답전윤환(畓田輪換) 콩 재배지(栽培地)에서의 잡초발생(雜草發生) 및 방제(防除) (Weed Occurrence and Control at Soybean Culture in Rice-Soybean Rotated Paddy Field)

  • 논을 밭으로 전환(轉換)하여 콩을 파종 재배하였을 때 잡초발생동태 및 효과적인 방제체계를 확립하기 위하여 수행한 일련의 시험결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 밭으로 전환시(轉換時) 주요 발생 잡초는 (좀)바랭이, 피, 좀명아주, 속속이풀, 벼룩나물 등이었으며 첫해보다는 2년째에 광엽잡초 특히, 좀명아주, 속속이풀의 발생량이 크게 증가하였으며, 4월 26일 파종구에 비하여 5월 20일에 파종했을 때 잡초의 발생량이 84.8%(건물중 기준) 감소되었다. 2. 무방제(無除草) 방임(放任) 상태(狀態)에서는 콩의 분지수, 주경의 지름, 꼬투리수에 크게 영향을 미치고, 콩의 수량이 70% 감소되었다. 3. 답전윤환 콩재배지에서는 pendimethalin, metolachlor, metolachlor+prometryn, alachlor 처리로 효과적인 잡초방제가 가능하였고 그 중에 metolachlor+prometryn가 가장 우수하였다.

Tc-99m-MAA를 이용한 간세포암의 경동맥 관류스캔 (Hepatic Arterial Perfusion Scintigraphy with Tc-99m-Macroaggregated Albumin in Hepatocellular Carcinoma)

  • Purpose : Hepatic arterial perfusion scintigraphy with Tc-99m-macroggregated albumin (HAPS) study was carried out in 16 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and in six patients without liver tumor to evaluate HAPS findings of hepatocellular carcinoma and usefullness of HAPS. Materials and Methods : HAPS with planar and SPECT study were performed in 22 patients after conventional hepatic or celiac arteriography. For HAPS study, 4-5 mCi of MAA mixed with 2ml of saline was injected into proper hepatic artery or its distal branches at the rate of approximately 1ml/sec. We analysed 21 HCCs over 2cm in diameter(average diameter; 6.4cm) and 17 of 21 HCCs were over 4cm in diameter(Table 1). CT, sonography and angiography were performed within two week in all 16 patients and liver scan was performed in 12 patients. Results : Three different pattern of tumor perfusion were observed in 16 patients with HCC (Table 2). 1) diffuse increased perfusion in 16 of 21(76%)(Fig. 1) 2) increased peripheral perfusion in 4 of 21(19%) (Fig. 2) 3) diffuse decreased perfusion in 1 of 21 (5%) Arteriovenous shunt indicated by lung uptake of MAA were observed in 9 of 16(56%)(Fig. 4). In contrast, angiography demonstrates arteriovenous shunt in 2 of 16(13%). There was no accumulation of radioactivity on RBC-blood pool scan in all six patients with HCC examined (Fig. 1). Conclusion : HAPS is useful study in evaluation of perfusion pattern or vascularity of HCC and in detection of arteriovenous shunt.

모형 실험과 수치 해석을 통한 단선용 모형 오일펜스의 성능 해석 (Efficiency of Model Oil Fences for One Vessel Using a Physical Experiment and Numerical Calculation)

  • This study evaluated the efficiency of an oil fence and spreading devices for one vessel in a towing tank. A series of model experiments and numerical calculations were conducted using an existing oil fence for two vessels and a new method for one vessel. Models of the oil fence and spreading devices were constructed on $1/20^{th}$ scale from waterproofed nylon fabric and canvas. The tensions acting on the model of the oil fences and the horizontal distance between the spreading devices were calculated numerically while the oil fences were being towed. The results were extremely close to the results of the model experiments. The ratio of the opening width to the total length of the oil fence, which shows the efficiency of the oil fence for one vessel, was 49.7% in 0.4 m/sec. Therefore, the proposed oil fence system should be very useful for oil containment at sea. As the opening width of the oil fence is not proportional to the length of the towing rope, it may be reasonable to maintain the towing rope at approximately 100 m. Furthermore, a reasonable towing speed, when operating the oil fence for one vessel equipped with spreading devices, was within 0.4 m/sec.

