Recently, Indoor air quality (IAQ) is one of the most important problem in our daily life of modern societies. Mechanical ventilation system is being recommended as an effective method to improve IAQ in apartment houses. And then, in Korea, building industry should install ventilation system in apartment house by the building construction code. In this study, to improve IAQ caused by microbial and chemical contaminant such as bacteria and TVOC, three types of mechanical ventilation system of apartment house including HRV were simulated by multizone modeling. Simulation results suggest an appropriate and economical renovation method of apartment house ventilation system for reducing indoor air contamination.

The purpose of this study is to propose the critical plans when renovate in elementary school through into the analysis the kinds of using space of elementary school and areal distribution of its part. In this study, there were 10 schools in Sokcho city, which schools were analyzed into the typical types and open classroom types. This study has been progressed in analysis of the drawings and materials of each elementary schools, and situation analysis through the visiting. The results of this study, there are many different kinds in the using spaces and areal distributions. Especially, the schools, which have the open classroom, have the excellent education environments. These results show that the education quality of the elementary school is not equal in themselves, so this is the contradiction of the changing trends of the education situation. So there needs a standard according to the number of the classrooms and the students.

본 논문은 수학 교육방법 개선을 위한 노력의 하나로 학습 모델에 대하여 연구하였다. 그 중 특히 협동학습 유형을 역사적으로 종합 정리하고 협동학습의 이론적 배경과 소집단 협동학습의 필요성 그리고 협동학습과 전통 조별학습의 차이점 등을 조사하였다. 또한 협동학습에서 나타나는 특징과 다양한 협동학습의 유형을 제시하고 그 효과에 대하여 연구를 하였다. 본 연구에서는 역사적으로 수학교육학적 견지에서 의미 있는 협동학습 유형으로 팀보조개별학습(TAI: Team-Assisted Individualization), 직소우(JIGSAW) 협동 학습, 직소우II(JIGSAW II) 협동 학습, 직소우III(JIGSAW III) 협동 학습, STAD(Student Team-Achievement division) 협동학습, 팀경쟁 협동학습(TGT: Teams-Games-Tournament) 등을 집중적으로 연구하였다.

Ihis landscape design was proposed for the Remodeling for the National Theater of Korea Competition. Today, the National Theater of Korea, located in Jangchoongfong, Joong-gu, Seoul, asks plans for renovation. The landscape design for the remodeling of the theater is conducted as part of comprehensive programs for its renovation. The Government sought design proposals through a design competition in April, 2002. The authors proposed a landscape design for remodeling the National Theater of Korea and won first place in the competition. The landscape design covers the following a survey of the present status, a site analysis, a schematic design, and design, development. In the authors'design, heavens, humans, earth and nature are symbolically expressed within the site. The outdoor spaces of the National Theater of Korea are organically composed of the following low spaces : 1) a field of creation; 2) a field of recreation; 3) a field of meeting; and 4) a field of contemplation. The field of creation consists of a main entrance, spaces for public performance and plays, spaces with symbolic water features, and resting areas. The field of recreation is composed of various exhibition spaces. The field of meeting consists of traditional Korean-style gardens and an outdoor cafeteria. The field of contemplation features lawns, grasses and trees, and provides an area for pedestrian strolling. The outdoor spaces of the National Theater of Korea would produce an atmosphere suited to a cultural and artistic place. In the spaces, people would perceive a unique sense of place through various types of fountains, pergolas, columns, walls, light poles and bollards. An example of the true meaning of a cultural space and a resting place is provided in these spaces. The renovated National Theater of Korea would be a new type of theater with regional context, cultural meaning, spatial identity, various amenities with symbolic images, function and beauty.

본 연구는 옥상녹화 장소별 이용행태와 옥상녹화 이용과 평소 전반적인 건강 수준의 연관성을 파악하여 옥상녹화 장소 이용을 통한 건강효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 연구대상지는 대구지역 옥상녹화가 조성된 건축물 유형별로 주택, 관공서, 교육기관, 의료기관, 쇼핑센터를 선정하였다. 연구 대상자는 옥상녹화 건물 거주자 및 이용자로 하였다. 현재 옥상녹화 이용행태는 60% 이상 이용률, 30분 미만의 단시간 이용, 기분전환 및 스트레스 해소를 위해 휴식, 주변 경관감상, 흡연, 산책과 운동의 목적으로 이용되고 있다. 옥상녹화 활성화를 위하여 시설물과 녹화식물을 확충하고, 운영 및 관리 보조금 지원이 효과적이다. 이용자의 건강수준이 낮게 나타난 교육기관, 의료기관, 쇼핑센터에 우선적으로 옥상녹화를 조성할 경우, 도시민의 건강증진에 도움이 될 것으로 생각된다. 휴식과 주변 경관감상을 통한 정서적 건강향상은 신체적 건강에도 영향을 주므로, 옥상녹화 조성을 통한 물리적 환경개선은 건강한 도시만들기에도 기여할 것이다.

