가상 피팅 서비스 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 - UTAUT2를 중심으로 - (Understanding factors influencing usage intention of virtual fitting services - An application of the UTAUT2 model -)

  • This study utilized the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology 2 (UTAUT2) to examine usage intentions associated with virtual fitting services. Six independent variables were examined: performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, and habit. The study collected responses from 445 participants who had utilized virtual fitting services. Regarding factors related to usage intentions associated with these services, performance expectancy and social influence were found to significantly influence the usage intentions associated with photo-based virtual fitting services. Furthermore, performance expectancy, social influence, and habit significantly influenced the usage intention of avatar-based virtual fitting services. This suggests that higher levels of performance expectancy and social influence positively impact the usage intentions associated with both types of virtual fitting services, while habit influences only avatar-based virtual fitting services. Moreover, the findings confirm that effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, and hedonic motivation from UTAUT2 do not significantly influence usage intentions associated with virtual fitting services. By analyzing factors influencing potential customers' virtual fitting service usage intentions, this study can suggest effective strategies to increase usage intentions for companies providing virtual fitting services. Additionally, these findings can be utilized in the formulation of virtual fitting service marketing strategies.

A Study on the Effect of Individual Characteristics on Acceptance Intention of Wearable Healthcare Devices: Focusing on the UTAUT2 and Innovativeness

  • 본 연구는 웨어러블 헬스케어 기기 사용자들의 수용의도를 보다 효과적으로 설명하기 위하여, 개인 혁신성에 따른 수용의도를 살펴보고 이를 확장된 통합기술수용모형(UTAUT2, Extended UTAUT) 이론에 적용하여 실증분석을 실시하고 그 결과에 따른 학술적·실무적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제안된 가설들을 검증하기 위해 PLS 3.0을 사용하여 구조모형을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같이 요약될 수 있다. 첫째, 개인 혁신성이 웨어러블 헬스케어 기기의 성과기대와 노력 기대, 촉진조건, 쾌락적 동기, 가격 효용성에 매우 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 해당 기기를 수용하고자 하는 태도에 성과기대, 노력기대, 쾌락적 동기, 가격 효용성이 웨어러블 헬스케어 기기를 수용하고자 하는 태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Understanding the Omni-Channel Acceptance: Focused on TTF and UTAUT Models

  • Recently, Omni Channel Services has been considered the most innovative business strategy. Omni-Channel sees a variety of channels from all channels viewpoints, organically combining each channel to provide a seamless experience for consumers. In other words, Omni-Channel is not simply a systematic integration of channels, but a means of delivering consistent services to consumers in all processes through a strategy to an organic connection. The aim of this study is to provide a comprehensive insight into the decision factors affecting the adoption of Omni-channel. For this purpose, an empirical analysis is conducted on the course of acceptanceof the Omni-channel service based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and Task-technology fit (TTF), an effective model frequently selected to describe the acceptance of service in the introduction phase of new information technology. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the task characteristics and the technical characteristics had a positive effect on the task-technology fit, and the task-technology fit had a positive effect on the performance expectancy. In addition, task-technology fit, performance expectancy, and social influence have a positive effect on the intention to use the Omni-Channel. This study is intended to deliver an experimental meaning by proposing a strategical measure to understand the behaviorsand uses of consumers in the Omni-channel service environment and increase the customer satisfaction for the system.

농업인의 영농형 태양광 수용의도에 관한 연구 - 확장된 통합기술수용이론(UTAUT2)을 중심으로 - (A Study on Farmers' Acceptance Intention of Agrophotovoltaics - Focusing on the Extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 -)

  • Recently, there has been increasing interest in renewable energy in the agricultural sector. Agrophotovoltaics, producing electricity while farming, has attracted much attention. This study aims to identify the factors influencing the acceptance intention of Agrophotovoltaics. Using the UTAUT2 model, we designed a research model to examine the impact of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, social influence, and investment utility on the intention to adopt Agrophotovoltaics through the mediation effect of the user's innovativeness. We conducted a survey on farmers and obtained 212 responses for the final analysis. The results showed that effort expectancy and innovativeness significantly positively affected the intention to adopt Agrophotovoltaics. Furthermore, innovativeness was found to fully mediate the relationship among performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, investment utility, and acceptance intention. This suggests that focusing supportive measures on innovative groups could promote the adoption of Agrophotovoltaics.