The suprafascial course of lower leg perforators: An anatomical study

  • Background Perforator mapping has been well described in the literature. Once the suprafascial plane is reached, the course of perforators is considered constant. However, the surgeon must be aware of whether an anastomosis exists between perforators superficially to the fascia, in order to choose the best vessel upon which to base the reconstruction. Our retrospective in vivo anatomical study of lower leg perforator flaps presents the first description of variations in the suprafascial path of perforators, which may influence preoperative flap design. Methods An anatomical study of lower limb perforators was performed on 46 nonconsecutive patients who were referred to our department from June 2012 to October 2018. Reconstruction with perforator-based propeller flaps was planned for each of the patients. In total, 72 perforators were preoperatively identified and surgically isolated. The suprafascial course of each perforator was reported. Results During suprafascial surgical exploration, branching patterns were observed in four perforators. These perforators had been classified as single vessels in the preoperative ultrasonographic analysis. However, after surgical dissection, distal converging branches were noted in two of them. Conclusions Our study is the first description in the literature of suprafascial converging perforators, which might constitute an obstacle to planned reconstruction procedures. Despite the accuracy of preoperative evaluations, anatomical variations were present. Knowledge of suprafascial perforator variations may help surgeons to choose the correct perforator upon which to base a planned flap.

대두 갈색무늬병에 의한 수량감소의 평가 (Assessment of the Soybean Yield Reduction due to Infection of Septoria Brown Spot, Septoria glycines Hemmi)

  • 2년간에 걸쳐 조사한 대두의 수량감소는 갈색무늬병을 접종한 경우 농약 살포구에 비해 $15.7-16.4\%$ 감소 차였으며 자연감염의 경우에는 $8.2-9.2\%$의 감소를 나타냈다. 갈색무늬병의 감염은 초장, 주당절수(株當節數), 주당분지수(分枝數)에는 큰 영향이 없었으나 주당협수(狹數)와 종실중(種實重)에는 현저한 감소 현상을 보였다. 대두의 수량감소율을 갈색무늬병의 이병율과 정(正)의 상관을 보였으며 그 상관도는 Van der Plank's infection rate (0.156) 보다는 병 진전국선면적(AUBC) 과의 상관도가 높았다$(r=0.388^*)$. 병진전곡선 면적으로 표시된 갈색무늬병의 감염율과 대두수량 감소율과의 관계는 y=4.38+0.5X $(r=0.686^{**},\;df=25)$으로 나타났다.

  • The purpose of is study deals with the physical therapy and the delivery system of public health center, as a center, in community based rehabilitation and delivery system. We hope that the system of physical therapy of public health center in community based rehabilitation spreads all over the country and contributes to the promotion of national health and social welfare. There are many public health center in the country because it can serve inhabitants with the medical benefits in the Erst line. public health center continuously provides poor inhabitants who cant pay medical expenses care of health. It has the public health center branches that take care of inhabitants who live a remote village and hiterland. Additionally, many people want to receive physical therapy. Therefore, the physical therapy of public health center becomes the central paint in community based rehabilitation so that we supply the inhabitants with superior rehabilitation service. We can approach them as a team that be constituted with physical therapist speech therapist, psychologist, nurse, social work. Also the role of physical therapist is divided into two parts, which are home visiting part that individually takes can of patients nod public health part that takes care of patient, family, home, community. We connect with both self-governing body and the government so that we may receive government subsidies. Also, we must prepare regular school education for community based rehabilitation

한반도 미기록식물 가는흑삼릉 (First record of Sparganium subglobosum Morong (Typhaceae) from Korea)

