Single point of failure 문제를 해결할 수 있고, UCC로 대별되는 개인 분산 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 피어투피어(P2P)는 주요한 네트워킹 기술로 간주된다. 적지 않은 사용자들이 P2P 서비스를 사용하고 있는 시점에서 현재 제공되고 있는 P2P 범주별 서비스 동향을 간략하게 살펴보고, 주요 기술 이슈로 부각되는 과금 문제, 그리고 추후 통신 환경 변화에 따라 고려되어야 할 추가 기술 이슈들을 살펴보았다.

지난 2004년부터 1999년 닷컴 버블의 붕괴 이후에 새롭게 성장한 구글과 아마존의 괄목할만한 성장에 힘입어, 인터넷 벤처들을 중심으로 웹 기술과 인터넷 산업 전반에 대해 새롭게 고찰하기 위한 시도들이 "웹 2.0"이라는 이름으로 진행되기 시작하였다. 본 논문에서는 웹 2.0을 소개하는 거의 모든 자료에서 설명하는 팀 오라일리(Tim O'Reilly)의 살아남은 닷컴 기업들의 7가지 특징, 롱테일, UCC, 참여, 개방, 공유 등의 의미와 서비스에 대한 사회/문화적 보다는 거시적 관점에서 웹 2.0의 핵심 표준화 이슈에 대해서 살펴보도록 한다.

The documentary credit has been functioning as an indispensable tool for making international commercial transactions safer throughout the world since ICC adopted the second revision of the Uniform Customs and Practices for Commercial Documentary Credits in 1962. Letter of Credit transaction should be cleared by the principle of the trust and integrity and vile partners sometimes make a fraud on the L/C by the misinterpretation of the documents. As there is no rule but no exception, exception from application of these principles is allowed. The fraud exception nile constitutes contracting out an application of basic principles, this rule should apply restrictively and in many authorities a court does not apply this rule to nominated bank, confirming bank, and bona fide holder of draft even if fraud is involved in L/C transactions. If not, we lose a lot of benefits from the credit as valuable commercial device through reservation of these principles to take a few benefits. So, We need to recognize that the fraud exception rule should be applied restrictively. Therefore, this study reviewed condition of application and exception from application of fraud exception rule in view of Cardozo's opinion, the Sztejn court, and UCC Sections-114(2).

The new paradigm of the 21st Century science education explores a wide range of possibilities that can foster students' interest toward science and creative convergence thinking. The purpose of this study was to utilize science visual media that can improve students' scientific creativity and artistic sensibility. Curriculum reorganization can be one solution for the primary convergence science teaching and learning strategies using science visual media. Through a new and exciting experiment to a various science visual media such as science picture, TV film, movie, UCC, etc., we hope this teaching and learning strategy can increase the students' scientific interest and attitude.

Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to improve last mile delivery capability and ensure customers' satisfaction by approaching an analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and identifying criteria framework to determine locations of last mile delivery centre(LMDC). Research design, data, and methodology - Traffic congestion and emission policy in cities are barriers of last mile delivery in dense areas. The urban consolidation centre(UCC) cannot increase last mile delivery efficiency in dense cities because of their space and traffic limitation. In this paper, we develop a case to improve last mile delivery efficiency and to ensure customers' satisfaction by concentrating on LMDC. In addition, AHP has been applied to identify criteria framework and determine LMDC locations. The weighted priorities are derived from parcel delivery industry experts and have been calculated using Expert Choice software. Results - The framework criteria have assisted decision makers to place LMDC in a dense area to enhance customer's satisfaction with last mile delivery service. Conclusions - AHP has provided ranking framework criteria of LMDC potential for parcel delivery industry. The LMDC helps by improving last mile delivery efficiency to final destination amids conditions of CO₂ emissions, traffic congestion, and pollution problems. It especially concerns delivery service activities when delivering parcels to customers rather than UCC.