카드산업에서 휴면 고객 예측 (Prediction of Dormant Customer in the Card Industry)

  • 고객 기반의 산업에서 고객 Retention은 기업의 경쟁력이라 할 수 있으며, 고객 Retention을 높이는 것은 기업의 경쟁력을 높이는 것이라 할 수 있다. 따라서, 미래 휴면 고객을 잘 예측하여 관리하는 것은 기업의 경쟁력을 높이는데 무엇보다 중요하다. 왜냐하면, 신규 고객을 유치하는데 필요한 비용이 기존 고객을 Lock-in 시키는데 드는 비용 보다 많은 것으로 알려져 있기 때문이다. 특히, 수 많은 카드사가 존재하는 국내 카드 산업의 휴면 카드를 관리하고자 정부에서 휴면 카드 자동 해지 제도를 도입하고 있으며, 카드 산업에서 휴면 고객을 관리하는 것이 무엇보다 중요한 과제로 떠오르고 있다. 본 연구에서는 카드 산업에서 휴면 고객을 예측하기 위해 Recurrent Neural Network (RNN)방법론을 사용하였으며, RNN방법론 중에서 긴 시간을 효율적으로 학습할 수 있는 Long-Short Term Memory (LSTM)을 활용하였다. 또한, 통합기술수용이론 (UTAUT)을 입각하여 카드 산업에서 휴면 고객을 예측하는데 필요한 변수를 재정의하였다. 그 결과 안정된 모형의 정확도와 F-1 score를 얻을 수 있었으며, Hit-Ratio를 통하여 모형의 안정된 결과를 입증하였다. 기존 연구에서 지적된 통합기술수용이론 (UTAUT)에서 발생 될 수 있는 인구통계학적 정보의 조절 효과도 발생 되지 않은 것을 보였으며, 이로 인해 통합기술수용이론(UTAUT)를 이용한 변수 선정 모형에서 LSTM을 이용한 휴면 고객 예측 모형은 편향되지 않고 안정된 결과를 가져다 줄 수 있다는 것을 입증하였다.

Research on Influencing Factors of Purchasing Behavior of AI Speakers in China based on the UTAUT and TTF Model

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the factors that influence the purchase of AI speakers in China. We integrate the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and Task-technology fit (TTF) model into one model and put forward assumptions. According to the characteristics of AI speakers, we selected 6 independent variables, such as Performance Expectation, Effort Expectation, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Task and Technology-characteristics. The final impact on purchase behavior is evaluated through Task-technology fit and purchase intention. After counting 478 samples, through SPSS22.0 and AMOS analysis, hypotheses have been proved by strong experimental data, except facilitating conditions. These results also imply that improving the technical level of AI speakers and enhancing consumers' purchasing intention are the central line of marketing. Based on this, we put forward several suggestions to marketers, including strengthening the research and development of AI speaker technology, and building a circle of friends of AI speakers.

원격연결형 로봇보조학습에 대한 예비교사의 통합기술수용모델 (UTAUT Model of Pre-service Teachers for Telepresence Robot-Assisted Learning)

