Man pursues health as his basic right. Therefore, the government should try to preserve the right of the people's health and carry out the policy of medical treatment for that. But the system of our medical care is advantageous to the medical institutions, which produce medical goods each people buys and sells freely, more than to the maintenance and improvement of their health. That is to say, the first aim of the institution is not the healthy preservation of the people but their accumulation of riches. The medical conflicts are the social situation which is happening between those who produce medical treatment and the patients who consume it. Its behinning comes from the lack of belief by the inhuman relationship between patients and doctors. According to thelatest investigation, the patients of oriental clinics look more content than those who go to common hospitals. The reasons are as follows; fitness to one's physical constitution, the kind altitude of doctors and the view of oriental medicine toward human body. Though the content degreee is higher than western medicine, such conclusions result from the present condition the number of the patients is less. In short, the first, since the right of patients is higher and the fields make more variors and popular, the conflicts and mistakes go on increasing. The second, in their activity of treatment, the legal importance of atlention and explanatory obligation should be considered seriously so as not to break out medical mistakes. The third, in the center of technical books which are accepted by the academic world, the clinical exertion doing treatment is needful. The fourth, as the direct order of medical justification the self-determination of patients should be respected. The fifth, because the process and record of treatment become important in the time of emergency legally, the conversations and movements as well as the details of treatment must be recorded. The sixth, the academic effort about the settlement institution or the legal system is necessary.

The system of The Volunteer Fire Brigade is the Civil autonomic one which was set up from The Chosun Dynasty and has been active. Having suffered from several dificulties from Japanese control in the Chosun Dynasty, The Volunteer Fire Brigade was established by the enactment 1958 Fire Law and we have had it up to this time. The Volunteer Fire brigade played an important role in the period of the past Fire fighting personnel and equipment which we did not have. It has carried out the assistance of the Fire extinction, the early extinction of a fire in the rural region, the extinction of the forest fire, and lots of social volunteering actions etc. but, today's Fire fighting system has made the surprising developments, such as the improvement of national economic power, the increase of knowledge about the safety of the people, the openness of The Fire Fighting Department of Korea. I will try to check out the role of The Volunteer Fire Brigade which filled up the lacking part the fire fighting in the past and make the measures which can activate in these days, looking for the new field of the movement.

Due to the complex registration & downloading process of the native applications, and, software and their non-standardized APIs, mobile web application is now being an alternative software for smartphones. Hybrid web application, one of the types of mobile software, because develop and has reasonable performance by using the webkit engined in smartphones. It can be easily developed by using the exiting programming skill such as HTML, JavaScript and CSS. Additionally these programming techniques can be easily used in any smartphone regardless of its platforms. Most smartphones have a webkit engine or web rending engine for high performance and smooth display in web browser. Webkit is now equipped in iPhone and Android phone. In this paper, we try to find out by comparison that the various aspects of webkit APIs of iPhone & Android phone, such as screen font size, screen orientation, touch event, gesture event and their performance. We also evaluated which one is more convenient for developers when making web programs using webkit. As a result, we found out that webkit in iPhone has more excellent performance than Android.

With the recent continuous expansion of subways, newly created subways tend to have lower locations and wider sections. Furthermore. since box structures and evacuating tunnels are classified into a category of mass-concrete. the thermal-stress, emitted from the inside. causes cracks to structures from the inception of constructing. In this paper, thermal-stress analysis and durability evaluation of box structure were carried out to investigate relationship between durability and parameter causing the heat of hydration. Through the examination, this paper tries to find out satisfactory solutions to regulated thermal crack and ensure the required duration period. The results of this paper showed that to control thermal crack and guarantee the required duration period it was more effective to use low-heat-portland cement and moderateheat-portland cement. As cement volume due to reduction of water-cement ratio increased, the possibility of thermal cracks occurrence increased but results of durability evaluation was different depending on evaluation method. The results showed that the appropriate water-cement ratio to control the heat of hydration and satisfy the required durability was $45\∼55\%$. And it was showed that during placement of concrete blocks ambient temperature affect the heat of hydration. thermal crack and long-term durability largely and when concrete was placed at low temperature to control thermal crack. it need to try to guarantee the required duration period. Henceforth, by studying not only internal and external conditions, such as the relative humidity and the unit weight. but also methods, to evaluate durability, in accordance with domestic situations, more reasonable design of durability should be achieved.

During recent few years, Bike is arising as one of the most important item of sports market. As well as in domestic markets, customers are demanding specific brands only for young aged riders. Therefore, this study researched current bike wears and suggest digital textile printing with sports wear trends which also have safety and visual impact effectiveness, so it can be satisfied as green products and we also try to suggest sports sensitivity of existing cycle wear to city fashion. The purpose of this study is to figure out 20's-30's female biker attitude for bike wear and their purchasing habits and also their preference, digital textile design of city biker wear based on present condition research of riding wear markets and to establish high quality products with occupying high percentage of global markets and making high profits. For this study, bike wear distributors Survey First, foreign companies generally meet evenly sampling the 20s and 30s targeted vendors 10 companies were selected. 'city sporty ware' or 'casual line' dual 'extreme line' from all manufacturers, including, however did not distinguish it from all the vendors. This higher proportion of the recent upsurge in public and non-professional riders, despite the fact that you can see that the lack of 'Extreme line' compared to the 'casual' line of the city sporty ware production. overall seasonal sales in the spring appeared windbreak jacket, leggings and sweat emissions and at the same time built into the fabric dry faster T-shirt and shorts in the summer sales were higher. autumn jacket and produced excellent warm in winter fleece fabric T-shirts, pants, windshield jacket higher sales. showed improvements in design, improved in the order of the highest and perfect for everyday wear for both. As mentioned, we figure out 20's-30's female rider's attitude for riding suit and their purchasing habits and also their preference, so we can develop riding suit design based on their needs and suggest new design patterns.

