Now many metropolitan electric railways are being constructed on the metropolitan area. But railways now in service have some inefficiency. These railways are operated like subways, for example, all slow trains and fixed train set. So this paper proposes the methods of improvement. For making rapid train, it is showed ' philosophy of rapid train ' that makes rapid train to be main service. And for effective operation, it is introduced flexible train set and 'separation-unification operation'. And for smart railway tracks, it is introduced making loop track and direct connection track between radiating and circular railways. By these methods, a master plan of improvement of metropolitan electric railways is made and vision of the railways becomes common to passengers.

본 연구는 국토해양부의 도로 하천 항만건설분야에 적용중인 건설정보시스템(건설사업관리시스템 항만건설통합정보시스템) 간에 차이점을 파악하고, 공사계약이 체결된 이후인 사업관리 초기단계에서 건설 정보시스템을 이용한 사용자등록, 사업 공사등록 및 공사 대장 작성 보고 업무를 대상으로 시스템간 통합 방안을 마련하고자 한다.

We present an ongoing imaging survey of the host galaxies of hard X-ray-selected active galactic nuclei (AGNs) observed with the Hubble Space Telescope (HST). The snapshot images are taken with the Advanced Camera for Surveys through an HST gap-filler program. The sample, selected from the 70-month Swift-BAT X-ray source catalog, represents an unbiased and uniform AGN population, which will enable us to test the AGN unification model and explore the physical connection between host galaxies and central supermassive black holes. We also plan to investigate the AGN triggering mechanism by examining merger signatures and searching for dual nuclei. We present the pipeline for imaging analysis and the current status of the survey.

This study focuses on the maintenance of the registration details of the cadastral study (drawings, chiefs) in relation to Uiwang city real estate administration information unification project by the data maintenance business. The purpose of this study is to provide high quality data and improve the efficiency of data maintenance business in the unification of real estate administration information together with the intellectual study diffusion maintenance model in the future. In this study, based on the results of the intellectual study data maintenance project and the effectiveness of institutional, temporal and cost aspects, it was able to show the effect of the data maintenance project. And analyzed the current situation, typed the error shown here, and developed the maintenance plan and maintenance result.

Using the data shown in the national library statistics system, we tried to identify the current situation from various angles and derive problems, and based on this, we tried to find a development plan. First, it is necessary to conduct a thorough survey to know the statistics of Special library. Second, some degree of unification of the names used in Special libraries should be achieved. Third, it is necessary to present the subject classification for Special libraries. Fourth, it is necessary to actively promote and incentive Special libraries to participate in statistical surveys. Fifth, it is necessary to solve the problem that Special libraries are classified into other statistics. Sixth, statistics of national and large Special libraries such as the Court Library, Constitutional Court Library, and Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information cannot be found anywhere. Unless these problems are solved, the overall evaluation of Special libraries and policy proposals at the national level will be meaningless.

Recently, China-Taiwan relations are facing a crisis, and at the same time, the U.S.-China relationship and the structure of Northeast Asia are greatly shaken, so we should pay attention to changes in cross-strait relations. This study aims to predict how cross-strait relations will change after the party convention by analyzing Xi Jinping's Taiwan policy, focusing on the "Political Report" of the 20th party convention and the content analysis of leadership personnel. The results of the study are as follows. First, as the amendment to the party constitution announced after the closing of the party convention stipulates the possibility of armed invasion, Xi Jinping will implement a tough Taiwan policy emphasizing unification. Second, strategic competition with the United States will continue to intensify in the future when analyzing the contents of Chapters 2, 11, 13, and 14 of the "Political Reporting" and the personnel management of diplomatic and security leadership. As a result, cross-strait relations are expected to show instability for a considerable period of time. Third, at a time when Taiwan rejects the unification plan of "one country, two systems" and the tendency to de-Chineseize is strengthening, there is a possibility that legislation or specific enforcement ordinances will be enacted to strengthen the existing "Anti-Secession Law." Fourth, it is expected that strong and warm two-sided strategies will be used together, such as taking a strong response to external forces interfering with the Taiwan issue and Taiwan independence forces, and using incentives for the Kuomintang(KMT) and Taiwanese who are friendly to unification.

