하절기 내측 블라인드의 유형별 일사차폐성능 비교 실측연구 (An Experimental Study on Comparing Solar Heat Shading Performances in Accordance with the Type of Internal Blinds in the Summer)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare heat shading performance of various blind types in summer. 4 types of blinds were employed and the results are summarized as follows: 1) There were significant differences in indoor thermal environment and heat shading performance between different heat shading devices, and functional blinds demonstrated relatively superior heat shading performance. 2) Indoor long wave radiation influx measures were lowest for the coating roll blind (Blind B), followed by the coating venetian blind (Blind C), the venetian blind (Blind A), the roll blind, and not having any blinds at all. 3) Such examination results carry implications to reduce cooling load and enhance the indoor environment.

Design of Window Applicable Blind-type Frequency Selective Surface

  • In this paper, we presented the window applicable blind-type frequency selective surface to control the coverage area of wireless communication in secure building or conference room. The proposed frequency selective structure has the reconfigurable frequency range depends on its blind rotation angle. To verify the proposed structure, we fabricated the window blind-type frequency selective surface with four-legged loaded element and ring-type element as a unit cell and performed measurements of the transmission characteristics for different blind rotation angles to prove the feasibility. The measurement results show good agreements with the simulation results. One of the advantages is that the proposed structure does not need to have a bias circuit, so it is very easy to implement at low cost and also can be applied to any planar surface for wireless security applications.

  • In the present study, the materials, sizes, and designs of blind eye patch products of skin-adhesive type and glass-attachment type currently available in the market will be analyzed and ergonomically appropriate blind eye patches will be developed. Although these skin-adhesive type eye patches were easy to use, they had shortcomings such as skin troubles due to the adhesive used on the weak and sensitive skin of children and the fact that eyebrows are pulled out and the skin is irritated when the eye patches are detached after being attached. The non-adhesive type eye patches were blind patches to be worn by putting into glasses. These products were made using diverse materials such as neoprene, non-woven fabrics, and felt and showed differences in tactile impressions and irritation to the skin depending on material characteristics. In addition, most products were efficient in blocking light with three-dimensional oval designs comprising darts. In the present study, blind eye patches were designed to reduce skin troubles by using sweat-absorbing and quick-drying functional materials with soft tactile impressions. In addition, to increase the effect to block light and the degree of tight contact with the skin when the blind eye patches are worn compared to existing eye patch designs, the sides of the wings of the blind eye patches were widened, glass frame fixing plates were added, and the darts were made to be curved thereby making an ergonomic design reflecting the shape of the face. The non-adhesive type blind eye patches developed in the present study are considered to enhance the wearing sensation with the use of the material without skin irritation but with cushioning feelings and the ergonomic design reflecting the contour of the face.

노인 행정복지서비스 사각지대의 유형 구분에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Classification of Blind Spots in Administrative Welfare Service for the Elderly)

  • 노인인구가 지속적으로 증가함에 따라 향후 노인 행정복지서비스 사각지대가 더 증가할 것으로 전망된다. 본 연구는 노인인구가 증가하는 부산광역시 기장군을 대상으로 노인 행정복지서비스 사각지대 유형을 구분하고 유형별 정책방향을 제시하고자 하였다. GIS의 네트워크분석을 사용하여 읍·면 행정복지서비스 도달거리와 노인 이동가능거리를 분석하였다. 두 거리 간 비교를 통해 세 가지의 행정복지서비스 사각지대 유형(서비스공급사각지대, 이동불가사각지대, 이중사각지대)을 도출하였다. 기장군의 경우 노인 행정복지서비스 사각지대가 34.2%로 나타났다. 구체적으로 이동불가사각지대 21.5%로 가장 높았으며, 이중사각지대 9.5%, 서비스공급사각지대는 3.2%로 분석되었다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 노인 행정복지서비스 사각지대 유형별 정책방향을 제시하였다.

Bussgang계열의 적응 Blind 알고리듬들의 성능비교에 관한 연구 (A Study on Performance Comparison of Bussgang-type Adaptive Blind Algorithms)

  • 본 연구는 디지탈 통신을 위한 적응 등화기 중에서 훈련신호 없이 등화하는 적응 블라인드 알고리듬중 일반적으로 실시간 구현 가능한 Bussgang계열에 대하여 연구하였다. 채널은 실제 도시의 다중 환경에서 얻은 자료를 이용하였고, 등화기의 구조는 T/2 공간 선형 유한 임펄스 응답필터로 구성하였다. 컴퓨터 모의실험 결과 'Stop-and-Go', Benveniste-Goursat 알고리듬, 그리고 최적 Bussgang 알고리듬들이 가장 낮은 MSE 레벨을 나타내었고, CMA가 가장 빠른 수렴 성을 보임을 알수 있었다.