Generally, the inspection is hard work and needs a lot of time. So, this work contains subjectivity of inspector owing to carry out the visual evaluations through naked eye. Thus, the result of inspection is not objective and reliable. The purpose of this study is to develop new inspection technique to solve above problems and to provide convenient inspection work. We make a new inspection system using digital image processing technology. This program can stitch each image and detect cracks of surface of concrete bridge. Also, It can extract an investigation drawing from the picture. Also, this program is a kind of management tools designed to have some functions such as converting the image data obtained from cameras to Data-Base format, searching and storing the data. At first, we try to make a automatic extracting program. But, changed by semiautomatic method because of various problems. Through field experiments, the application of this inspection system with specialty software has proven to be much faster, safer, and reliable than the inspections carried out by the naked eyes in managing safety of the bridges. The new inspection method may be able to make the inspection of bridge more efficient and reliable.

The current economic environmental changes such as globalization, information and opening of the market is calling for or needing the more rapid change of management and/or marketing strategies of the company than they did before to survive in tile borderless international competition. Under this situation, this study focuses on the correspondence strategies of Electronic Commerce which is one of the key elements to overcome or lead the above demands through seeking the problems of the current EC acception and application specially in Chollabuk Do province. For the above purpose, this study surveys the questionary with business firms of above area and figures out what is the correlation between business form and size and EC acception and application and what is the problems on it. And than provides several counter strategies which are following based on the survey to keep this area companies from out of business and lead the above economic environmental changes. To expand the adoption and application of EC to this area, firstly, top managers of the company must recognize the necessity and importance of EC compared with traditional commerce and change their perception and attitude concerning EC positively, and than try to accept it as soon as possible. Secondly, the company need the retained earning to invest to EC and educate their managers and employees with total participation. Thirdly, local government has to improve its attention to EC as a best way or opportunity to reduce and overcome the economical gap and development its economy because EC can remove the physical time or distance and space, scale and capital limitations. Finally, government has to expand and establish information infrastructure such as technical infrastructure(communication and security technology), Functional infrastructure like standard protocol, Organizational infrastructure(interchange agreement, relative law) and social infrastructure to improve efficient electronic transaction which can Increase the company' international compatitiveness under the current economy trend.

Value Engineering(VE) is being applied as an useful tool to eliminate the waste of cost and noneffective factors previously in construction projects. Ministry of construction and transportation' has been accordingly enforcing extensionally design phase VE to the construction costing more than 10 billion won, an importance of design phase VE. Although there are legal supports and technical effects, an effect about an introduction of design phase VE can not be applied properly because of several problems at the process. So, in this study, try to find out competency factors of design phase VE to enforce a competency of VE team as a basic database for developing a check list, and estimate weight. For the result, find out a competency evaluation item and organize as a team knowledge, a team work skill and a team attitude. Perform a first survey to verify a reliability and propriety regarding the found competency evaluation, perform the second survey competency as to evaluation item of the found 1, 2, 3 class and then estimate the weight by AHP.

Collision attacks using side channel analysis confirm same intermediate value and restore sensitive data of algorithm using this point. In CHES 2011 Clavier and other authors implemented the improved attack using Blacklist so they carried out the attack successfully using less plaintext than before. However they did not refer the details of Blacklist method and just performed algorithms with the number of used plaintext. Therefore in this paper, we propose the specific method to carry out efficient collision attack. At first we define basic concepts, terms, and notations. And using these, we propose various methods. Also we describe facts that greatly influence on attack performance in priority, and then we try to improve the performance of this attack by analyzing the algorithm and structuring more efficient one.

This study aimed to develop a parcel-unit soil loss estimation tool embedded in Excel worksheet, USLExls, required for the design of contaminated farmland restoration project and to analyze the impact of the project carried out soil-filling work on soil loss. USLE method was adopted for the estimation of average annual soil loss in a parcel unit, and each erosivity factor in the USLE equation was defined through the review of previous studies. USLExls was implemented to allow an engineer to try out different combinations just by selecting one among the popular formulas by each factor at a combo box and to simply update parameters by using look-up tables. This study applied it to the estimation of soil loss before and after soil-filling work at Dong-a project area. The average annual soil loss after the project increased by about 2.4 times than before on average, and about 60 % of 291 parcels shifted to worse classes under the classification criteria proposed by Kwak (2005). Although average farmland steepness was lower thanks to land grading work, the soil loss increased because the inappropriate texture of the cover soil induced the soil erosion factor K to increase from 0.33 before to 0.78 after the soil-filling work. The results showed that the selection of cover soil for soil-filling work should be carefully considered in terms soil loss control and the estimation of change in soil loss should be mandatory in planning a contaminated farmland restoration project.