  • 언어교육이나 특수교육을 위하여 지능형 소셜 로봇이나 원격연결 로봇을 교육현장에 활용하는 로봇보조학습이 도입됨에 따라 기술수용모델 연구도 이루어지고 있다. 기존의 연구에서는 지능형 소셜 로봇에 대한 통합기술수용모델까지 연구되어 있으나, 원격연결형 로봇보조학습에 대한 연구는 미흡하다. 이 논문은 원격연결형 로봇보조학습이 미래학교에서 이루어질 수 있는지에 대하여 로봇보조학습을 체험한 예비교사들을 대상으로 통합기술수용모델을 추정하고자 하였다. 추정된 통합모델은 자율 지능형 로봇보다 간결한 요인으로 구성되어 있으며, 이 중에서 이동성, 커뮤니케이션, 외형의 하위요인이 영향을 끼치는 유희성의 중요도가 매우 높게 나타난 것을 알 수 있었다. 즉 예비교사들은 얼굴영상 원격연결로봇의 자유로운 이동성, 커뮤니케이션, 그리고 직접 만질 수 있는 외형으로 구성된 유희성을 높인 로봇에 대한 유의미한 수용도를 보였다.

Factors Affecting Student Performance in E-Learning: A Case Study of Higher Educational Institutions in Indonesia

  • This study aims to determine the factors influencing student performance using the teaching and learning process through e-learning based on the unified theory of acceptance and use technology (UTAUT). This study also sets out to propose additional variables to expand the UTAUT model to be more suitable to use in higher education. This research conducted a literature review, expert interviews, and a self-administered survey involving 200 students at tertiary institutions in Riau province, Indonesia. The questionnaire data were analyzed using SmartPLS 2. This study shows that UTAUT constructs, namely, social influence, facility conditions, and effort expectancy have a significant influence on student behavior and performance, while the performance expectancy variable shows no significant effect. The additional variables, including lecturer characteristics, external motivation, and organizational structure, directly affect student performance. However, concerning student behavior, motivation and environment are the only variables with a significant effect. The results of this study suggest the behavior deteminant such as lecturer characteristics, motivation and environment, and organizational structure improve student performance. This study investigates factors affecting the performance of university students through the learning employing e-learning by developing the UTAUT constructs to include the lecturer characteristics, motivation and environment, and organizational structure in improving student performance.

Attitude of Consumers toward Restaurant Service Robots Based on UTAUT2 Theory

  • Recently, the use of serving robots has been increasing due to the increase in preference for non-face-to-face services and the rise in the minimum wage due to the coronavirus. When analyzing previous studies related to serving robots, it was confirmed that most of the studies on the functions and technologies of serving robots were conducted. Therefore, this study analyzed the factors affecting the attitude and customer satisfaction of restaurant consumers toward serving robots by adding performance expectations, effort expectations, and speed factors among the UTAUT2 models. The survey period was conducted from July 28, 2021 to September 9, 2021, and 306 out of a total of 310 surveys were used for analysis, excluding 4 unfaithful surveys. For the analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and hypothesis test were performed using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0, and the research results are as follows. First, it was found that performance expectation, effort expectation, and speed had a significant positive (+) effect on attitudes. Second, it was found that attitude had a significant positive (+) effect on customer satisfaction. This study researched customer selection attributes of robot service restaurants using the UTAUT2 model, and also provided academic and practical implications.

버티포트 이용행태에 미치는 영향요인 및 요인별 비교 분석: 통합기술수용모형(UTAUT)를 활용하여 (Analysis and Comparison of Factors to Influence the Use Behavior of Vertiport: UTAUT Research Model)

  • This study used the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(UTAUT) model to find factors that influence consumer acceptance intention toward Vertiport, a physical ground support technology required to implement AAM services. The analysis showed that among the four independent variables, Vertiport's social influence and facilitating conditions have a significant impact on future Vertiport usage behavior. At this point, the public has not yet had actual experience with Vertiport, so there is a limitation of considering it as a future concept based on speculation and measuring acceptance by actual behaviors related to its use (inquiries, information gathering, interest, etc.). Research on acceptance and attitudes toward new transportation methods should be further activated and developed along with future service development. Through the results of this study, we aim to understand the initial public acceptance of Vertiport as a ground-based infrastructure in the AAM field (or UAM) and propose strategic implications for the direction of service development.
