Uncertainty of objects in Moving Object Database is a coherent property. It has been discussed in a lot of researches on modelling and query processing. The previous studies assume that uncertain future time is determined through utilizing recent speed and direction of vehicles. This method is simple and useful for estimating the time of the near future location. However, it is not appropriate when we estimate the time of the far future location. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a concept of planned route. It is used to estimate uncertain future time, which has to be located at a given point. If the route of an object is planned beforehand its locations are uncertainly distributed near that route. By a simple projection operation, the probability that a location lies in the planned route is increased. Moreover, we identify the future time of an object based on the speed for passing the route, which is offered via a website.

The present article deals with comparisons of published liquid breakup models for diesel sprays to analyze the influence of breakup models on various spray parameters. The three different models tested in this study are the surface wave instability (Wave) model, the Taylor analogy breakup (TAB) model, and the drop drag model(DDM). The numerical results using these models are compared with several experimental data to assess the prediction capabilities of breakup models. Additional task in this study is to investigate effects of the breakup time constant in the Wave model on the spray parameters because the spray behavior is sensitive to the breakup time constant. It is seen that there is uncertainly about the breakup time constant indicating that the suitable acceptance of the constant is important, and the TAB model generally shows significant under-prediction of Sauter Mean Diameter(SMD). In addition, it may be indicated that differences between the DDM and Wave model are not significant, showing that the DDM may be suitable for air-assisted atomization rather than pressure atomization.

In this paper, a robust controller using $H_{\infty}$ control theory has been designed for the load frequency control of interconnected 2-area power system. The main advantage of the proposed $H_{\infty}$ controller is that uncertainties of power system can be included at the stage of controller design. Representation of uncertainties is modeled by multiplicative uncertainly. In the mixed sensitivity problems, disturbance attenuation and uncertainty of the system is treated simultaneously. The robust stability and the performance of model uncertainties are represented by frequency weighted transfer function. The design of load frequency controller for each area was based on state-space approach. The comparative computer simulation results for the proposed controller and the conventional techniques such as the optimal control and the PID one were analyzed at the additions of various disturbances. Their deviation magnitude of frequency and tie line power flow at each area were mainly evaluated. Also the testing results of robustness for the cases that the perturbations of the all parameters of power system were amounted to about 20% were introduced. It was approved that the resultant performances of the proposed $H_{\infty}$ controller with mixed sensitivity were more robust and stable than the one of conventional controllers.

This paper describes the development process of body and full vehicle for reduced idle vibration through the data level of frequency and sensitivity. The vibration mode map is used to separate body structure modes from resonance of engine idle nm and steering system. This paper describes the analysis approach process to reduce the variation of uncertainties for idle vibration performance at initial design stage. The robust design method is performed to increase the stabilization performance under vehicle vibration. It is used to predict the effects of the stiffness deviation according to the spot welding condition of the body structure. The tolerance associated with hood over slam bumper is analyzed for the quality deviation of the moving system in full vehicle. And the glass sealant stiffness and weight difference is considered for the deviation characteristic. The design guideline is suggested considering sensitivity about body and full vehicle by using mother car at initial design stage. It makes possible to design the good NVH performance and save vehicles to be used in tests. These improvements can lead to shortening the time needed to develop better vehicles.

