An open office or a shared office is emerging as the emphasis on the collaborative and communicative work environments is increasing. In the past, the user maintained the space, but the maintenance of indoor space became difficult because there is no fixed user. Indoor space information can be collected using the ICBM framework system. The facility management can achieve this with data. Therefore, this study proposed a framework based on ICBM (Internet of Things, Cloud, Big Data, and Mobile) for verifying the possibility of a smart facility management system for indoor space. IoT (Internet of Things) technology was used to measure the indoor temperature, humidity, occupancy, and brightness continuously, and provided the data to Web API via WiFi. Data acquired automatically via IoT, existing maintenance data, and spatial information were integrated through the Cloud. Big data collected by sensors were processed as meaningful spatial information for maintenance. Indoor space information and maintenance information can be delivered to the manager through the mobile. Based on the collected data, room occupancy recognition is limited due to a range of ultrasonic wave sensors. On the other hand, brightness represents the space conditions. The difference between lighting on/off, weekday and weekend can be shown. The temperature data and the relative humidity data were collected steadily to evaluate the comfort.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of core motion pattern on abdominal muscle thickness on unstable support surface using sling suspension system and to provide an effective exercise program for therapeutic rehabilitation in clinical practice. Methods : In this study, we used the flank exercise using a sling. It was intended for 21 healthy men and 9 healthy women. Before and after the exercise of the subjects, abdominal muscles (EO, IO, TrA the thickness of the muscle) was determined using a diagnostic ultrasonic apparatus. The period of exercise was 3 times a week for 6 weeks. The exercise for each group started with 3 sets per week and 1 set per week was added. A description of the method and attitude of each exercise is as follows. First, the push-up flank 's exercise position is to put both feet on the sling and hold the floor with both hands. Second, the side flank's exercise postures take the side flanks, while the two legs hang on the sling and one arm supports the body with an articulated bend (about $90^{\circ}$). Third, the elbow flank's exercise position is to put the two legs on the sling, and take a flank posture with the arms bent and joint bending (about $90^{\circ}$). Results : There was a significant difference in the thickness of the muscle in the three flank movements after the exercise (p<.05). The most significant difference was in the change of the muscle thickness in the abdominal muscle, the outer muscle, and the stomach in the elbow flank exercise after exercise. There was a significant difference between the mean thickness of the abdominal muscles according to the flank type after exercise (p<.05). Conclusion : In flank exercise for core stabilization using sling, it is considered effective to strengthen the abdominal muscles by considering the support surface, difficulty level, change of movement pattern.
The purpose of this study was to compare the apical leakage of the root canal filled with the System B and the EndoTwinn(the combined application of heat and ultrasonic vibration). Sixty extracted premolars with straight root were cleaned and shaped to size 35. Group SB was obturated using System B and Group ET was filled with EndoTwinn. A size 35 of 0.06 tapered gutta-percha and Adseal were used and the plugger which could be introduced to 4 mm short of working length was selected in the obturation procedure. As the positive control, Group PC was not filled. In Group SB, ET and PC, all external surfaces of each tooth were coated with nail varnish leaving only 1 mm area around the apical foramen. In the negative control of Group NSB and Group NET, all of external tooth surface including apical foramen was coated with the nail varnish. The specimens were immersed in methylene blue dye solution for 2 days. Then the specimens were sectioned at each 1 mm from apex to 5 mm level. The final score of one specimen was given by summing up of the points at all levels. The dye leakage of Group ET was significantly less than that observed in Group SB (p < 0.05). And the frequency of gutta-percha pulling out from root canal when the plugger was removed was more often with the System B than with EndoTwinn but there was no significant difference.
This study investigated the changes in the quality of minimally processed sliced Deodeok (Codonopsis lanceolata) during storage at $7^{\circ}C$ in relation to vacuum packing using PE film after the various surface washing treatments. The surface washing treatments resulted in approximately 1~2 log CFU/g reduction of microbial load in the early storage day. After 20 days, the weight loss rate, deterioration rate, hardness, color, total microorganism levels and the coliform count of deodeok washed by ultrasonic wave water was deteriorated rapidly like the control. When measured by the fresh-cut deodeok surface using the video microscope system, washing with chlorine water and electrolyzed water didn't seem to make perceivable quality deterioration during the 10 days at $7^{\circ}C$. The hardness and color maintenance of the product vacuum packaged using PE film after washing with electrolyzed water, was better than that of other treatments.
