A study of Analysis and Review of Cargo Urban Railway Stations of Korea for Underground Logistics Systems

  • Recently, as mega-urbanization progresses, urban logistics centered on large cities is growing rapidly, and logistics transportation is increasing due to the lack of logistics infrastructure and the operation of a delivery system using cargo trucks in the city center. being cited as a cause. In order to solve this problem, domestic researchers are conducting research on the development of " Urban Underground railway Logistics System" that minimizes the initial infrastructure construction cost by utilizing the existing urban railway facilities in the city. Therefore, this paper analyzed the usage environment of the actual urban railway station to which the system will be applied in order to derive candidates for the test bed selection of "Urban Underground railway Logistics System". The evaluation criteria for test bed candidate role selection were established, and the candidate group derived from the Brown & Gibson model was used to evaluate the candidate group and derive the candidate role. A review of the results was conducted to contribute to the establishment of a test bed for the " Urban Underground railway Logistics System" under development.

도시관리사업의 해외 진출방안 연구: 쿠웨이트 신도시를 대상으로 (Going Abroad for Urban Management Projects: A Case Study of Kuwait New Town)

  • 본 연구에서는 쿠웨이트 신도시 건설 이후 도시관리 분야로의 진출전략을 수립하기 위해 쿠웨이트의 도시 및 주택관리 현황을 살펴보았다. 또한, 도시인프라 및 주택관리와 관련된 법제도와 거버넌스를 검토하였으며, 국내외 사례조사를 통해 시사점을 도출하였다. 이를 통해 쿠웨이트 신도시 도시관리 부문에 진출하기 위해 전제되어야 하는 현지 제도개선 사항과 함께 도시인프라 및 주택관리를 위한 거버넌스 구성방안을 제안하였다. 한국의 공동주택관리법과 유사한 수준의 법제도 확립을 제도개선의 핵심사안으로 판단하고, 현지 여건을 고려하여 의무관리대상 주택의 범위와 관리방법을 핵심으로 하는 '(가칭)주택관리법'을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 공동주택 관리범위와 추진체계 등 진출방향은 중동의 유사 국가에서도 도시 및 주택관리 부문 진출시 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

복합환승센터의 도시 공원화 방안 연구 : 도봉산역 복합환승센터를 중심으로 (A Study on Designing a Transfer Center as an Urban Park : With the Case of the Dobongsan Station P & R)

  • The objective of the study is to discuss the public value which inevitably required in the relation between city and transportation infrastructure and to suggest a public space at a transfer center which is a new type of transportation infrastructure. There has been little discourse on the public value of existing transportation infrastructure in the field of landscape architecture. Through this study. re-think of urban infrastructure from landscape architectural point of view will be examined. Through this study, three main considerations will be reflected in designing a transfer center, First, in a broad context, possibility of landscape architectural access toward transportation infrastructure should be considered. Secondly, unique characteristics of the transfer center system will be reflected on design process. Lastly, by analysing the site context of Dobongsan station P&R, design issues will be emerged. Transportation infrastructure is a field of urban life where people gather, exchange and do diverse activities. Design of transfer center through landscape architectural approach will be a meaningful reaction to the needs of public space in the urban infrastructures.

일제강점기 도시기반시설의 설치를 통해 본 강경의 도시화 과정 (Modern Urbanization Process of Ganggyeong during the Japanese Colonial Period, focused on Installation of Urban Infrastructure)

  • Ganggyeong, a city which is located at riverside of Geum River, played a role to connect the inland cities and the coastal cities through the Geum river waterway. In Chosun dynasty, Ganggyeong was one of the three major markets in Korea, and at the same time, it was one of the two river docks in Korea. However, after the railway was installed in Korea, railroad was more important than waterway in transporting logistics and in 1911 Honam railroad and Ganggyeong railway station was installed. Thus it was necessary to reorganize urban structure of Ganggyeong city from the traditional river-dock city to modern railroad city. In addition, urban infrastructure to prevent flood damage was needed because Ganggyeong suffered from floods and water shortages every year. Therefore, between 1910s and 1930s large-scale social infrastructures including road, water and sewage system, river bank, floodgate was constructed not only to revitalize the declining city but also to prevent flood damage and water shortages that hinder urban development. The installation of urban infrastructure has enabled the urban expansion and development of Ganggyeong city, and it is still served as a basic urban structure.

도시공원 방재기능 평가체계 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of Evaluation System for Disaster Prevention Ability of Urban Parks)

  • 전 세계적으로 홍수, 가뭄, 열파 등 기상재해가 빈발하는 환경에서 도시공원은 휴식, 문화, 생태적 기능뿐만 아니라 도시민의 안전을 위한 기능도 제공해야 한다. 본 연구는 도시 내 기후변화에 대응하는 녹색 공간인 생활권 공원에 복합기능을 확보하는 목적으로 도시인의 안전을 위한 도시방재공원의 분류체계를 제안하였다. 문헌 조사를 통해 분석지표를 추출하고, 대상지 현장조사 및 관련자 인터뷰를 통해 분류체계를 검증하였다. 평가를 위한 대분류는 도시공원의 입지, 공간구성, 방재복합시설 3가지로 구분하고, 실증 분석을 통하여 도출된 문제점에 대한 개선방향을 제안하였다.