최근 인터넷의 발달로 디지털 콘텐츠 및 UCC(User Created Contents) 산업이 발전하고 있다. 그러나 이로 인한 부작용도 많이 발생한다. 대표적인 문제는 디지털 콘텐츠의 무단 불법복제나 무료배포행위이다. 이는 디지털 콘텐츠 산업의 성장과 UCC 제작자의 창작의지 를 저해하여 웹2.0시대의 중심인 양질의 콘텐츠 생산을 방해한다. 본 논문에서는 위의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 경매 시스템 과 경매 프로세스를 제시하였다. 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 콘텐츠에 중고의 개념을 도입하였다. 특히, 모바일 상에서 경매가 가능하도록 새로운 시스템 구조를 제안하고, 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 경매거래 프로세스를 새롭게 제안하였다. 시스템의 성능 분석 결과 주요 경매프로세스는 성능 분석 과정을 통하여 $\theta$ (logN) 의 정수 배(m)의 시간을 사용하는 알고리즘임을 소개하고 사용자나 콘텐츠의 양이 폭발적으로 증가하는 경우에도 시스템의 성능에 크게 영향을 받지 않는다는 것을 보인다.

Beneficiary must present all documents stipulated in the Credit. If the documents conform in all respects with the terms and conditions of the Credit, beneficiary has a right to payment from an issuing or confirming bank. And banks must examine all documents presented by beneficiary for taking up the documents. If the documents appear on their face not to be in compliance with the terms and conditions of the Credit, banks may refuse to take up the documents. But standard for compliant documents with the terms and conditions of the Credit in the UCP or Section 5 of UCC is unclear. Because UCP Article 13(a) provides merely that banks must examine all documents stipulated in the Credit ${\cdots}$ to ascertain whether or not they appear, on their face, to be compliance with the terms and conditions of the Credit. ${\cdots}$ Documents which appear on their face to be inconsistent with one another will be considered as not appearing on their face to be in compliance with the terms and conditions of the Credit. Also UCC Section 5-108(a) provides merely that. ${\cdots}$ an issuer shall honor a presentation that, ${\cdots}$ appears on its face strictly to comply with the terms and conditions of the letter of credit. All problems are not resolve with easy by these regulations. Accordingly, I examined requirements for compliant documents with the terms and conditions of the Credit on the basis of the UCP and cases. To analyse this, I divided into three requirements ; (1) Completeness, (2) Regularity, (3) Linkage.

Web 2.0 시대를 대표하는 핵심적인 컨텐츠는 단연 UCC이다. 사용자가 직접 만드는 컨텐츠를 의미하는 UCC는 유투브, 아프리카TV 등을 통하여 많은 수익을 거두며 관련 업계의 주목을 받고 있으나 복제와 수정, 전송이 쉬운 인터넷 환경에서 많은 저작권 문제를 내포하고 있다. 최근에는 웹을 중심으로 CCL을 통해 자신의 저작물에 대한 허용조건을 명시하여 다른 사용자에게 명시된 조건하에서 자유롭게 저작물을 이용할 수 있게 하는 방법이 널리 이용되고 있다. 그러나 CCL로 허용된 컨텐츠를 이용함에 있어서 CCL의 누락 및 위변조를 통해 저작물을 불법으로 이용하는 행위가 증가하고 있어 CCL 활성화의 장애물이 되고 있다. 또한 다양한 응용프로그램에 CCL을 적용하고 검증하기 위한 SW 플랫폼이 부재한 상태이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 효과적으로 컨텐츠에 CCL을 적용하고 CCL로 사용허가된 컨텐츠를 검증 할 수 있는 SW 플랫폼을 제안한다.

본 연구에서는 최근 웹2.0 열풍으로 인하여 각광받고 있는 많든 기술들 중에 OPEN API를 활용하여 새로운 서비스를 창출해내고 매쉬업에 대하여 알아보고, 매쉬업 서비스를 구현하기 위해 필요한 것들을 알아보았다. 마지막으로, 매쉬업을 활용하여 교육과 관련된 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다.

Recently, the web 2.0 services which appear by exponential extension of the Internet can be expressed with the changes in the quality of structural evolution and in the quantity of increasing users. The structural base is in user participational architecture, the web 2.0 services such as Blog, UCC, SNS(Social Networking Service), Mash-up, Long tail, etc. play a important role in organization of web, and grouping and searching of user participational data in web 2.0 is broadly used by folksonomy. Folksonomy is a new form that categorizes by tags, not classic taxonomy skill. it is made by user participation. Searching based on tag is now done by a simple text or a tag cloud method. But searching to consider and express the relations among each tags is imperfect yet. Thus, this paper provides the relational searching based on tags using the relational graph of tags. It should improve the trust of the searching and provide the convenience of the searching.
