  • The main purpose of this study is to examine the effect of QUMR to job attitude and job performance from a industrial relations management point of view. Concretely, it is confirmed whether there are effects of QUMR to organizational commitment, turnover intention and job performance of employee and whether there is a moderating effect of union membership status between QUMR and organizational commitment, QUMR and turnover intention, QUMR and job performance of employee. As a result of this study, firstly, there is a positive effect of QUMR to organizational commitment. Secondly, QUMR effects to turnover intention negatively. Thirdly, QUMR effects to job performance positively. Lastly, there is no moderating effect according to union membership status. On the basis of these study results, I suggested alternatives of business strategy for effective industrial relations management.

  • In the process of simplifying the complex fate of the plant into a binary state, the information loss is inevitable. To minimize the information loss, the quantification of plant safety status has been formulated through the combination of the probability density function arising from the sensor measurement and the membership function representing the expectation of the state of the system. Therefore, in this context, the safety index is introduced in an attempt to quantify the plant status from the perspective of safety. The combination of probability density function and membership function is achieved through the integration of the fuzzy intersection of the two functions, and it often is not a simple task to integrate the fuzzy intersection due to the complexity that is the result of the fuzzy intersection. Therefore, a methodology based on the Algebra of Logic is used to express the fuzzy intersection and the fuzzy union of the arbitrary functions analytically. These exact analytical expressions are then numerically integrated by the application of Monte Carlo method. The benchmark tests for rectangular area and both fuzzy intersection and union of two normal distribution functions have been performed. Lastly, the safety index was determined for the Core Reactivity Control of Yonggwang 3&4 using the presented methodology.

  • Qi is in the capacity of pivotal element to describe the life, based on the principles of remedy such as Qigong, meridian pathways, acupuncture, moxibustion and herbal medicine. The purpose of this study was to identify the status of course offered Qigong and Qigong-related clubs in 11 college of oriental medicine. For survey courses offered Status of Qigong in 11 college of oriental medicine, I checked its homepage in august 2008. And about the facts that I could not verify information from the homepage, I obtained through the phone manner. For survey Qigong-related clubs in 11 college of oriental medicine, I phoned the president of union clubs and found out Qigong-related clubs. And then I phoned the presidents of Qigong-related clubs that consented before the fact, investigated the overall situation of clubs. Nine out of 11 college of oriental medicine offered course of Qigong. All of them are opened as major in a premedical course. Six universities have practical training. Six out of 11 college of oriental medicine had Qigong-related clubs. And the number of club is 12. The number of club in Daeguhaany university, 4, is the most. The number of membership of club in Daeguhaany university, 61, is the most too. Most of them are co-majoring both Jung-gong and Dong-gong. It is considered that in lecture of Qigong, It is in a need of lecturing in a regular course with clinical contents, rather than lecturing in a premedical course with basic contents. Of spontaneous club activities, after graduation so that they can get practical help for future. I think from now on we need to investigate deeply practical rate of satisfaction and the present condition of clubs.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors contributing to the wage inequality between employment of persons with disabilities. Among the raw data provided by the Korea Employment Development institute for persons with disabilities, 3,546 cases were studied, excluding cases in which major variables were missing, in the 『2018 survey on the employment status of the disabled in business』. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 25 and STATA 14 to analyze wage inequality among employment companies for persons with disabilities. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 25 and STATA 14 to analyze wage inequality in employment companies for persons with disabilities. The study found that factors contributing to the wage inequality in employment companies for the disabled include 'minimum level of education'12.63%, 'asset level'6.37%, 'level of work required'4.87%, 'ratio of female employment'3.30%, 'sales profit'2.33%, 'education training for employees'1.19%, 'labor union membership rate'0.67%, 'work type'0.42%, 'average working hours'0.41%, 'recognition of work level of disabled people'0.34%, 'recognition that employment of disabled people is helpful to companies'0.23%, 'positive recognition of work cost of disabled people'0.17%. Based on these results, this study proposed access at the level of employment business for the disabled, social level, and worker level for the disabled.
