  • As a part of environmental pollution prevention and resources recycling, the regeneration of waste tire has been largely contributed to national industry. But, the worker has been evaded this regeneration process by reason of the best mischievous process condition among 3D industries. So, the first, the process condition of regenerating waste tire was analyzed. The second, the equipment or system was developed for the improvement of working strength and environment.   • The grinding process is very complex and relates many parameters to control the process. As this reason, a theoretical analysis and a quantitative estimation of the grinding process has not been well established. In this study, the in-process monitoring system was suggested by applying the neural network for monitoring and shooting the malfunction of cylindrical plunge grinding process. This system used the power signals from the electric power meter. This neural network was composed of processing elements [4-(5-5)-3] with 4 identified power parameters. Because sensitivity is blunted some minute vibration components, the simulation result of this system has appeared about 10% erroneous recognition in the uncertain pattern and the average success rate of the trouble recognition was about 90%. Consequently, the developed system, which applied to the power signals, can be recognize enough to monitor the grinding process as in-process.

  • Recently, Trouble of sand supply is occurred according to exhaustion of natural sand resources. therefore, various measures are proposed for solution of trouble of sand supply and crushed sand among measures is used as one of most universal measures. but crushed sand which have poor particle shape and plenty of makes micro particle the qualify of concrete deteriorated. Therefore, this study evaluated physical properties of mortar using crushed sand and applied evaluation result to fundamental data The result of this study have shown that quality of mortar using crushed sand independently is poor against general mortar. but, mortar flow and compressive strength is increased in case of using crushed sand according to mixing ratio properly.

  • Recently an increase of sensor and power trandusers in control equipment system has caused many kinds of noise the mis-operation equipment and demage program memories of control circuits. In this paper, the noise character of the various control equipment system has been measured and analyzed. Additionally, the countermeasure to reduce noise like as Noise Cut Transformer, Equipotential Bonding, Power Noise Rejector, Noise Filter has been applied and confirmed the effective results to solve the trouble of noise.

  • 현재 통신망상에서 운영되고 있는 네트워크 장애처리시스템의 가장 큰 문제점은 통신망상에서 발생한 장애를 보고하는 기능은 지니고 있지만, 이에 대한 효율적 처리의 방안이 부족하다는 것이다. 또한 발생한 장애에 대한 데이터베이스 유지와 이를 활용하여 지식 정보화를 구축하는 측면과 통신망 사용자의 문의 및 불만 상담을 처리하고, 사용자에게 장애 처리에 대한 정보를 제공하는 기능은 거의 제공되고 있지 못하다. 이러한 통신망 상에서 발생하는 장애를 효과적으로 해결하기 위해서는 장애를 처리하는 네트워크 장애처리시스템(Network Trouble Management System)이 필수적으로 요구되며, 이에 대한 운영 방식을 효율적으로 개선함으로써 통신망 장애로 인한 시간적, 경제적 손실을 최소화하고, 사용자와 관리자 모두에게 효과적인 시스템에 대한 구축의 필요성이 증대하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전문가 기반의 장애처리시스템에 자동 응답 시스템을 접목시켜 각 분야의 전문가들을 영입하고 관리할 수 있으며, 기존의 장애 처리 데이터베이스를 활용하여 사용자에게 장애처리에 대한 방안을 제시한 수 있는 전문가 기반의 확장 장애처리시스템을 구현함으로써 사용자에게 신뢰성 있는 고부가가치의 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 하였다.

  • Objective : I would define the differences of sentences that 'A tongue can detect five basic tastes' and 'A mouth can perceive the five cereals' in Youngchu Macdo(靈樞 脈度). Methods : 1. I refer to literatures for the sentences in Youngchu Macdo 2. I look into the symptoms which may be caused by heart and pancreas troubles, respectively. Result : Human being can not detect a specific taste on his heart trouble. That is, acid, bitter, sweet, hot, and saltness can be all one. Human being may lose his appetite on his pancreas trouble. Even though the viscera and the tongue are connected to on-meridians, the function of a tongue is managed and controlled by a heart. Such a tongue perceives five basic tastes. Conclusion : A healthy tongue appreciates five basic tastes clearly and a healthy mouth may stimulate his appetite.

  • Undesired trouble such as chatter vibration and burning on the ground surface appears frequently in the cylindrical plunge grinding process. Establishment of a credible fault diagnostic system for the grinding process is the major purpose of this study. Power signals generated during the grinding operation were sampled and analyzed to determine the relationship between grinding troubles and behavior of signal changes. In addition, a neural network was optimized with a momentum coefficient a learning rate, and a structure of the hidden layer through the iterative learning process. Based on the established system, success rates of the trouble recognition were verified.

  • As automation equipment and electronic device progresses, the importance of power quality is more increasing. This paper represents the analysis and suppression about the causes of trouble by the inverter's ON/OFF noise in plant in order to prevent damage resulting in a secondary damage to conduct precise diagnosis and effective noise reduction. The countermeasure as a reduced carrier frequency and the LC resonant filter had been applied and confirmed the effective results to solve the trouble of noise.

  • The trouble rank of business management of the small-medium manufacturing enterprises in Korea is constituted by that average 28.6% of production management in the worst trouble of business management from 1982 to 1999. The status of production management approaching problem is analyzed for Korean small-medium manufacturing enterprises and it us checked productivity improvement and requirement facts impede productivity improvement. It is expected to contribute much productivity improvement through a new established model of production management system and technique or tool for small-medium manufacturing enterprises in Korea.

  • Objective : This case report presents the effect of Soshiho-tang on Atopic Dermatitis. The patient was diagnosed with Yangmyung-byung based on Shanghanlun provisions. Methods : According to Shanghanlun six meridian patterns diagnostic system, we dianosed the patient as Yangmyung-byung and he had trouble getting out of bed and nighttime itch. The patient was treated with Soshiho-tang. We evaluated the results of treatment by Objective SCORAD Index and pictures. Results : After the treatment, Objective SCORAD Index decreased from 61 to 21.5. And he became to have no trouble in getting up and also nighttime itch vanished. Conclusions : This case report sowed and effectiveness of using Soshiho-tang according to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions on Atopic Dermatitis.
