  • 생산 기술이 발전함에 따라 제품의 생산량이 증가하고 컴퓨터 비전을 통한 제품의 양/불 판단 기술의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 제품의 양/불 판단은 그 정확도가 중요하며, 동시에 빠른 검사를 위한 신속성이 요구된다. 기존 연구들에서 다양한 금속성 제품에 대한 양/불 판단과 각인된 글자에 대한 양/불 판단을 수행하는 연구가 지속되어 왔으나 자동차 에어백 부품 중 하나인 Upper Housing의 양/불을 판단하는 알고리즘은 부재하다. 본 논문에서는 Upper Housing에 대해 각인 문자의 양/불을 판정하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 먼저 영상에서 기준점이 되는 원을 찾는 것부터 시작하여, 기준점을 기반으로 특정 각도로 회전시켜 미리 수집한 글자 이미지와의 템플릿 매칭을 통해 글자가 제대로 각인 되었는지를 판단한다. 실험에서는 에어백 부품에 대한 검사 장치에서 촬영한 동영상에 대하여 제안한 알고리즘을 적용하였고, 그 결과 높은 정확도로 글자를 검출할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

Regional Distribution Characteristics and Meanings of Women-only Shared Housings - A Case Study of Agency-managed Shared Housings in Seoul - (여성전용 셰어하우스의 지역 분포특성과 의미에 관한 연구 - 서울의 운영사 관리형 현장 사례를 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the distribution characteristics of the agency-managed shared housings in Seoul and draw the possible implications from it. The needed data for the study was obtained from an on-line shared housing portal service which provides housing information from various shared housing management agencies. By mapping out the locations and other related data into a GIS(Geographic Information System) program, this study shows that shared housings in Seoul can be sorted into four large clusters. Each cluster has a different ratio of housing types and room capacities reflecting each regional circumstance and common causes. Women-only shared housing takes up 79% of the overall shared housing ratio and, while multi-family housing type has the most count, the apartment type has a noticeably high ratio in women-only housing compared to the apartment type ratio among the other gender-specific housings. Given the high crime rate against the single-person household of young adult women, the reason for the popularity of shared-apartment housing among young women can be deduced. However, the potential tenants' practical choices and their concern for safety are not the only causes that drive the current shared housing market. The young adults in their 20's and 30's choose to live in popular places where they can engage social activities. A new tier of shared housing market has also appeared in places where young adults could not have afforded if they lived alone. Choosing where we live is no longer about just meeting the requirements for a house based on what she/he needs but also about satisfying the preferences for a living based on what she/he desires. This paper indicates that although there is an undeniable premise that 'sharing a house' revolves around the realm of housing welfare and is not a typical topic for the upper-income households, the way we live and how we choose our place to live is shifting.

  • Apartment housing is a widely-spread type in Korean housing market. Nevertheless, it has caused serious problems such as traditional community corruption, unsafe structure, defects and litigation from noise. Noise, especially in concrete structure for apartment housing, is hardly controlled in proper to prevent sound transmission between upper and lower families with existing system. In foreign countries, there are floating floor system to enhance the noise control performance in multi-family housing. This study is to examine the impact sound insulation performance of floors according to the different P'yong and Layers by field measurement in highrise building.

  • This study was carried out about construction management plan to reduce water leakage of underground parking lot in the apartment housing. To minimize effect of upper working load, installation position of jack support and paving with rubble on the top of underground parking lot were studied. By calculation shrinkage strain of underground parking lot scale, water leakage risk in design of level difference was studied. In this study, the basic data about construction management was provided to reduce water leakage of underground parking lot in the apartment housing.

The results of this study will be useful to provide guideline to make policy of environmental noise and criteria.

  • The housing of the fuel injector supports the rod, the niddle valve and the solenoid. Based on the procedure of process design, in this paper, the forming operation is designed by the rigid-plastic finite element method. The metal flow during the forming of the fuel injector housing is axisymmetric until the final forming process. The response surface method has been performed to reduce the under-fill and the maximum effective strain. From the results of RSM, the second order regression model of equation is calculated by the least square method and used to determine the optimal values of design variables by simultaneously considering the responses. It is noted that upper under-fill is affected by the design variables of the $2^{nd}$ forming process and lower under-fill is affected by the design variables of the 1st forming process.

  • This research was conducted toward the types and kinds of repairing the randomly chosen apartment buildings. The conclusions are : There are eleven types of repairing executions, re - analyzed into thirty \ulcorner one kinds. For the public spaces, in and outside the buildings, there are five types and fifty - one kinds. The management of the buildings are all self - governed with the plannings to continually repair. The claims are most frequently answered by re - equipping the facilities of kitchen work. the bathroom facilities, etc. And for the public facilities there are claims against the bad conditions of electricity, noises tem other fleers, upper and lower, and moistures on the walls. The suggestions for the improvement of the apartment housing conditions may well contribute to the plannings for repairing the facilities, private and public, of the apartment buildings.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the space of upper class housing in Andong through the oral life history of women in terms of sexual life. Even though the living was centered on women, the women of Joseon were alienated from the history. For this reason, the life history of head family housing was not recorded in the language of women, and often passed on orally. Also sexual life is a important part in daily life, but it is hard to be recorded or mentioned in Confucian society, and there is not much space research related to sexual life. Now there is not a lot of head family housing left, and the number of people who can tell the life history which is not recorded and the storyteller is also decreasing. From now on, I will record what I have experienced or passed through interviews of the residents living in head family housing and then analyze the characteristics of the sexual life.

  • This study purpose that researching Side- TeoMaru of upper-class houses in traditional An-Chae space and researching regional characteristics. Side-TeoMaru type is An-Bang and Gunner-Bang. That is found Chungchong-Do, Cholla-Do, Kyongsangnam-Do. I found different distribution in this region. This study has researched by measurement and personal interview.

  • A rapid increase of the elderly population and changes in the social structure, family type and lifestyle bring us to the moment for considering the various aspects of supporting the elderly including the elderly housing facilities. Traditionally it is considered as a merit for a son to support parents in his own house. Hut recently the elderly increasingly want to live independently without support from their children. To satisfy these needs, new housing facilities for the elderly were developed by private non-profit foundations. A number of outstanding housing facilities for the elderly have been built in the last five years. These facilities show significant progress in housing for the elderly. Unfortunately, there u e no standard design checklists or guidelines for housing for the elderly available in Korea. The housing facilities were built based on foreign design guidelines or architect's experience. This research aims to develop an affordable design checklist that can meet the needs of the Korean elderly lifestyle. This study evaluated the senior residential facilities using Woo's checklist which consolidated the guidelines available here and abroad. As the result of this study, we presented the checklist subject in upper group $25\%, middle group, lower group $25\% distribution and 6, 5, 4, categories in order to importance. When designing the future senior residential facilities, a constraint can be made based on the scope and financial factors of the facility first and the determine how extensive the application of the checklist should be.
