현재 한국전력공사 전력연구원은 IEC 61850 패킷 분석이 가능하고 IEC 61850 통신규격 제정기관인 UCA(Utility Communication Architecture)에서 발행된 클라이언트 적합성 시험절차서(Rev 1.1)에 대한 시험모델링이 가능한 클라이언트 전용의 시험시스템 개발을 완료하였다[1-5]. 본 논문은 IEC 61850 클라이언트 적합성 시험 중 변전자동화의 파일 전송시험과 타임서버관한 시험모델링과 사례를 다루고자 한다.

IEC61850 기반의 변전소 자동화 시스템에서 사용하는 IED를 국내의 여러 업체에서 개발하고 있다. 하지만 개발된 IED를 IEC61850 국제 표준에 맞게 개발했는지 시험하는 적합성 검사는 외국의 인증업체에 의해서만 진행되고 있다. 그렇기 때문에 국내에서도 IED의 적합성 검사론 해줄 수 있는 방법이 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 IEC61850-10에서 제시하고 있는 ACSI 모델의 매핑과 서비스 시험 사례에 대한 검사를 수행하고 UCA IUG(International Users Group)에서 제시하는 적합성 검사 진행 방법에 따라 검사를 수행할 수 있는 적합성 검사 프로그램의 프로토타입을 구현하고 이를 소개한다.

People with epilepsy are believed to be at a higher risk of incurring accidental injury than people who do not have seizures. The incidence of injury, either due to seizure or accident as a consequent of seizure is also high and varies from 0.03% to 3%. The most common injuries are head contusions, lacerations, burns and fractures. In this article, we present a case of quadriplegia after a generalized epileptic seizure.

IEC 61850 기반의 변전소 자동화 시스템 구축을 위하여 현재 여러 제조업체에서 IED 개발이 이루어지고 있다. IEC 61850-10에서는 개발된 IED가 IEC 61850 국제표준을 만족하는지 검증하고자 하는 적합성 검사(Conformance Testing)에 대하여 기술한다. 본 논문은 IEC 61850-10에서 제시하는 적합성 검사에 대하여 기술하며 이를 보완하기 위한 UCA IUG(International Users Group)의 역할에 대하여 언급한다.

최근 송배전 시스템 분야에서 종래의 인간의 개입을 최소화하여 이루어질 수 있도록 통합화, 자동화 및 원격 감시화가 추진되고 있으며 이는 기존의 전기 장비들을 통신 기능을 갖는 마이크로 프로세스 기반의 IED(Intelligent Electronic Device)로 대체함으로써 가능해 졌다. 단일 표준화 작업이 이루어지기 전 다양한 프로토콜의 사용에 따른 장비 간 호환성 결여로 통신 프로토콜 표준화 필요성이 강하게 제기되었고, 1990년대 표준화 작업을 시작하여 최근 변전소 자동화용 단일 세계 표준인 IEC 61850이 UCA2.0과 유럽의 경험을 기반으로 IEC주관아래 개발되었다. 이러한 세계기술 동향을 반영해 IEC 61850 기반의 종합변전소 자동화 시스템의 구축이 필요하고, 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 IEC 61850 통신 프로토콜을 살펴보고 기본적인 IED 통신 실험 장치를 구성하고 메시지 전송 실험을 수행하였다.

To elucidate the trophic relationships within a subtropical wetland, the profile of fatty acids in producers, consumers and sediments of the mangrove forest and intertidal mudflat was studied. Results indicated a close relationship in fatty acid profiles between the mangrove plants Aegiceras corniculatum and Avicennia marina and the sesarmid crab Sesarma bidens, and between the fiddler crab Uca arcuata and diatoms. The fatty acid profile of the mudskippers Boleophthalmus pectinirostris and Periophthalmus cantonensis, however, showed a mixed diet of diatoms, macroalgae, protozoa and crabs. Seasonal changes in fatty acid profiles in mangrove plants, sediments and sesarmid crabs were noted. The implication of using fatty acids as tracer of trophic relationships was discussed.

Korea Electric Power Research Institute has being carried out an IEC 61580 communication service test on IED trial products developed related to power IT project, "The verification of Performance of the Substation Automation System and Its Field Test". This paper presents reporting services of IEC 61850-8-1 and related UCA Test procedures, reporting test items are widely divided into unbuffered report and buffered report and this paper is dealing with unbuffered report.

본 논문에서는 통신 방송 융합 환경하에서 다양한 이동 통신 단말을 가지고 있는 최종 소비자(End-user)에게 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 서비스(간단히, UCA(Ubiquotous Contens Access) 라고 함) 해 주는 기술들을 소개하고 이 기술들이 적용된 시스템을 모델을 제안한다. 또한 제안된 서비스 기술에 대해 소비자 측면에서 보여지는 서비스 기술의 상대적 우위성과 오락성을 분석하였다. 통신 방송 융합 서비스 모델의 특성은 End to End(E2E) media QoS와 소비자 맞춤형 콘텐츠 소비 제공으로써 콘텐츠의 제작에서 적응, 전달, 그리고 최종 소비자에게 맞춤형 콘텐츠 소비를 가능하게 하는 유통 시스템을 가진다. 이와 같은 통신 방송 융합 환경에서의 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 서비스를 위한 서비스 모델을 제안하고 소비자 관점에서 바라본 통방 융합서비스 기술에 대해 상대적 우위성 및 오락성을 분석함으로써 제안된 통신 방송 융합 서비스 모델이 소비자 관점에서의 사업적인 가치가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

We have tried to analyze the SEMG interference pattern quantitatively and automatically using T/A variables ZC, TN, mSA, mSD, UCA, AIPEA, ACT and NSS. For the analysis, we have carried out experiments on 14 SEMG interference patterns recorded from the biceps brachii, first dorsal interosseus and abductor policis brevis muscles. Emphasis was placed on the following 3 points in the experiments. 1) Suitable amplitude threshold for the automatic detection of the T/A variables. 2) Variation of the T/A variables to varying $\%$MVC. 3) Variation of the T/A variables to the sustained contraction for 30 seconds. Results of the experiments showed that T/A analysis of the SEMG interference Pattern can be effective tools for diagnostic purposes instead of the conventional NEMG method.