  • Underground infrastructure systems provide essential public services and goods through buried structures including water and sewer, gas and petroleum, power and communication pipelines. The majority of existing underground infrastructure systems was installed in green field areas prior to development of complex urban built environments. Currently, there is a global trend to escalate major demand for underground infrastructure system renewal and new installation while minimizing disruption and maintaining functions of existing superstructures. Therefore, Engineers and utility owners are rigorously seeking technologies that minimize environmental, social, and economic impact during the renewal and installation process. Trenchless technologies have proven to be socially less disruptive, more environmentally friendly, energy conservative and economically viable alternative methods. All of those benefits are adequate to enhance overall sustainability. This paper describes effective sustainable solutions using trenchless technologies. Sustainability is assessed by a comparison between conventional open cut and trenchless technology methods. Sustainability analysis is based on a broad perspective combining the three main aspects of sustainability: economic; environmental; and social. Economic includes construction cost, benefit, and social cost analysis. Environmental includes emission estimation and environmental quality impact study. Social includes various social impacts on an urban area. This paper summarizes sustainable trenchless technology solutions and presents a sustainable construction method selection process in a proposed framework to be used in urban underground infrastructure capital improvement projects.

  • Urban transit is one of the most effective ways for efficient operation and construction of an urban transit by composition system which is liked originally such as rolling-stock, power, signal and infrastructure. Urban rail transit system is running in domestic, imports major equipments from advanced countries and setup for maintenance. But it takes long time because it does each organizations and lines. Also, signal, power and track system apply different standard by each construction organizations it causes an increasing construction of cost accordingly it desperately needs a systematic countermeasure. Therefore standard specification of urban transit have been establishing and operatingfor efficient operation of urban transit and base technology security that is populace ride to become a base of state economy. After track, power and signal system will be announced. Standard specification become more, the importance of administrationof standards is emphasized more. Specification administrator’s the importance which use a computing support tool recently in railroad part in embossed and is predicted to be more such forward. Therefore we propose the effective method of management with track, power signal system by constructed data-base system.

u-City 도시기반시절의 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristic of Ubiquitous Infrastructure for u-City)

  • 전 세계적으로 IT기술의 도시공간 적용이 도시 각 분야에서 추진되고 있으며, 특히 기반시설의 경우 도시의 기술적 대응의 중심적 역할을 수행하고 있다. 그러나 현재 u-City 기반시설을 기존 기반시설과 도시활동의 융합에 관한 고찰이 부족하고 실현가능한 기술을 중심으보 구축되어 중첩된 기술과 잦은 기기대체와 같은 난개발로 이어지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 u-City 도시구성요소로서 기반시설의 특성에 주목하고 산업시대 기술의 국내 적용과정에서 도시기반시설의 공급과 주기를 비교 분석하여 국내 적용 시 시사점을 다루었다. 연구의 결과 첫째, 국내 u-City 기반시설의 공급은 도입기에 공공이 주도하여야 한다. 둘째, u-City 도시기반시설은 민첩한 성질이 요구되며, 이를 위해 세부요소의 규격화, 표준화가 필요하다. 셋째, IT기술과 기반시설의 융합에 따른 변화를 고려한 통합적 거시적 관점의 제도수립이 이루어져야 한다. 넷째, u-City 기반시설의 계획은 서비스, 디바이스, 시스템의 상호작용을 고려하여야 한다.

제천시의 방재형 도시 근린공원 조성 계획 (Planning of Neighborhood Parks for the Disaster Prevention in Jecheon City)

  • 급속한 기후변화에 따른 자연재해의 증가와 재해 규모의 대형화 및 다양화는 근본적인 해결 방안을 요구하고 있다. 특히 도시 공간은 도시 인구의 증가 현상과 불투수층의 기반시설에 기초하여 재해의 피해와 대응에 대한 복합적 대책을 수립해야 하는 실정이다. 이에 공공 공간인 도시의 녹색공간을 활용하여 방재공간을 확보하고, 재해저감형 공원시스템을 도입함으로써 토지 매입의 경제적 문제와 방재시스템의 문제를 동시에 해결할 수 있다. 각 지자체는 최근 발표된 국토교통부의 가이드라인을 통해 재해저감 유형별 시스템과 선도 사업을 선정하여 진행 중에 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 도시민의 생활 건강과 행복의 녹색 공간인 도보권 근린공원을 대상으로 도시의 물 관리와 소생태계 보전을 함께 갖추는 도시 녹지 공간을 방재형 근린공원의 조성 모델로 제시하는데 있다. 이를 통해 추후 기존 도시 구조 내 생활권 근린공원의 기후변화 적응 모델로 활용하는데 기여하고자 한다.

도시철도 전력설비의 노후화 판단을 위한 예측 프로그램 구현 (Implementation of Prediction Program for Deterioration Judgment on Substation Power Systems in Urban Railway)

  • In this paper, we present a deterioration judgment model of urban rail power equipment using driving history, the frequency and number of failures. In addition, we have developed a deterioration judgment program based on the derived failure rate. A deterioration judgment model of power equipments on metro system was designed to establish how much environmental factors, such as thermal cycling, humidity, overvoltage and partial discharge. The deterioration rate of the transformers followed the Arrhenius log life versus reciprocal Kelvin temperature (hotspot temperature) relation. The deterioration judgment program is linked to the online condition monitoring system of urban railway system. The deterioration judgment program is based on the user interface it is possible to apply immediately to the urban rail power equipment.
