  • As the ubiquitous society has come, users' demand for information and education from the library has changed and finally the necessity of change in the traditional information literacy that libraries have provided is on the rise. Based on the pre-judgement that women relatively have weak access to information in the knowledge information society and are in more special environment compared to other user groups, this study aimed to suggest u-Learning information literacy service for women. To this end, literature study, case analysis and questionnaire survey were conducted so that female users' demand for information and education was understood. Based on the results of these performances above, the requirements to develop programs for information literacy education service for female and contents in addition to models were suggested.

  • To provide dynamic services for users in ubiquitous computing environments by considering context in real-time, in our previous work we proposed Metaservice concept, the description specification and the process for building a Metaservice library. However, our previous process generates separated models - UML, OWL, OWL-S based models - from each step, so it did not provide the established method for translation between models. Moreover, it premises aid of experts in various ontology languages, ontology editing tools and the proposed Metaservice specification. In this paper, we design the translation process from domain ontology in OWL to Metaservice Library in OWL-S and develop a visual tool in order to enable non-experts to generate consistent models and to construct a Metaservice library. The purpose of the Metaservice Library translation process is to maintain consistency in all models and to automatically generate OWL-S code for Metaservice library by integrating existing OWL model and Metaservice model.

  • This study was to predict through the scenarios, one of the forecast technique the future of library service. In order to do that literature reviews, analysis of library's home page and specialist interview were conducted. As a result, it appeared that based on the scenarios to predict the middle future(after 5-10 years) of library service. The results of this study are as follows. The first the future information environment is represented by mobile md ubiquitous. Through this, anytime, anywhere, any device, we can be taken any media The second, the unreliable factors come out in time lag, the supply speed of terminals, library services, copyrights and so on. The third, as the supply speed of technique and the speed of technological development, the speed of technological development and the solution speed of digital copyright problem these make various scenarios. The fourth library try to find unreliable factors in constant change of the information technique, variety of internal factors. And strategy needs to dispose of various scenarios properly.

  • The prototype of a library is analysed upon the facts that are generalized and recognized as commonsense. On the extension of the prototype, a digital library is considered. Ultimately the libraries' prototype should be steady at any time. A library which is being a digital library to which the best technology at that time applies, should function as the creator of the value by publishing, circulating, and re-production of the information resources.

  • Many businesses, government offices, educational institutions, according to the characteristics of each business and information system is used. However, prevalence of smart phones and a wide range of mobile devices with services, which requires users with mobility, according to the latest mobile services and in many places, and is under development. Interworking between existing systems and mobile systems to be set aside for the development cost and time, a waste of human resources is getting worse. Also, in many places to provide mobile services to existing systems need to fix the problem is coming. In this paper, to solve the problem of interworking between existing systems and mobile systems for the data transfer and processing of existing server, web services server, and mobile systems has been developed between the library.

  • In this study, the operation condition of the U-library services is identified, and after confirming if there is any difference in the recognition from librarians, based on the results, the U-library services explore ways improvement plan to be operated reasonably. This study selected 10 local governments supported of the Ministry of Culture was performed in U-library services as a subject of study. Whether is any difference in the perception of librarians were measured according to demographic factors of librarians, presence or absence of work independency, employment pattern difference of librarians mainly operating U-library service as U-library services operating difference. For this study, united research methods (survey, visit, phone call) were used.

  • Recently, the consuming efficiency of energy and natural resources has been a hot issue because of the continuous increasing of energy consumption and soaring of international oil prices. We tried to seek an action plan for the government's new paradigm 'Low-Carbon, Green Growth' by consuming energy efficiently and improving in energy management based on ubiquitous IT technologies. In this study, the library survey method is adopted for this study and IP-USN(internet protocol based ubiquitous sensor network) is considered as a core technology among various ubiquitous IT technologies. The purpose of this study is to deliver a method of energy management through integrating the context information gathered from sensors with digital space models and visualizing them together. The details are to survey the technologies of digital space modeling, USN based monitoring, building energy management and to integrate these technologies all together. This study will contribute to the enhancement of efficient building energy management by grasping the accurate situation of energy consuming in the building in realtime and minimizing unnecessary energy wastes.

  • This study is designed to find out what kinds of factors influence the application of RFID system to the library. This study is followed by theoretically reviewing the RFID and the application RFID system to the library. Theoretical study models are developed by expanding the social influence, perceived risk, job relevance, support, and self-efficacy after Based on Technology Acceptance Model that provides useful theoretical foundations for setting the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and intention of application to the library of RFID system as the core of a study model. The affecting factors of application of the RFID system to the library are presented by empirically studying this study model.

  • An inductor library for efficient low cost RFIC design has been developed based on a standard digital 0.18 ${\mu}m$ CMOS process. The developed library provides four structural variations that are most popular in RFIC design; standard spiral structure, patterned ground shield(PGS) structure to enhance quality factor, stacked structure to enable high inductance values in a given silicon area, multilayer structure to lower series resistance. Electromagnetic simulation, equivalent circuit, and parameter extraction processes have been verified based on measurement results. The extensive measurement and simulation results of the inductor library can be a great asset for low cost RFIC design and development.