본 연구는 노후 학교시설에 대한 합리적인 개축 및 리모델링을 위한 판단기준 마련을 위해, 기능적, 성능적, 구조 안전, 경제성 지표를 정량화하여 종합적으로 검토함으로써 개축 및 리모델링으로 사업유형 결정을 위한 객관적 근거 모형을 제안하는 것을 주요 목적으로 설정하였다. 평가지표의 설정을 위한 주요 방법론은 델파이 분석과 AHP 분석을 적용하였으며 기능 및 성능성 분야는 34점, 구조 안전성 분야는 51점, 경제성 분야는 15점을 기준으로 한 각 평가항목별 배점을 설정하였다. 향후 평가지표 모형을 중심으로 객관적이고 합리적인 개축 여부 판단을 기대할 수 있으며, 대상학교 현황에 대한 다각적인 검토를 통해 각 대상학교 교사동에 대한 사업유형을 결정하는 것이 필요하다.

정부는 국지적 입체복합공간 개발사업에서 벗어나 광역적 도시재생사업을 통하여 낙후된 지역에 대한 도시및주거환경개선과 기반시설을 확충하고 있다. 도시기능의 회복을 위한 사업을 광역적으로 계획하고 체계적이고 효율적으로 추진하여 도시의 균형 발전과 국민 삶의 질 향상에 기여하고자 노력하고 있다. 그러나 국내의 도시재생과 같은 대규모 사업이 단편적으로 있었으나 다양한 사업형태를 하나의 프로그램으로 정형화하여 수행할 수 있는 업무 프로세스가 정립되지 않아 사업에 참여하는 주체들간의 혼선이 발생한다. 특히 일반 주민들로 구성된 조합설립추진위원회와 조합은 재개발, 재건축, 도시및주거환경정비사업 등을 수행하는데 지식이 부족하므로 추진하는데 상당한 어려움을 느끼고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 도시재생과 관련된 기존 연구를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 세 가지 연구성과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 국내의 도시및주거환경정비사업의 민간시행자의 역할을 하는 시행단계(조합설립추진위원회 승인, 조합 설립인가)의 행정적 업무 절차와 실무상의 업무 절차를 분석하였다. 둘째, 도시및주거환경정비사업의 조합설립추진위원회 및 조합 설립 단계에서의 문제점을 도출하고 마지막으로 개선방안을 제시한다.

Although human beings have been able to lead the affluent life owing to industrialization and development of science and technology, as the result of this, the nature has be destroyed, energy consumption has been accelerated, urban area has got wide and the nature has got narrow. In the face of such critical situations, concerns have been aroused to environment. In order to minimize the environment destruction and accompany the aesthetic, efficient and advantage methods, environmental marketing has been introduced to indoor. Environmental marketing is the marketing that minimizes the reverse function so as to obtain the satisfactory result, and it is still in the stage of fundamental investigation. stage. As the concept and type of environmental marketing have not been established yet for interior design, environmental marketing currently applied to indoor space is classified Into three types in this study. Through the four types of environmental marketing, which are the introduction of natural elements to indoor space, the use of eco-friendly materials and the use of sustainable materials, renovation it is intend to derive the environmental marketing strategy and present the sequence of strategy establishment and desirable direction in environmental marketing.

This study explores the issue of campus expansion of an urban university using an in-depth case study of New York University in New York City, USA. It investigates the physical pattern and development mechanism of the campus expansion process on a city grid structure. The three elements that characterize NYU's recent campus expansion, are (1) the university's commitment to building a student community around a public open space on a subway network, (2) four types of property acquisition and building development practiced by the university with private developers for space leasing, building renovation and development under changing local development circumstances, and (3) the city's initiative for attracting the private sector whose development activities influence the university's development dynamics. These findings suggest that the expansion planning of an urban university, due to its location in a city, should be placed on a local planning agenda, which can positively contribute to public goals through the collaborative engagement of the private and public sectors.

With expansion of modern cities, a huge number of old industrial facilities have been abandoned. Thus, in the development of ecological city, this study aims to conclude on these old facilities and their ecological landscape designs by analyzing successful cases. The approaches adopted are as follows. Starting with literature review, whereby old industrial facility's definition and developing process are pinpointed, the paper studies representative cases with reuse and re-development theories of ecological design for old industrial facilities, of which renovation types, reuse effects, and design features are particularly examined. Case studies also demonstrate considerations in ecological reuse designs, such as ecological restoration, energy conservation, rainwater collection, and utmost pollution reduction, etc. However, technology, environment and circumstance differences determine that each design project requires concrete analysis, which should also be considered in future ecological design for old industrial facilities.