In order to have a superconductive connection between the wire-wound pickup coil and input coil, typically Nb terminal blocks with screw holes are used. Since this connection structure occupies large volume, large stray pickup area can be generated which can pickup external noise fields. Thus, SQUID and connection block are shielded inside a superconducting tube, and this SQUID module is located at some distance from the distal coil of the gradiometer to minimize the distortion or imbalance of uniform background field due to the superconducting module. To operate this conventional SQUID module, we need a higher liquid He level, resulting in shorter refill interval. To make the fabrication of gradiometers simpler and refill interval longer, we developed a novel method of connecting the pickup coil into the input coil. Gradiometer coil wound of 0.125-mm diameter NbTi wires were glued close to the input coil pads of SQUID. The superconductive connection was made using an ultrasonic bonding of annealed 0.025-mm diameter Nb wires, bonded directly on the surface of NbTi wires where insulation layer was stripped out. The reliability of the superconductive bonding was good enough to sustain several thermal cycling. The stray pickup area due to this connection structure is about $0.1\;mm^2$, much smaller than the typical stray pickup area using the conventional screw block method. By using this compact connection structure, the position of the SQUID sensor is only about 20-30 mm from the distal coil of the gradiometer. Based on this compact module, we fabricated a magnetocardiography system having 61 first-order axial gradiometers, and measured MCG signals. The gradiometers have a coil diameter of 20 mm, and the baseline is 70 mm. The 61 axial gradiometer bobbins were distributed in a hexagonal lattice structure with a sensor interval of 26 mm, measuring $dB_z/dz$ component of magnetocardiography signals.
Background: Korea has gradually expanded the coverage of medical care services in its national health insurance system. On April 1, 2018, it implemented a policy that expanded the coverage for an ultrasonography in the upper abdomen. In this study, we aimed to investigate the effect of the policy on the utilization of the ultrasonography in the upper abdomen in tertiary care hospitals. Methods: Using the dataset of the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service, we explored changes in the utilization of the ultrasonography in the upper abdomen in tertiary care hospitals from July 1, 2017 to November 30, 2018 through the difference-in-difference (DID) mixed-effects-model method. Facility factor, equipment factor and personnel factors, type of hospital, the total amount of medical care expenses, and geographic region were considered as control variables. Results: On average, the utilization of the ultrasonography in the upper abdomen increased by 228% after the coverage expansion policy. However, the results of DID mixed-effects-model method analysis showed that the utilization increased by 73%. As for the number of beds, the utilization was higher with a group of 844-930, 931-1,217, and 1,218 or greater compared with a group of 843 or fewer, while the utilization of the number of ultrasonic devices was lower with a group of 45-49 compared with a group of 44 or fewer. The utilization decreased with the number of interns and the number of nurse assistants. Besides, relative to Seoul, the utilization was lower in the other metro-cities and provinces. Conclusion: The coverage expansion policy in the national health insurance system increased service utilization among people. Future research needs to investigate the degree to which such coverage expansion policy reduces the unmet medical care needs among the deprived in Korea.

In this study, continuous long-term observation is implemented with an ocean radar. Ocean radar conducts remote observation (combined) with ground-based radars, which enable a series of simultaneous observations of an extensive range of the coast with high frequency. An ocean radar for continuous long-term observation is operated at Samcheok on the east coast of Korea. Samcheok experienced tsunami damage in recent years and is the location of a nuclear power plant. In order to examine the reliability of the ocean radar, a pressure-type wave gauge, ultrasonic wave gauge, and ocean buoy are installed for the purpose of data comparison and verification. The ocean radar used in this study is an array-type HF-RADAR named WERA (WavE RAdar). The analysis of the data obtained from continuous long-term observations showed that the radar observations were in agreement with more than 90% of the wave data collected within a 25 km range from the center of two sites. Less than 1% of the entire observation data was unmeasured by the time series analysis. As a result of comparing the radar data with the direct observations made by the wave gauge, it was inferred that the RMS deviation is less than 20cm and the correlation coefficient was in the range of 0.84 ~ 0.87. Moreover, supported by such observations, a comprehensive monitoring system is being developed to provide the public with real-time reports on waves and currents via the internet.
The study used jet water flow, ultra-sonication and ozonation system units to investigate impact of the unit components on water quality of stagnant Yeo-cheon River reach, Korea. Samples were collected at six locations, before operation and after 1, 3 and 6 hrs of operation. By operating the water flow unit only, dissolved oxygen increased as high as 90% after 3 hr at 25 m downstream of the device and Chl-a was reduced by 80%. Incorporating sonication, greater than 80% of Chl-a was removed even at 100 m distance from the device. Besides, total dissolved phosphorus was reduced from an average value of $420({\pm}70){\mu}g/L$ before ultrasonic irradiation to $160({\pm}40){\mu}g/L$ after the treatment. Releasing ozone into the flow with sonication, Chl-a was considerably removed from the water column and ammonia nitrogen was also decreased to average value of $20{\mu}g/L$ from $60{\mu}g/L$. However, as only $3{\ast}10^{-3}mg/L$ of ozone was used for safety purpose and due to brief reaction time it takes, effect of integrating ozone to the system covered limited area. Generally, combining sonication to jet flow is promising in preventing algal bloom formation since it has effectively removed Chl-a from the water column.

