크루즈 관광 산업은 21세기 유망 성장 산업으로 볼 수 있다. 그러나 크루즈 관광 산업에 대해 중국에서 개발을 허용하는 입법 프레임워크는 아직 완전히 준비되지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구는 중국 크루즈 관광산업에 대한 산업 정책을 제안하기 위한 것이다. 크루즈 관광 산업의 발전을 위한 성장을 주도하기 위한 중국 중앙 정부의 정책은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정부는 크루즈 인프라 건설을 늦추기 위해 산업 정책을 설정해야 한다. 둘째, 정부는 크루즈 선박의 방문을 유치하기 위한 산업 정책을 개선해야 한다. 셋째, 정부는 크루즈 제품 개발을 지원하기 위한 조치를 취해야 한다. 넷째, 정부는 크루즈 사업과 사회단체를 지원하기 위한 조치를 취해야 한다. 마지막으로 정부는 해외로 관광선별 시스템과 크루즈 카지노 관리를 강화해야 한다.

As the convergence among technologies is reorganizing industry sectors, it is quite important to evaluate the probability of technological convergence, and to analyze how the technologies in a certain industry sector affect the same or other industry sectors. As a result, the large number of studies have been focused on the industry convergence. However, most of them have dealt mainly with case studies or strategy and policies and few efforts have been made to study it using quantitative data. The investigation of industry convergence using quantitative data will help understand the characteristics of industry and forecast the future of the industry from an objective point of view. Therefore, this research proposes a methodology to evaluate the possibilities of industry convergence using patent data. In particular, we emphasize the possibilities of technology convergence and suggest a technology relationship matrix to evaluate the technology convergence, as an antecedent of industry convergence. The feasibility and utility of the suggested methodology was verified with a case study on the convergence of IT and BT. The research results are expected to provide a useful guideline for developing a measure of convergence.

In this article, we propose a typology of industry convergences which encourages to invent new types of products and services through combining technologies across industries and identifying success factors of convergence industries which were resulted by industry convergences. In detail, the proposed typology of industry convergences is analyzed based on three viewpoints such as academic areas that provide the knowledge of convergence technologies, industry structures for the existing markets, and user experiences used for improving user friendliness. Such viewpoints can not only be considered as the sources for convergence industries but also be closely related with success factors of convergence industries. Based on the typology and the success factors of convergence industries, we suggest the implications about policies for the domestic industry convergence. It is expected that the results of this article can be widely applied to further activate industry convergences to overcome the recent global economic downturn.

Service industry can be divided largely into commercial industry, banking industry, insurance industry, advertising industry, and tourism industry. Of these, banking industry is playing an essential role as it constitutes the backbone of economy. Banking industry, which belongs to financial industry, is sensitive to external environment. In this kind of industry, internal dynamics of an organization is very important. The purpose of this research is to find out what kind of influence the relation of internal dynamics perceived by members of Nonghyup organization has on customer orientation via quality of internal service. For the purpose, we have reviewed preceding studies on variables that affect customer orientation and developed a measuring tool in a form that fits banking organizations. Internal service quality, job satisfaction, and organizational immersion which play a mediating role in the model of this research not only turned out to have a significant influence on customer orientation, they also turned out to have the strongest influence. This research has academic significance as it carried out a research with an emphasis on variables that affect customer orientation of members of Nonghyup organization. Regarding practical significance, it was intended to present useful data that can be utilized for an analysis of internal service quality management and capability of human resource management.

In recent years, most companies are making strategic strides to respond to changes in the competitive landscape. This trend is proceeding independently from industry to industry, and the Chinese cosmetics industry, which is at its peak, is no exception. In the meantime, the question of whether the concept of strategy group and related theories are suitable for advanced markets and whether they are applicable to emerging markets such as China is an interesting subject of inquiry. The purpose of this study is to classify strategic groups based on the cognitive approach of CEO's in the Chinese cosmetics industry. Some of the existing studies on strategic groups have raised limitations on the theoretical validity of the classification and criteria of strategic groups. However, since the concept of the strategic group becomes a middle level analysis unit between the enterprise and the industry, applying this concept to the Chinese cosmetic industry will help identify the strategic group existing in the industry and grasp the composition of the entire industry.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the causal relationship between the logistics industry and the economic growth in Korea, and to provide implications for the contribution of the logistics industry to economic growth. Unlike Previous Related Studies, we derive short-term and long-term effects through dynamic panel analysis such as panel Granger causality test and impulse response function estimation using panel vector error correction model. The results of the empirical analysis are as follows: Labor input of the logistics industry has the greatest positive impact on economic growth. And capital input and total sales of the logistics industry have a negative effect on economic growth. This means that Korea's logistics industry features labor-intensive growth. In addition, We have also found that the growth (sales) and capital input of the logistics industry have not yet had a direct positive impact on economic growth. Therefore, the results of this analysis provide implications for the direction of logistics industry policy to enhance contribution of the logistics industry to economic growth.

한국의 곤충 산업은 2010 년부터 "곤충 산업 육성 및 지원에 관한 법률"에 의해 지원을 받았다. 이 법에 의거해 곤충을 사육하는 사람도 '농업인'으로 자격이 있다. 그러나 곤충 산업은 '농업' 및 '농업인', '농산물'과 같은 모든 개념을 정의하는 "농업 농촌 및 식품산업 기본법"에 포함되지 않는다. 법적으로 엄격하게 말하면, 곤충 산업이 농업에 포함되지 않는다는 논쟁이 제기 될 때마다 곤충 산업을 지지할 방법이 없기 때문에 곤충을 사육하는 사람들은 모든 농업 지원과 정부의 보조금을 받을 법적 근거가 부족하다. 따라서 관련 법규를 개정하여 곤충 산업의 법적 지위를 명확히 할 필요가 있다.

A continuous, explicit drain-current equation for short-channel double-gate (DG) MOSFETs has been derived based on the explicit surface potential equation. The model is physically derived from Poisson's equation in each region of operation and adopted in the unified regional approach. The proposed model has been verified with numerical solutions, physically scalable with channel length and gate/oxide materials as well as oxide/channel thicknesses.

본 논문에서는 SBML문서를 효율적으로 저장관리 할 수 있는 Gene Ontology 기반의 SBML 문서관리 시스템을 제안한다. SBML은 시스템생물학에서 생화학적 네트워크 데이터의 교환 표준으로 연구 개발되었으며, 다수의 생화학적 네트워크 데이터베이스들이 SBML을 이용하여 데이터를 제공해주고 있다. 이러한 SBML 문서를 통해 서로 다른 데이터베이스 또는 응용 프로그램간 정보를 교환으로 사용되고 있으며, 그 양 또한 급속하게 증가하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 대량의 SBML 문서를 효율적으로 저장, 검색 할 수 있는 문서관리시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 OODB를 사용하여 효율적으로 SBML 문서를 저장관리하며, Gene Ontology를 기반으로 생화학적 용어의 모호성을 해결하고, SBML문서간의 발생하는 데이터 중복을 제거하여 데이터의 품질을 제고하였다.