  • 부들과에 속하는 한반도 미기록식물인 가는흑삼릉(Sparganium subglobosum Morong)을 최초로 보고한다. 가는흑삼릉은 작은 키, 폭 4 mm 이하로 좁은 잎, 1-2회 분지하는 가는 화축, 성숙시 지름 약 1 cm인 구형 두상 화수 등의 특징에 있어 기존에 우리나라에서 보고된 다른 흑삼릉속 식물과 구분된다. 현재까지 확인된 가는흑삼릉의 2개 분포지 중 1 곳은 최근 심하게 교란되어 지역적인 멸종위협에 놓여 있는 상태이다. 가는흑삼릉에 대한 보전 대책 마련 및 추가적인 분포지 확인이 필요하다. 가는흑삼릉의 기재문, 사진 및 도해 외에 우리나라 흑삼릉속 식물의 검색표를 제시한다.

  • Nanotechnology has penetrated into the various branches of research and development and it is particularly of benefit to the particle size engineering. It has been widely known that the particle size of an active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) is critical in determining the bioavailability and processability of pharmaceutical formulation. However, the window of appropriate particle size has been limited mainly due to related processing difficulties. The windows have been widened by the recent development of nanotechnologies, resulting in diversified drug delivery systems. The impact of this development is far more fundamental than what can be expected from conventional particle size engineering. It is the case that the preparation and use of nanoparticles will soon be a common task in the particle engineering step of pharmaceutical unit operations. In this chapter, the basic principles of variouspreparation techniques will be discussed in detail. Regardless of processing details, the preparation methods of pharmaceutical nanoparticles mainly concern how to deal with the extra energy related with particle size. Depending on the ways of treating the e103 energy, preparation methods can be classified into two major classes, i.e.. thermodynamic and kinetic approaches. The recent progresses have shown the possibilities of much more complex combinations of different approaches and the use of new types of energy and nanostructures.

반사 지점의 개수와 조건이 맥파에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Number and Condition of Reflection Site on Pulse Wave)

  • To develop cardiovascular simulator capable of implementing pulse waves similar to the human body, accurate information about reflection wave is required. However, the conclusion is still not clear and various discussions are underway. In this study, the pulse wave velocity of the tube used in the experiment was first determined by measuring the pressure waves at two points in a single tube system with the experimental device to implement the pulse wave transmission of blood vessels, and the superposition time and characteristics of the reflection wave were confirmed. After that, an air chamber was set at the reflection site, and the effect of the change of air volume on the reflection wave was investigated. Finally, the effect of the number of branches connected to a single tube on the reflection wave was investigated. The superposition time of the reflection wave can be controlled by the air volume of the air chamber, and the magnitude of the reflection wave is influenced by the number of reflection sites that generate the reflection wave. The results of this study may be of practical assistance to simulator researchers who want to implement pulse wave similar to clinical data. It is expected that the more results similar to clinical are provided, the greater the scope of the simulator's contribution to clinical cardiovascular research.

충주지역(忠州地域)의 자작나무와 가래나무 조림지(造林地)의 물질생산(物質生産)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (Biomass and Net Primary Production of Betula platyphylla and Juglans mandshurica Plantations in Chungju Area)

  • 충청북도 충주지역에서 식재된 22년생 자작나무와 24년생 가래나무 인공림의 지상부 현존생물량 및 연순생산량을 분석하기 위하여 임분별 9주씩 총 18주의 표본목을 선정 벌목하였다. 수식 $Wt=aD^b$를 사용하여 추정한 자작나무와 가래나무의 지상부 총 현존생물량은 자작나무림에서 79.33t/ha와 가래나우림에서 67.47t/ha으로 가래나무림보다 연령이 작은 자작나무림에서 높은 현존생물량을 보였다. 부위별 구성비는 자작나무림과 가래나무림 모두에서 수간목질부, 가지, 수피, 그리고 잎의 순으로 높았다. 총 연순생산량은 자작나무림이 9.92t/ha, 가래나무림이 11.79t/ha으로 총 현존생물량이 많았던 자작나무림보다 가래나무림에서 높게 나다났는데, 이 결과는 잎을 제외한 수간목질부, 수피, 소지 그리고 가지에서의 연순생산량이 가래나무림에서 높았기 때문이다.