E-commerce development led to the explosion of online payment. Consumers have many choices when deciding on the online payment method for each transaction. Using a combination of both qualitative and quantitative methods with the help of SPSS AMOS version 22.0, the article explores the factors that influence consumers' online payment method decision behavior in Vietnam. Research results show that awareness of usefulness, awareness of risk, awareness of trust, awareness ease of use, product uncertainly perception and perceived behavioral control have effects on the behavior of deciding on online payment methods. Awareness of risk has the strongest negative impact on online payment method decision behavior and awareness of usefulness has the strongest positive impact on online payment method decision behavior. Based on these important results, the article proposes a number of implications: (i) continuing to invest and upgrade modern technology to ensure customer information absolutely confidential; (ii) converting all ATM cards on the market to EMV chip standard card technology; (iii) improving service activities, quickly handle things to create confidence for customers; (iv) credit institutions operating in the field of online payment linked to e-commerce sites, supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants must ask partners to increase transparency for the products.
Recently, the need of wast incineratory has been recognized. However, the waste incinerator is considered the typical example of NYMB syndrome as a locally unwanted facilities. Therefore, the site selection of waste incineratory should be determined very carefully with consideration of various location factors. The purpose of this study is to provide a new decision-making process model for site selection that provides a rational and a systematic way. The fuzzy set theory and AHP theory, which have merits to overcome uncertainly and complexity of spatial data, are applied to select candidate sites for the waste incineratory. The method is able to produce a more flexible and objective solution for selecting suitability sites in comparison to rigid boolean logic. The result of this study shows that geographic information systems have clear implication for informing the spatial decision making process.
Terrestrial magnetism has left traces through residues such as fossils of the terrestrial magnetism as time went by. An analysis of archaeological terrestrial magnetism is an estimation of dates of archaeological remains where baked earth is exposed by measuring the change of the past terrestrial magnetism through thermo-remnant magnetization of baked earth. This paper attempts to apply an analysis of the archaeological terrestrial magnetism to archaeological remains using fourteen soil samples extracted from a charcoal kiln with side window located at the Area Ⅰ of Maegokdong. The date of A.D.440${\pm}$15 the analysis of archaeological terrestrial magnetism came up with gives solid evidence, while an archeological chronicle used arrangements of surrounding artifacts because of the absence of remains and assumed uncertainly that a charcoal kiln with side window was from the three kingdom periods. This analysis of archaeological terrestrial magnetism has come to anchor as a main natural scientific analysis because it relatively easily removes pollutants and comes up with highly reliable results owing to its considerably narrow error tolerance of assumed dates.

The proton therapy of radiation therapy methods using Bragg Peak which is proton beam's characteristic dose distribution can give a normal tissue lower dose than cancer, comparing with the former existing radiation therapy methods. For exact treatment and patient' safety, we need to know proton beam's position in body, but a proton beam completely stops at treatment region and proton beam's range is uncertainly made by the variety of organs having each different density, so we aren't able to find a proton beam' position by suitable methods yet. With Monte Carlo Computing Method, as a result that we had simulated prompt gamma detection system using correlation of proton beam's absorbed dose distribution about water and prompt gamma distribution by nuclear interaction occurred by collisions of proton and water's hydrogen atoms, we could confirm that a proton beam's position was able to detect by using simulated prompt gamma detection system in body on the real-time

In this study, the possibility of decision error is investigated to identify and improve the reliability of participants in the process of conducting the sound quality analysis for laser printers. So far, there is not a way to identify and express the possibility of individual participant quantitatively. Thus, the decision error model is proposed which is based on the expectation value between the perceived sounds. Through the experimental verification on the laser printers, it was found that the possibility of decision error is affected according to the normalized difference. The possibility of decision error has inversely proportional to the normalized difference between the perceived sounds. When the normalized difference becomes small value, the uncertainly between decisions is inversely increase, and then it is difficult to obtain the proper result in the process of the jury evaluation for laser printers. For this reason, in this study, the proposed decision error model is added in the previous step of the correlation verification. Comparing to the conventional process only using the correlation based method, after the reliability of each participant is verified, the correlation with the mean response of participants is verified. It was found that the participants who were recognized as having unusual preferences are actually identified as having the reliability problem. Based on the results of this study, the proposed decision error model will be helpful to identify and improve the reliability of participants in the following study for the sound quality analysis.

In this paper, we proposed Interval Type-2 polynomial Radial Basis Function Neural Networks. In the receptive filed of hidden layer, Interval Type-2 fuzzy set is used. The characteristic of Interval Type-2 fuzzy set has Footprint Of Uncertainly(FOU), which denotes a certain level of robustness in the presence of un-known information when compared with the type-1 fuzzy set. In order to improve the performance of proposed model, we used the linear polynomial function as connection weight of network. The parameters such as center values of receptive field, constant deviation, and connection weight between hidden layer and output layer are optimized by Conjugate Gradient Method(CGM) and Space Search Evolutionary Algorithm(SSEA). The proposed model is applied to gas furnace dataset and its result are compared with those reported in the previous studies.