An Analytical Study on Indoor Thermal Comfort Performance According to the Automatic Control of Internal-External Blind

  • The purpose of this study is to analyse PMV (Predicted Mean Vote) and PPD (Predicted Percentage of dissatisfied) by automatic control of slat-type vertical blind. EnergyPlus, a building energy analysis software has been used for this study. The energy model is calibrated in Energy Plus using measured zone temperature and glass surface temperature data for one day and thermal comfort performance inside the building analysis was carried out. The calibrated data has the MBE of 4% and Cv(RMSE) of 10%. The result was that, for better zone thermal comfort, installation of blind on the outside is more appropriate than inside or no blind case. Additionally, different glazing types were compared and it was found that Triple Low-e glass is the most favorable.

  • This study is using the RADIANCE lighting simulation tool to determine the transmittance where the horizontal blind is installed. The transmittance is applied to DayDim program which is a lighting calculation and analysis tool. Parameters such as clear sky type, seasonal changes(the summer solstice), altitude, azimuth and horizontal blind angle at a 0$^{\circ}$, 45$^{\circ}$, 90$^{\circ}$ were considered. The simulation results present that measured directional transmittances have different values according to each directional property of the horizontal blind.

Research on blind box packaging design based on consumer psychology

  • A blind box is a kind of sales method in that you can only get the product information by opening the package. In 2019, blind box products began to grow rapidly in the Chinese market, and gradually formed a special "blind box economy". The particularity of blind box products is that driven by consumers' curiosity, consumers' purchasing behavior can be directly induced by the visual and tactile perception of commodity packaging. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the psychological needs of consumers and master the blind box packaging design elements under the influence of consumer psychology. This paper takes figurine blind box packaging elements as the research scope and Chinese blind box consumers as the research object. Through market research and literature study, We are designed to conduct a questionnaire survey and SPSS empirical study to find out the differences in the preferences of different consumer temperament types for blind box packaging, taking the characteristics of blind box products and consumer psychology as the relevant theoretical background. The research results show that among the blind box consumers, choleric type consumers predominate, the color of the blind box packaging presents red, orange, and yellow preference, and the material presents metal, and plastic preference. The shape of the blind box shows a preference for special shape.

A Defective Detector Suppression in the Short Wave Infrared Band of SPOT/VEGETATION-1

  • Since SPOT4 satellite contained VEGETATION 1 sensor launched, the noise in VEGETATION data was occasionally arisen a difficulty for the data traitement. Blind line noise types were studied in VEGETATION-l short wave infrared channel(SWIR). In order to provide a precis product, the procedure for removing this noise is strongly recommended. In the case that the blind values are clearly distinguished from contamination-free values a simple threshold method was applied, while a changeable threshold method was used for the blind value mixed with contamination-free values. New algorithm presented in this study is consists of two method for each type of SWIR blind. After removing blind line, there were again some residual pixels of blind, because the threshold is not determinated sufficiently low. Lower threshold could remove the blind line as well as the contamination-free pixels. Nevertheless, the results showed a good qualitative improvement as compared with other algorithm.

Seismic Behavior Investigation on Blind Bolted CFST Frames with Precast SCWPs

  • To explore seismic behavior of blind bolted concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) frames infilled with precast sandwich composite wall panels (SCWPs), a series tests of blind bolted square CFST frames with precast SCWPs under lateral low-cyclic loading were conducted. The influence of the type of wall concrete, wall-to-frame connection and steel brace setting, etc. on the hysteretic curves and failure modes of the type of composite structure was investigated. The seismic behavior of the blind bolted CFST frames with precast SCWPs was evaluated in terms of lateral load-displacement relation curves, strength and stiffness degradation, crack patterns of SCWPs, energy dissipation capacity and ductility. Then, a finite element (FE) analysis modeling using ABAQUS software was developed in considering the nonlinear material properties and complex components interaction. Comparison indicated that the FE analytical results coincided well with the test results. Both the experimental and numerical results indicated that setting the external precast SCWPs could heighten the load carrying capacities and rigidities of the blind bolted CFST frames by using reasonable connectors between frame and SCWPs. These experimental studies and FE analysis would enable improvement in the practical design of the SCWPs in fabricated CFST structure buildings.