Communication network numbers are used in classifying each kind of network, identifying the communication companies and choosing services that are supplied by the companies. In the present, a new numbering system is needed to distinguish a new additional communication network. However the present numbering system of domestic communication network has some problems such as exhaustion of network number, excessive local numbers, and so forth So, in this thesis we call the wire and the wireless telephone network, the pager network and the personal number as communication networks, and consider the present condition and problems of our country, Korea, and foreign countries. Then we propose the efficient numbering plan. Firstly, the present 10 numbering systems that are distributed, such as communication networking number $\ulcorner$01X$\lrcorner$ are diminished into 5 communication network numbers that have same quality. Secondly, subscriber numbers are united to 8 digit and 144 area codes are made into widened 5 area codes. Thirdly, the personal numbering services are cross-distributed by century. And we examine the technical convening plan and the legal converting plan and investigate expecting efficiency of proposed numbering system. If this numbering plan is executed, subscriber's number on communication networks are unified at 8 digits, 5 reserve numbers are secured in exhausted communication network number of $\ulcorner$01X$\lrcorner$, and they can distribute subscriber numbers over twice as much. In addition, number acceptability is enlarged from 237,600 thousands to 400,000 thousands. Personal number can be classified at not only century but also a decade. Accordingly, acceptable numbers are increased two folds enough to provide unification and population increase. We were able to confirm all the efficiencies.

It is needless to say that the port security is very important owing to the geographic setting of Korea and the possibility of the provocation by North Korea. In addition, The security management is necessary for the port and the domain of maritime to block the inflow from overseas because of the increase of international crime as terrorism. The training system for port security guard should be constructed to secure the specialization of the manpower for the efficient port security management. But the training system of port security manpower is not unified and the training is not carried out, therefore it is necessary to improve the training system of port security manpower. In this study, the improvement plan of training system is suggested as follows. First, the unification of the legislation of port security should achieved to establish the guidance of training for port security guard. Second, the specialized training per activities should be done. And lastly, the qualification system should be introduced for the specialization of port security manpower.

Predicting pattern of future combat ensures a successful war. It is possible to anticipate the shape of the future combat from the fighting method of US Army in the Iraq War. The fighting method: a series of combat progress by real time information to pinpoint strike using a guided weapon by GPS, an intelligence satellite and unmanned surveillance vehicle (USV), shows that real time unification combat power is key element for decide outcome of a war. The NCW is an organically connected network centric warfare paradigm by networking a factor of operation. In this paper, studied on the improvement plan for combat power by the future computer like a portable computer, an audio-recognized computer and non-keyboard computer. In addition, this paper attempts to establish a comprehensive intelligence network of Korea Marine Corps and to apply to combat or training.

The visual implementation of 3-dimensional national environment is focused by the requirement and importance in the fields such as, national development plan, telecommunication facility deployment plan, railway construction, construction engineering, spatial city development, safety and disaster prevention engineering. The currently used DEM system using contour lines, which embodies national geographic information based on the 2-D digital maps and facility information has limitation in implementation in reproducing the 3-D spatial city. Moreover, this method often neglects the altitude of the rail way infrastructure which has narrow width and long length. There it is needed to apply laser measurement technique in the spatial target object to obtain accuracy. Currently, the LiDAR data which combines the laser measurement skill and GPS has been introduced to obtain high resolution accuracy in the altitude measurement. In this paper, we first investigate the LiDAR based researches in advanced foreign countries, then we propose data a generation scheme and an algorithm for the optimal manage and synthesis of railway facility system in our 3-D spatial terrain information. For this object, LiDAR based height data transformed to DEM, and the realtime unification of the vector via digital image mapping and raster via exactness evaluation is transformed to make it possible to trace the model of generated 3-dimensional railway model with long distance for 3D tract model generation.
