  • Objective : We have studied to know effects of Ligigeopoongsan(LGS, 理氣祛風散) on mechanical allodynia, cold allodynia and c-Fos protein expression in the model of neuropathic pain of rats. Methods : The model of neuropathic pain was made by injured tibial nerve and sural never while common peroneal never was maintained. After 2weeks, we performed behavioral test for 7 days to try out mechanical allodynia using von frey filament and cold allodynia using acetone, which are calculated by counting withdrawal response on foot. Rat brains removed and sliced on 8th days. Serial sections were immunohistochemically reacted with polyclonal c-Fos antibody. The numbers of c-Fos protein immunoreactive neurons in the central gray were examined using scion image program. Results : 1. Mechanical allodynia in LGS-2, LGS-3 groups were significantly diminished compared with the control group. 2. Cold allodynia in LGS-3 group was significantly diminished compared with the control group. 3. c-Fos protein expression on the central gray LGS-2, LGS-3 groups were significantly lower than that of control group. conclusions : We have noticed that LGS(理氣祛風散) diminished mechanical and cold allodynia in the model of neuropathic pain compared with the control group. c-Fos protein expression in the central gray of that group was also decreased compared with the control group. Pain control group were LGS was accumulated time goes by. This study can be used as a basic resource on a study and a treatment of pain.

  • Dislocation of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) occurs when the mandibular condylar head is displaced completely out of the glenoid fossa and cannot be reduced by the patient. The occurrence of bilateral anterior dislocation is the most common. Dislocations can be classified into three types in terms of duration and frequency of dislocation, i.e., acute, chronic and recurrent. There are various treatment modalities for dislocation from conservative try to surgical intervention. The selection for the appropriate modality mainly depends on the types of dislocation as previously stated. The authors report three cases of dislocation with different treatment modalities according to the duration of dislocation. In particular, we tried prosthetic approach instead of surgical intervention in the patient with chronic dislocation.

  • Purpose Since the Bitcoin, which was the first virtual currency, was made at 2009, almost 1,000 virtual currencies appeared onstage in the world. Even though virtual currencies have the function of money as a medium of exchange or contract, any of those has not yet entered the commercialization stage. Instead, some of the virtual currencies show the nature of investment assets. In the case of virtual money investment, users tend to use all the information of the world because information transfer is very easy and capital movement is almost free between different countries. In addition, as the transaction sizes of virtual currencies increase, a virtual currency price is no longer independent and is likely to be affected by the prices of other virtual currencies. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the influence among virtual currency markets, which helps successful implementation of investment strategies. Design/methodology/approach This study focuses on the investment product function of virtual money and conducts the analysis using the time series model used in the financial and economic areas. In this paper, we try to analyze the return and volatility transfer effect of virtual money markets through GJR-GARCH model. Findings This study is expected to find out whether we can make market forecasts through reflecting changes in other markets. In addition, we can reduce the trial and error of user decision making by using the information on the yield and volatility transition effect derived from the research results, and it is expected to reduce the opportunity cost of users.

This is, the former result more positive than the latter because the former could be given chances to handle faced problems in class. Second there is no significant difference between the tested class and the untested class in the aspect of consumer skill. This is the fact that the research was conducted in a short Period of time and that the researcher failed to show the suitable stimulation or materials. even though the researcher was well aware of what Problem-Based Learning is. Third students\` evaluation after the test indicates that the tested class not only increase interest in home economics but also help them to take an active Part in class as the main of the class. and that the learning atmosphere is improved and that the effect of learning was also enhanced. The data was analyzed by the methods of frequency, percentage, reliability, pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows : 1. The standard size of girls height was 160.95cm, their weight was 52.06kg. 2. 34 percent of the girls tested perceived of themselves of having proper figures. Especially in the case of overweight girls. Only 9.7 percent of girls were satisfied with their figure, the other 83.3 percent were not. 3. 88.4 percent of the girls were concerned with their weight. This showed that the less satisfactory their figures were, the higher their concern about weight was. 5. In order th seize the variable having an effect on the concern with weight, the result of multiple regression analysis was that the concern with appearance (p<0.001), the satisfaction of figure (p<0.001), the concern with health (p<0.05), poket money (p<0.05) and health condition (p<0.05) had a statistically significant effect and the variables also 35.7% out of this model.
