It is true that early Chosun's sports meeting was influenced by Japan and the West. However, the positive nature of Chosun's sports meeting development cannot be underestimated just because it was influenced by the outsiders. It is remarkable achievement for those enlightened people at those time to promote and influenced Korean people to strengthened their nationalistic and patriotic spirit through sports meetings.

선박용 디지털 컴퍼스를 사용하는 경우 선박의 진방위를 획득하기 위해서는 고정밀도의 자차와 편차가 필요하다. 편차는 지구자장의 주 자장과 경년변화에 대한 구면 지구 조화 모델을 이용한 WMM(World Magnetic Model)으로 예측 가능하였고, 자차는 포아송 방정식을 적용한 자차계수 합성과 분석 방법을 적용한 방법을 이용하여 획득 가능하였다. 실습선 '새누리호' 항해 중 디지털 컴퍼스에 편차와 자차를 가해준 결 과 정확한 진방위 획득이 가능하였다.

Though the physical environment of life through technological evolution has rapidly improved, the quality of life due to a variety of undesirable environmental issues has been seriously damaging. This study has tried to suggest the positive & sustainable direction of space design which can contribute to improving the quality of human lives by reviving 'place property' which a site itself has, trying to analyze the recycling space which the sustainability has been applied to in a true sense. For this cause, we've tried to draw four 'methods of realizing place property' such as meeting a site, understanding a site, finding the identity of a site, and adding novelty to a site through advanced research. I've tried to suggest the design direction for reviving space which can relieve the artificial aspect of design with pursuing the co-existence with nature on the foundation of realizing 'place property' through case analysis selected on the basis of this, and can express the 'sustainability' through environment-friendly space structures & high efficiency of its function.

Past, teacher's facilities space of school arranges the desk by teacher's number and businesslike function a teacher's room and night-duty room, supplementary rest space, of considered 1 room from everything mean. But, these days, teacher's space is emphasized personality of individual study conversation between teachers and a rest etc. Even though the change of such use form is very important to teacher, it is true to be not considered much in architectural planning of existing school's facilities. Plan that correspond dividing use form of school affair meeting and business, individual study, a rest etc. of forward teacher space is to need. Therefore, I wish to suggest architectural data for general and efficient operation management of integrated school through this study.

올해 말로 파병기간이 마무리되는 우리나라는 3월 핵안보정상회담, 5월 EXPO개막 및 총선, 대선의 선거철을 맞이하게 된다. 따라서 탈레반의 테러를 통한 철군여론조성전략에 우리나라가 선택될 가능성이 높다. 이는 탈레반 테러홍보전략과 부합하며 과거 사례에 따른 학습효과이다. 이에 따른 탈레반 테러위협의 가능성을 요약한다면 위협의 시기는 우리나라에서 핵안보정상회담과 EXPO가 개막되는 상반기에 집중 고조될 것이며, 대상과 방법은 국내 정부기관이나 미국시설물 등에 대한 자살폭탄, 폭탄적재차량의 추돌 테러 가능성과 국외 관광객, 선교사 등 우리 국민에 대한 납치행위가 자행될 가능성이 높다. 범행에 가담할 테러 조직으로는 국내에 이미 거점을 확보한 이슬람 불법체류자들 이용하거나 알카에다와 연결된 전문 테러리스트의 입국 공작이 우려된다. 이러한 테러의 명분은 아프가니스탄 주둔 우리군 및 서방 동맹군의 철수일 것이다. 따라서 올 전반기 세계핵안보정상회담, 여수EXPO 등 국제행사의 안전대책과 해외 체류 내국인에 대한 탈레반의 홍보성 테러에 철저하게 대비하여야 하며, 국내 불법체류외국인의 동향 파악과 탈레반 관련 국제테러리스트의 국내 잠입의 차단책을 강구하여야 한다. 또한 아프가니스탄 주둔 우리 군에 대한 정부의 정책적 의지를 조기 표명할 필요가 있다.

본 연구는 2011년 9월 27일부터 11월 8일까지 5회기에 걸쳐 진행된 소시오드라마를 대상으로 삼아, 집단원들이 소시오드라마 프로그램에 참여함으로써 이혼에 대한 편견이 경감되었음을 증명하기 위한 것이다. 그것은 주로 역할교대를 통해 일어났는데, 이러한 현상을 들뢰즈 가타리의 '~되기'에 철학적 기반을 두고 해석했다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이혼에 대한 편견은 참만남을 통해 경감되었다. 그것은 '분자-되기'를 통해 너와 나의 경계가 모호해짐으로써 성취되었다. 둘째, 집단원들은 외도로 인한 이혼보다 가정폭력으로 인한 이혼에 더 강경한 입장을 취하고 있었다. 외도로 인한 이혼은 '너'와 '나'의 경계 허물기가 이루어지지만, 가정 폭력으로 인한 이혼은 '너'와 '나'의 경계 허물기가 이루어지지 않기 때문이다. 셋째, '나'라는 개인보다 '우리'라는 전체성으로 사회를 인식하는 것이 여러 가지 사회문제를 해결하는 데 효과적으로 작용했다. 이러한 관점은 '너'와 '나' 간의 경계를 허물고 전체로서 '너'와 '나'를 바라보게 하기 때문이다. 이처럼 소시오드라마는 이혼에 대한 편견을 경감시키는 데 상당히 효과가 있었다.

