  • In natural language processing, large language models such as GPT-4 have recently been in the spotlight. The performance of natural language processing has advanced dramatically driven by an increase in the number of model parameters related to the number of acceptable input tokens and model size. Research on multimodal models that can simultaneously process natural language and image data is being actively conducted. Moreover, natural-language and image-based reasoning capabilities of large language models is being explored in robot artificial intelligence technology. We discuss research and related patent trends in robot task planning and code generation for robot control using large language models.

  • This study aimed to analyze and collect research trends of archival management standards in Korea. For this purpose, keywords from the titles, author keywords, and abstracts of papers related to records management standards were statistically analyzed to investigate the major keywords with high-frequency. Network analysis with high frequency keywords was also conducted to identify the subject areas of research in archival management standards. The analysis period is from 2000 to the present, and a total of 212 papers were collected from domestic academic paper search sites such as RISS and ScienceON. As a result of the analysis, from 2000 to 2010, OAIS for archive design, digital record preservation with OAIS, and analysis on ISO standards were mainly conducted in research areas. From 2011 until now, records management certification and ISAD(G)'s conversion to RiC emerged as new research areas. This study will be expected to be basic data to understand research trends in records management standards in Korea and to be a reference for research on records management standards studies.

  • This study aims to explore the knowledge structure of the leopard cat (Prionailurus bengalensis) research during the period of 1952-2017. Data was collected from Google Scholar and Research Information Service System (RISS), and a total of 482 author keywords from 125 papers from peer-reviewed scholarly journals were retrieved. Co-word analysis was applied to examine patterns and trends in the leopard cat research by measuring the association strengths of the author keywords along with the descriptive analysis of the keywords. The result shows that the most commonly used keywords in leopard cat research were Felidae, Iriomte cat, and camera trap except for its English and scientific name, and camera traps became a frequent keyword since 2005. Co-word analysis also reveals that leopard cat research has been actively conducted in Southeast Asia in conjugation with studying other carnivores using the camera traps. Through the understanding of the patterns and trends, the finding of this study could provide an opportunity for the exploration of neglected areas in the leopard cat research and conservation.

  • Technology used by human beings has developed drastically over the years. Although people enjoy affluent lives as a result of this development, the depletion of resources has brought about a variety of environmental problems such as emission of fine dust, treatment of waste water, and global warming. Although studies on environmental pollution are being conducted continuously, there are a limited number of studies that analyze research trends from quantitative and qualitative perspectives. In order to examine the current research landscape, we employed Scopus to combine research interest in environmental science with bibliographic analysis. Among 74,089 papers published in 57 journals of environmental science, 3,212 papers were published by Korean authors and citations per publications and Field-Weighted Citation Impact (FWCI) of those papers were 7.3 and 1.0, respectively. By assessing the bibliometric indicators in the field of environmental science, this study provides insight into research trends and related data to aid researchers in developing research strategies.

  • This study examined the trends of domestic academic research on children of divorced families by classifying them by period, method, target, and subject. From 2000 to 2022, 105 papers published in 58 journals were surveyed. In terms of research methods, quantitative research was conducted using questionnaires and panel data. The subjects of the reviewed studies were mainly elementary school children, and there were many studies on both divorced single mother and child families as well as divorced single father and child families. By analyzing the core subjects of the study, papers related to children's personal adaptation accounted for the largest proportion, followed by problematic behaviors, psychological difficulties, such as depression and stress, and relationships. In conclusion, due to the high divorce rate in Korea there is a need to focus academic attention on the children of divorced families. To this end, it is necessary to study the adaptation and protection factors of the children of divorced families. More qualitative research should be conducted on children of divorced families of various ages, not just elementary school students.

  • This study was conducted to analyze the research trends of 87 published studies in domestic journals on resilience of nursing students and propose some directions for future research. The main findings are as follows; First, the concepts of resilience were used in 6 different ways. Second, the number of quantitative research was overwhelmingly bigger(99%) than the ones of the qualitative and mixed research. Third, the protective, risk and changing factors were found in most studies around individual and university level. Throughout this study, it is confirmed that resilience is a very important factor that play a significant role in nursing students' adaptation. But it is required to clarify the concept of resilience and choose appropriate measurement scale. Also it is needed to conduct research with various designs in the future.

  • Purpose: As the need to transition into the distribution of cleaner energy has garnered corporate and scholarly interests, this study aims to track the research trends in sustainable energy supply chains for five years before 2021. Research methodology: This study was conducted by a bibliometric literature review and analysis to map the field's evolution between 2016 and 2020. Out of an initial title search result of 2,484 papers from the Scopus engine, filtering led to 180 documents obtained. The data was exported in excel format (CSV) to VOSviewer software to generate and analyze network visualization of sustainable energy supply chain trends. Results: The results revealed China's the highest publishing country, with 36 research papers. The Journal of Cleaner Production was the top publishing source, with 22 papers per year. These findings showed five clusters formed in the bibliographic coupling of countries. Circular Economy and Green Supply Chain Management represent the current hot topics. Research gaps identified in the field included limited cross-industry testing and modifying sustainable supply chain models. Conclusion: This paper contributes to the sustainability literature on supply chains by providing an overview of trends and research directions for scholars' and practitioners' consideration in future research.
