The author studied the process of unifying Hanja variant groups of Korea and China for LGR (Label Generation Rule) of Internet Top-Level Hangeul Hanja Domain and possible confusion between Hangeul syllable and Hanja character. Among 3518 Chinese variant groups, Korea and China need not review variant groups which include no or just one Korean Hanja character. Korea and China reviewed 304 Chinese variant groups (9% of the 3518 Chinese variant groups) which include two or more Korean Hanja characters. By doing so, Korea and China succeeded in efficiently unifying variant groups. Unification process of variant groups which is the main core of Korea-China coordination and almost final unification result is summarized in this paper. In addition, the author analyzed systematically whether some Hanja character could be confused with a Hangeul syllable and obtained a good result which was not expected at the beginning. Probably this kind of systematic analysis has not been performed in the past and seems the first attempt, which is one of the contributions of this paper. The author also reviewed how to express K-LGR in XML for submission to ICANN.

The existent number system, which is divided into two, will give much obstacle to achieve Information and Communication exchange between south and north korea. Therefore as a long point of view, It is very important to set up the most effective and suitable structure and system in given communication environment as the number system between two koreas have to meet the communication demand and the service development. To prepare the communications growth for the future such as the advent of new network and communication service, This paper presents the scheme of a number system unification which is essential in the unification of information and communication between two countries after Korea-unification.

Logistics is one of the most important factors to manage a stream of materials in economic environment. Establishing effective logistics system needs to consider some constraints which are fluctuation of materials volume, a long distance between makers and consumers, one way logistics and small quantity batch production. It is estimated that Unit Load System should be a powerful method to cope with those problems. It helps to realize the key issues which are Standardization and Logistics Pool System The Material Unification of Logistics System is able to participate in all kinds of industries including manufacturing, distribution and logistics. This system has some merits which are a long distance transportation cost down, product recovery, and treatment in the unbalance of demand and supply caused by unstable materials volume. Four strategies of Material Logistics Model are Packing Rationalization, Logistics Pool System, JIT System application and establishing effective infrastructure. The Material Unification Of Logistics System based on Unit Load System achieves efficiency of logistics and largely decreases moving cost.

This study objectively analyzes the understanding of changes in North Koreans' home lives and the differences between the home life cultures of South and North Korea. A comparative analysis was conducted of terms related to consumer and family resource management to determine language differences and create a mutual understanding of social convergence unification. First, the analysis revealed that the North Korean language is not developed in certain areas, such as consumer welfare or consumer patterns related to resolving issues or complaints connected to consumptive lifestyles. In financial management, there were terms that referred to the collapsed North Korean economic conditions after the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991 and the North Korean famine. Second, terms reflecting North Korea's social, political, and economic structures were discovered, and it was found that South and North Korean languages differed from each other with regard to terms about kinship, sports, and art.

This study considered measures to support the establishment of surveying and spatial information in preparation for the unification of South and North Korea and the subsequent construction of national infrastructure. The organization identified and analyzed spatial information about North Korea, road and railway-oriented SOC construction projects, and examined the applicability of the latest technologies to narrow the technical gap with North Korea and quickly establish land spatial information. To prepare a support process appropriate for the situation in North Korea, technical and human support details and considerations were reviewed through a case analysis of spatial information construction for developing countries. In addition, the main result was "Presenting Efficient Utilization of Human Resources and Equipment for the Establishment of Spatial Information in North Korea," establishing an efficient utilization plan for the human resources and equipment needed in the support process based on technology support. It is expected that the South Korean government will minimize the negative impact on future land infrastructure construction by first conducting research in inter-Korean economic cooperation and national infrastructure construction and establishment of spatial information construction plans.

The author examines three new religious movements in South Korea: Jehovah's Witnesses, the Unification Church, and the Daesoon Jinrihoe, and aims to identify the factors that are conducive to the growth of each. All three organisations believe in a coming paradise, and the article explores their respective attempts to interest the populace in their appeal. Discussion is given to membership statistics and the problems of measuring allegiance and moves on to consider methods of propagation. Most obviously, evangelisation strategy is important: Jehovah's Witnesses and Unificationists have tended to engage the interest of strangers, while followers of Daesoon Jinrihoe are more inclined to evangelise family and friends. Additionally, there are other factors that determine an organisation's progress: cultural appropriateness, engagement in social and educational work, and attitudes to conflict and peace, the latter being particularly important in a society that has experienced war and occupation. Reference is made to the ways in which these three organisations finance themselves, and it is argued that financial resources merit greater attention in the scholarly study of religion, since monetary assets are needed to secure a spiritual movement's existence. Of the three organisations under discussion, the Daesoon Jinrihoe has been the most successful, being South Korea's largest new religion, while Jehovah's Witnesses are in steady state, and the Unification movement is experiencing slight decline.

Memory-device is one of the auxiliary components of point-switch machine; connecting front-rod and tongue-rail. The right side and left side of memory-device are different from each other. When there would be a derailing accident of rolling stock or motor-car, the memory-device properly bends and protects the internal of point-switch machine. Memory-device is one of the important site maintenance spare parts. Memory-device for each of right and left side should be secured so that they can be installed on correct side during an exchange work. This study suggests the development of memory-device with different left and right side and the performance test of it. The study intends to contribute in the convenience improvement of maintenance by improving the unification of memory-device.

This study deals with President Park Chung-hee's greed for dominance and oppression during the Yushin Regime in the 1970's and consists of case studies related to anti-democracy of the National Council for Unification Subject, illegality of President's emergency rule and oppression in the process of putting down Buma Uprising. The National Council for Unification Subject was an organization for presidential selection and institutionalized by the enactment of Yushin constitution. Emergency rule was carried into effect as a means to repressing college students and forces out of office for the president's long-term seizure of power. And Buma Uprising rose against violence in resistance to the Yushin regime and president Park Chung-hee's greed for dominance and oppression. These case analyses applied the aspects of causal relationship(birth and fall of Yushin Regime), legal system(Yushin constitution and president's emergency rule) and behavior(President Park's greed for dominance and oppression) for this study. The National Council for Unification Subject institutionalized through Yushin constitution and the Yushin regime formed by emergency rule enabled President Park to cling to long-term seizure of power by means of greed for dominance and oppression. After all, his failure to keep the spirit of the time and stepping stone for democratic constitutional government triggered Buma Uprising, a kind of anti-Establishment movement, and caused the fall of the Yushin regime.

In order to actively cope with international changes such as cessation of the Cold War in the twentieth century, the government has been proceeding the unification project between military and commercial specification leading to cost reduction of military supplies as well as to high effectiveness. Among these efforts, the study on raw materials specifications, which seems to have been widely used for military or commercial fields, has been performed. As the result of these studies, we have reformed military standards through surveying and summarizing military, KS and international specifications on raw materials. Consequently, the reduction of costs for the procurement of military supplies and the maintenance of current military specifications is to be expected.