Ihis landscape design was proposed for the Remodeling for the National Theater of Korea Competition. Today, the National Theater of Korea, located in Jangchoongfong, Joong-gu, Seoul, asks plans for renovation. The landscape design for the remodeling of the theater is conducted as part of comprehensive programs for its renovation. The Government sought design proposals through a design competition in April, 2002. The authors proposed a landscape design for remodeling the National Theater of Korea and won first place in the competition. The landscape design covers the following a survey of the present status, a site analysis, a schematic design, and design, development. In the authors'design, heavens, humans, earth and nature are symbolically expressed within the site. The outdoor spaces of the National Theater of Korea are organically composed of the following low spaces : 1) a field of creation; 2) a field of recreation; 3) a field of meeting; and 4) a field of contemplation. The field of creation consists of a main entrance, spaces for public performance and plays, spaces with symbolic water features, and resting areas. The field of recreation is composed of various exhibition spaces. The field of meeting consists of traditional Korean-style gardens and an outdoor cafeteria. The field of contemplation features lawns, grasses and trees, and provides an area for pedestrian strolling. The outdoor spaces of the National Theater of Korea would produce an atmosphere suited to a cultural and artistic place. In the spaces, people would perceive a unique sense of place through various types of fountains, pergolas, columns, walls, light poles and bollards. An example of the true meaning of a cultural space and a resting place is provided in these spaces. The renovated National Theater of Korea would be a new type of theater with regional context, cultural meaning, spatial identity, various amenities with symbolic images, function and beauty.

In the commercial transaction sellers use various sales strategies to increase profits, and this kind of sales strategies often causes damage to customers, it, moreover, is true that these examples happen in the electronic commercial market much more than in traditional one because of the characteristics if the electronic commerce. That's why people transact one another without face-to-face meeting in the electronic commerce market, so people one likely to fall for a trick to cheat and deceive. It's no doubt that the frequency of crime is higher than in face-to-face market. For that reason Cooling Off System, Consumer Compensation Insurance, Mutual Aid Association and Billing Payment Deposit System are in force the law related electronic commerce to protect customers' rights. In this paper it will be discussed about the periods of Cooling Off System and a received commodity notice of the Billing Payment Deposit System. Regarding these periods seven days for Cooling Off period and three days for a received commodity notice period are stipulated under the law of related electronic commerce to protect customers' rights, But each period has to be differentiated depending on each goods for this period to be reasonable and proper. Therefore in this study it will be focused on these facts and each period will be classified by the goods' purpose of purchase and quality.

Sustainability is bound to be an eternal topic for managers who run companies. This sustainability is required not only by managers but also by various stakeholders. As a result, many companies are implementing sustainable management and are actively utilizing ESG, which has become a hot topic since 2020. In this study, we examined sustainable management and ESG, focusing on LX Hausys, which was the first in the interior industry to write a sustainable management report and received an ESG evaluation grade A for five consecutive years. As LX Hausys promoted sustainable management, it naturally focused on ESG management. As a result of meeting with LX Hausys HR executives and ESG managers for this study, ESG is not accepted as a new one. Rather, he emphasized that there is no need to approach this approach to ESG with grandeur and difficulty. This approach is consistent with the argument that ESG is a true approach to sustainable growth, not a management strategy based on the times. Like LX Hausys, ESG management can be consistently and continuously performed when implementing ESG strategies based on the resources and capabilities of companies, which can be seen as leading to corporate sustainability. This ESG management will be the right way to create a permanent company.

매장문화재 국가귀속제도는 일제강점기의 문화재 법규에서 연유하여 문화재보호법을 거쳐 현행 매장문화재법에 계승되고 있다. 국가귀속제도는 국가문화유산의 근간을 형성하는 국가귀속문화재를 확정하는 절차로서 문화유산 분야에서 중요한 의미를 가지고 있음에도 그동안 행정의 영역으로만 취급되어 학술적 연구나 정책적 검토에 소홀하였다. 최근 전통문화에 대한 국민들의 관심이 고조되고, 문화재가 지역의 문화적 정체성 확립과 관광 활성화에 촉매 역할을 할 수 있다는 인식이 확산됨에 따라 지방자치단체의 국가귀속문화재 관리위임 요구가 증대하고 특히, 중요 유물의 확보와 관련해서는 중앙과 지방 간 문화적 헤게모니 현상까지 나타나고 있다. 그런데, 국가귀속제도에 있어서 중요한 절차인 국가귀속대상 문화재 선정방식과 보관관리기관 지정과 관련해서는 그동안 지속적인 개선 노력이 있었음에도 각계로부터 보다 객관적이고 합리적인 제도개선 요구를 받고 있다. 본 논문은 2011년 매장문화재 법제가 제정 시행된 이후 그 운영과정에서 나타난 문제점과 개선과제를 도출하여 국가귀속제도의 정책 개선방안을 고찰하였다.
