While Internet promises ubiquitous access, it also creates a fundamental challenge to the traditional ownership toward digital assets traded in e-commerce market. Sharing digital information freely through shared networks leads to many untapped business opportunities, but uncontrolled digital asset transaction undermines many electronic business models. Thus, in this Internet age, proper protection and safe delivery of Intellectual Property (IP) and its representation as digital assets would be a crucial ingredient of building trust in upcoming e-business environment. In this paper, we give a general structural diagram of Intellectual Property Management and Protection (IPMP) and implement an IPMP prototype based on the RSA encryption algorithm and XrML (eXtensible rights Markup Language) WORK tags to show how proper protection and safe delivery of the intellectual property is achieved. This study concludes that IPMP mechanism may contribute significantly to the volume and quality of e-commerce market.

Junctional neurulation represents the most recent adjunct to the well-known sequential embryological processes of primary and secondary neurulation. While its exact molecular processes, occurring at the end of primary and the beginning of secondary neurulation, are still being actively investigated, its pathological counterpart -junctional neural tube defect (JNTD)- had been described in 2017 based on three patients whose well-formed secondary neural tube, the conus, is widely separated from its corresponding primary neural tube and functionally disconnected from corticospinal control from above. Several other cases conforming to this bizarre neural tube arrangement have since appeared in the literature, reinforcing the validity of this entity. The cardinal clinical, neuroimaging, and electrophysiological features of JNTD, and the hypothesis of its embryogenetic mechanism, form part of this review.

In the initial stage of a national economic development of China, the family business takes enterprise's organizational form ruling position. The private enterprise of China is mainly family business; the family makes the mainly proprietorship in other words. Even in the private enterprise after developing, 70 percents are managed as a family This paper start to study the Transferring Power Patterns in family business using the Company's Life Circle Theory and some other correlative theories. Based on the Transporting Power Model, the paper gives a comprehensive explanation for the choice of transferring power pattern in the family business of China.

Current P2P (Peer-to-Peer) applications have the limited functions such as file search and transfer between peers and have the limitations such as trust problem on search results, copyright problem, and profitable business model problem. For a P2P application to be used as a business platform for the distribution of various multimedia contents, this paper proposes an extended P2P application architecture and its prototype system including distributed collaborative filtering, automated price negotiation system, and payment mechanism.

This paper describes the method of position error reduction in Linear Pulse Motor (LPM). Though the micro step exiting method is applied, the vibration and position error caused by trust distortion from mechanism still remains. This paper presents the method for reduction of position error on moving the mover at whole cycle, by compensating a scale factor through real-time control of the PWM pulse width corresponding to exiting current command and absolute position error from linear encoder.

This paper presents the developing a new algorithm for detecting the Back fed Earth Fault in three wire-unigrounded distribution system by zero sequence admittance. So called "Backfed Earth Fault" of the electric power distribution line refers to a class of earth faults that the load-side line only is grounded, following after the distribution line broken into two parts, the source-side and the load-side. Because its mechanism differs from that of other earth faults, it is therefore, required to examine. This paper deals with the detailed software of the digital protective relay for Backfed earth fault. In order to prove that the proposed schemes is good, we performed off-line simulation using data from EMTP and ETSA(Electrcity Trust Of South Austrilia). It is shown that the suggested algorithm is never mal operated.

Peer-to-peer(P2P) 정보보호는 가용성, 신뢰성이 뛰어난 파일 공유 시스템 제공을 목적으로 P2P기반 분산 컴퓨팅, 스트리밍, VoIP 등을 안전하게 제공하는 목적이 있다. 하지만 P2P/IPTV 트래픽이 전체 네트워크 트래픽의 50% 이상을 차지하는 상황에서 만약 악성 사용자가 신뢰할 수 없는 자원을 확산시킨다면 네트워크에 지장을 초래하고 이는 서비스 품질을 감소시키는 원인이 된다. 이를 방지 위하여 본 논문에서는 개방된 P2P 환경에서 악의적인 노드의 공격을 효과적으로 대처하고 정확한 파일 공유를 위한 신뢰평가 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 시간의 흐름에 따라 사용자의 신뢰도를 평가하고 이웃노드에게 제공받은 신뢰도에 대해 상대적 차이를 활용하여 사용자 주관적인 신뢰도를 판단한다.

Location information is considered to be of prime importance in Vehicular Ad Hoc NETworks (VANETs) because important decisions are made based on accurate and sound location information. Vehicles exchange their whereabouts in the form of scheduled beacon messages with their neighbors. These messages contain location, speed, time, and lane information etc. In this paper we aim at the location security in VANET and emphasize on the confidentiality and integrity of location information in case of Nonline-of-Sight (NLoS). For location confidentiality we propose a geolock-based mechanism whereas for location integrity we leverage cooperation among neighbors. In case of NLoS, the verifier vehicle asks its one-hop neighbors in an efficient way to verify the claimed location of the node on his behalf. On the basis of trust values and weightage assigned to neighbors, it is decided whether the verification is sound.

The aim of the article is to study the role of informal institutions in the development of the financial services market. The study outlines the concepts of scholars to identify the main types of informal institutions. The mechanism of research of influence of the informal factor on functioning of economic object is developed. The main types of informal institutions are systematized. The main informal institutions influencing the development of the financial services market are considered. The application of a synergetic approach to the consideration of the impact of the institution of trust on the financial services market is proposed.

인터넷 및 디바이스의 발달과 유비쿼터스 환경이 도래함에 따라 모바일 디바이스를 이용하여 서비스를 제공받고자 하는 수요는 급속도로 증가하고 있다. 유비쿼터스 환경에서 모바일 디바이스가 이기종 네트워크로 이동하여 언제, 어디서, 누구에게나 끊김없는 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 이기종 네트워크간의 통신 및 디바이스간의 데이터 통신이 가능해야 한다. 그러나 동종 네트워크에서의 보안 기술 및 통신 기술로는 이기종 네트워크에 적용했을 때 확장성 및 안전성에 많은 문제가 따른다. 따라서 이기종 네트워크 로밍 환경에서 안전하고 효율적인 인증 메커니즘을 제안하였다.