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dandelion (Teraxacum platycarpum) extracts obtained by only water and with ultrasonification on antioxidative system and lipid metabolism in high cholesterol-fed rats. Five groups of rats were given high cholesterol diets for 8 weeks. The control group received without dandelion extracts and the other four groups received with one of dandelion extracts for 4 weeks respectively ; TP-N-1(100 mg/kg/day of Teraxacum platycarpum water extract), TP-N-2(200 mg/kg/day of Teraxacum platycarpum water extract), TP-S-1(100 mg/kg/day of Teraxacum platycarpum water-ultrasonification extract), TP-S-2(200 mg/kg/day of Teraxacum platycarpum water-ultrasonification extract). The results are summarized as follows; The hepatic and plasma TBARS levels significantly decreased in the dandelion extracts groups compared to those of no treatment group. Especially the group TP-N-2 was comparatively best among those. TP-N-2 groups had significantly higher levels of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and catalase activities. There was no significant difference between dandelion extracts groups and no treatment group in SOD levels. In plasma triglyceride level, plasma FFA level, TP-S-2 group had significantly lower levels than that of the other groups. In plasma glucose levels, dandelion extracts group were similar to those of normal rats. Plasma total cholesterol levels significantly decreased in the TP-S-2 group compared to those of the other groups. HDL levels were also significantly higher than those of the other groups. Compared with those of no treatment group, dandelion extract groups had significantly higher levels of LDL. In liver total cholesterol level, TP-S-2 groups had significantly lower levels than that of the other groups. Compared with those of no treatment group, dandelion extracts groups had significantly lower levels of liver triglyceride, but especially the TP-S-2 group showed comparatively the best significant effect among those. TBARS, triglyceride, LDL, FFA levels significantly decreased in TP-S-2 groups compared to the other four groups. HDL levels was also significantly higher than the other four groups. According to the above result, it could be suggested that ultrasonic extraction have the upper hand in lipid metabolism and water extraction have the advantage of antioxidative system.

Indium-Tin Oxide (ITO) films were prepared on the commercial glass substrate by the Magnetron Sputtering method. The target was a 90wt.% $In_2O_3$-10wt.% $SnO_2$with 99.99% purity. The ITO films deposited by changing the partial pressure of oxygen gas ($O_2$/(Ar+$O_2$)) of 2, 3 and 5% as well as by changing the substrate temperature of $300^{\circ}C$ or $500^{\circ}C$. The influence of substrate pre-annealing and pre-cleaning on the quality of ITO film were examined, in which the substrate temperature was $500^{\circ}C$ and oxygen partial pressure was 3%. The characteristics of films were examined by the 4-point probe, Hall effect measurement system, SEM, AFM, Spectrophotometer, and X-ray diffraction. The optimum ITO films have been obtained when the substrate temperature is $500^{\circ}C$ and oxygen partial pressure is 3%. At optimum condition, the film showed transmittance of 81%, sheet resistivity of $226\Omegatextrm{cm}^2$, resistivity($\rho$) of $5.4\times10^{-3}\Omega$cm, carrier concentration of $1.0\times10^{19}cm^{-3}$, and carrier mobility of $150textrm{cm}^2$Vsec. From XRD spectrum, c(222) plane was dominant in the case of substrate temperature at $300^{\circ}C$, without regarding to oxygen partial pressure. However, in the case of substrate temperature at $500^{\circ}C$, c(400) plane was grown together with c(222) plane, only for oxygen partial pressure of 2 and 3%. In both case of chemical and ultrasonic cleaning without pre-annealing the substrate, it showed much almost same sheet resistivity, resistivity($\rho$), transmittance, carrier concentration, and carrier mobility. In case of $500^{\circ}C$/60min pre-annealing before ITO film deposited, both transimittance and carrier mobility are better than no pre-annealing, because pre-annealing is supposed to remove alkari ions diffusion from substrate. ITO film deposited on the Corning 0080 sybstrate showed a little bit better sheet resistivity, resistivity($\rho$), transimittance, carrier concentration than the film deposited on commercial glass. But no differences between Corning substrate and pre-annealed commercial glass substrate are found.
