 m building height and 772,643 m² building area, with complex surrounding environment, narrow construction site and many super-high-altitude crossing works. With the application of BIM technology, the Internet of Things, the LAN communication and other various intelligent mechanical equipment, information management systems, the efficiency and refinement of construction management are improved, ensuring the smooth implementation of the project while effectively controlling the impact on the surrounding environment.

The purpose of this study is to use urban regeneration management types through classification and step-setting of physical types by administrative dong as the basis data for future urban management plans in local small and medium cities. The analysis was conducted on the physical density of each administrative dong by setting the data on urban and architecture provided by the government as three elements: buildings, lots, roads, etc. Through the system classified in this study, Mokpo City's 23 administrative districts were divided into nine management types and three management steps. Methodology can be utilized to establish areas of similar areas within the city and to use them as basic data for planning management. It is meaningful that it is possible to extract areas that need actual regeneration and maintenance through physical density analysis and plan suitable projects.

도심항공교통 (UAM; urban air mobility)의 상용화 가능성이 증가하고 있지만, 대규모 UAM 운항의 안전성을 확보하기 위한 기술적 기반은 아직 부족하다. 본 논문은 UAM 교통관리체계 내 전략적 충돌 관리 적용 방안을 도출하기 위해, 기존 항공 교통에서 활용되는 전략적 충돌 관리 기법과 UAM 관련 연구 및 기술 동향을 분석하였다. 이를 통해, 수요 및 수용량 관리 기법이 UAM 충돌 관리에 적용될 가능성이 크며, 시스템 전체론적인 접근의 필요함을 확인하였다. 특히, 비행시간의 불확실성과 대규모 운영 상황에서의 효과적인 구현을 위해 필요한 사항으로 데이터 공유, 확률론적 접근 방법 등이 식별되었다.

The aimed to development general management system that can manage diverse facilities of city using RFID. Defining data format of items in each management, type and code for the urban facilities, the researcher designed database of urban facilities through the process of establishing logic model and data modelling. By inputting designed database into RFID Tag of each urban facilities and using RFID Reader and PDA, the researcher developed system that can efficiently manage the basic attributes and information and management information of urban facilities. Further, it was found that the characteristics of RFID Tag and GPS should improve the optimal hardware combination and PDA performance for the surrounding environmental influence and system performance.

The society increased interest because the scale and size of disaster is getting gradually large. However, urban hazard mitigation management of existing system had many problems about prompt hazard mitigation (prevention, provision, confrontation, restoration) in the event of disaster. For these reasons, this paper presents ubiquitous urban hazard mitigation management system of new ideas which are fusion ubiquitous technology and urban hazard mitigation management system to solve the existing system problems.

Urban regeneration is a large-scale program that must address challenges such as a significant number of involved projects, diverse participants and their conflicting objectives, and a long life span. In an effort to address these issues, the Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) is applied to urban regeneration in order to provide a guideline to enhance urban regeneration program management. Through a survey, three major functionalities required in the IETM are identified: process map provision, customized information delivery, and communication ability with other information systems. To achieve these functionalities, the development framework of the IETM and the associated technologies are examined.Its characteristics can be sum up ontology-driven metadata, user-oriented process map composition system and so on. Finally, the usage scenarios of the IETM are discussed.

This study was carried out to offer basic research data to increase rural housewife's clothing management ability and to guide their behaviors clothing- related reasonably. For this purpose, the interview-investigation by the questionnaire was conducted as the samples of 500 housewives under 60 at 8 villages located in Seoul, Gwangju and Daegu and 8 villages located in some rural communities we randomly extracted. This questionnaire was made up the standardized measuring scales of clothing management behaviors and related variables. As a result, in a part of storage and disposal the rural housewife got 3.68 and 3.16, whereas the urban housewife got 3.59 and 3.03, respectively, indicating a significant difference, which meant that the rural housewife managed those of clothing better than the urban housewife. Generally, rural wives were better in doings in the part of management, storage, disposal, than urban wives. They, however, knew the knowledge of clothing less than urban wives, evaluated the importance of clothing lower and applied clothing-related mass media to their life lower. Therefore, the rural wives need educational guides and materials for improving of the clothing behaviors because they are older and lower education lever than urban wives and they have a little information, too.

이 연구는 재난관리체제의 운영실태를 소방을 중심으로 분석하고 개선방안을 제시하였다. 이 연구에서는 대도시와 6대 광역시 그리고 경기도지역에서 소방업무를 담당하는 실무자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 재난관리체제의 문제점을 실증적으로 파악하였다. 재난관리상의 문제점은 법 제도운영체제, 행정조직, 단계별 대응체제를 중심으로 파악하였다. 그 결과 서울시와 광역시를 포함하는 대도시지역과 경기도 시군지역에서 느끼는 재난관리체제 실태의 거의 상반되게 나타났다. 따라서 대도시와 시군지역에 대해서는 차등적인 재난관리체제를 마련 운용하는 것이 바람직하다고 판단된다.

급격한 산업화 과정을 거쳤던 우리나라는 무분별하고 무계획적으로 형성되어 양적으로 팽창된 도시들이 현재는 건축물들의 노후화와 인구 공동화 현상 등 도시의 쇠퇴화가 진행 중이다. 도시재생사업이란 노후화된 건물들의 물리적인 개선과 더불어 질적인 기능의 연계도 함께 이루고자 하는 방안을 의미하며, 우리나라에서 도시재생사업은 재정비촉진 사업이란 형태로 이루어지고 있다. 이는 기존의 건설사업과는 기간, 규모 등에서 많은 차이가 있으며, 도시재정비촉진 지구내의 개별적인 사업들이 실행되어지면서 목적에 달성하지 못하는 많은 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도시재생사업에 대한 고찰을 통해 사업의 특성을 파악하고, 개별적으로 수행되는 사업들의 효과적이며 체계적인 관리능력의 부재의 문제점을 파악하고, 그에 따른 대처 방안으로서의 종합사업관리 방식의 적용 가능성을 제안하였다.
