Korea's marine products trade is taking for phase that income exceeds export after 2000. According to external environment change of Korea and Japan fishery agreement and an import liberalization of marine products, import of live fish and fresh fish is increasing rapidly. This study investigates import view of Japan live fish and fresh fish. Live fish which is imported from Japan has red seabream and seabass, but it is in declining tendency because of the increase in import of cheaper croaker from the China. If see importer's trend, entry to import business of fresh fish is eased a little. If a circulation trend is seen, However, it is thought that a future import trend is influenced by economic trends of Japan and the grade of place-of-production development of a domestic trader. Circulation market outside is common and the district wholesale store has played the important role. The import view of Japanese live fish and a fresh fish will increase against the background of maintenance of domestic circulation organization, and upgrading of marine product consumption However, it is thought that a future import trend is influenced by economic trends of Japan and the grade of place-of-production development of a domestic trader.

This study examined the trend of healthcare status and compared the status of South Korea and other member of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) using the OECD health statistics 2022. We used the OECD health statistics from 2022 and a position value for relative comparison (PARC) index to compare the five elements of the healthcare system. The study also used a Mann-Kendall test to analyze the trend of the PARC values from 2000 to the present year. The findings of the study indicate that many South Korea's PARC values were higher than the OECD median. But practicing physician in supply part and medical cost were lower than OECD median but the trend significantly increased. Medical accessibility part and quality of care part except primary care, and mental health had a high relative position but the trend did not increased significantly. After outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019, there were changes in medical accessibility. Health screening and vaccinations showed an overall decline in 2020 compared to 2019. These results suggest that policymakers need to take necessary steps for a sustainable healthcare system in the country.

The past Romanticism, which emphasized loveful, womanish property, has changed into new-concept Romanticism as it was harmonized with various emotional cultures and trends in the 21st century. New-concept romanticism is found in various fields ranging from personality, diversity and discrimination to emotion. It is appearing as a new style searching for taste as it is mixed and matched with other fields. In fashion, Romanticism and mix-and-match trend provide womanish feeling through the match with romantic chiffon, high-waisted pants and cashmere cardigan and show modern emotion through vest and short blazer. Therefore, it is necessary to reconsider the method to analyze and express fashion emotion style on the basis of mix-and-match trend of Romanticism. The purpose of this study is to analyze how Romanticism is expressed in the mix and match with other emotional style, predict direction of Romanticism style and establish the ground to find changing fashion trend accurately. The researcher expects that design development will be focused on the fashion, which is more various and characteristic and search for convenient, healthy life, on the basis of the analysis on mix and match shown in Romanticism fashion of the study. The researcher tried to provide the base of design development and assist design activation by using mix and match, which can create various new styles, accurately and understanding and predicting the fashion trend of the 21st century.

The construction or enlargement of the power facilities requires the compactness of them, and the development of power system amenities because of some reasons; the shortness of a site for power facilities, social request of the harmony of them with surroundings, and so on. For the insulator in this area, the research and development of polymer or composite insulator or its applications have been increased rapidly in some advanced countries, but the activities of our country are being in a weak step although our concern has been gradually enlarged about it in recent years. Thus, in this paper, we intend to introduce the trend of research and development of it in the inside and outside of the country.

Recently, for the efforts of low-carbon deduction and to solve the problems of global warming, many industrial nations in world have been strengthening positively their competitive power into the research, development and industrialization of new renewable sources of energy and clean energy. In the most promising source of photovoltaic, it is essential that the government take an initiative role to develop and industrialize the materials, ingot or wafer, solar cell, power conditioning system and photovoltaic system, and need to establish both short-term and long-term technical development of goal setting and forward plan in the direction of the technical development strategy and forward industrialization for the strengthening of world market. This paper analyze new technology, policies and the market trend of photovoltaic field which are currently strategically and actively enhancing the research, development and practical-industralization by Korea and other nations.

장기적인 시계열 수량 평균이 기술적인 발전 요인에 의해 증가하는 추세를 제거하여, 기존 MODIS NDVI 및 기상자료를 이용한 우리나라 벼 수량 추정 모형을 개선하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2002년부터 2019년 까지의 NDVI (MYD13Q1)와 기상자료를 사용하여 다중 선형 회귀 분석을 수행하였다. 벼 수량 추세를 분석하고 이를 제거하여 모형을 보완하였다. 개선된 모형을 이용하여 추정한 벼 수량과 수량 통계 값 간의 상관 분석을 통해 추세 제거에 따른 정확도를 평가하였다. 그 결과, 추세가 제거된 벼 수량 추정 모형에 의해 예측된 수량이 통계 수량의 연간 변동 특성을 잘 반영하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 추세 제거 전의 모형과 비교하여 통계 수량과의 상관계수와 결정계수도 높게 나타났다. 따라서 추세 제거 방법이 벼 수량 추정 모형을 효과적으로 보정하는 방법임을 확인하였다.

As network has high speed and wide communication capability, users demand diverse and new software to satisfy their needs. To meet users needs, the softwares for multimedia or groupware or distributed virtual environments can communicate the widely distributed information fast and accurately. Even though the technology for this is under development, it is deficient to support the reliable computer communication. Distributed Object System aims, as the new paradigm of distributed system software development to overcome this problem, to obtain in distributed environment the easiness of development and management, expandability, reusability which object oriented technologies support by solving the complexity of communication processing through the object oriented methods. This paper aims to introduce distributed object system, its technological properties and the current status and trend of technology development related to its standardization. Additionally, with explaining the Replicated Shared Object System(RSOS) which is developed in our country as one of the distributed object systems, its future prospects and technical issues are discussed.

The greenbelt of South Korea has been under the process of adjustment and removal since its first designated year. This research is aimed at predicting the effect that the removal of the greenbelt has on urban growth. The SLEUTH model was executed via three calibration phases using historical data between 1990 and 2010. The urban growth of Busan Metropolitan City was predicted under its historical trend, as well as two different scenarios including development and compact development up to the year 2030. The accuracy of model, as verified by ROC, was 85.7%. The historical trend scenario showed the smallest increase, with the urban area expanding from 175.96 km² to 214.68 km² in 2030. Scenario 2, the development scenario, showed the most increase, with a 39.9% growth rate from 2010 to 2030. However, according to scenario 3, the compact development scenario, the urban area decreased in comparison to scenario 2. Accordingly, it is necessary to have effective urban growth management to provoke eco-friendly development on the removed areas, and to strengthen the non-removed areas for sustainable development. The results obtained in this study showed that the SLEUTH model can be useful for predicting urban growth, and that it can help policy makers establish proper urban planning as a decision-support tool for sustainable development.
