Analysis of Row Hammer Based on Interfacial Trap of BCAT Structure in DRAM (계면 트랩에 기반한 BCAT 구조 DRAM의 로우 해머 분석)

  • Row hammering is a phenomenon in which bit flips occur in adjacent rows when accessing a particular row continuously, causing data damage, security problems, and poor computing performance. This paper analyzes the cause and response method of row hammering through TCAD simulation in 2ynm DRAM. In the experiment, the row hammering is reproduced while changing the parameters of the trap and the device structure, and the trap density, temperature. It analyzes the relationship with Active Wisdom, etc. As a result, it was confirmed that changes in trap parameters and device structures directly affect ΔVcap/pulse. This enables a fundamental understanding of low hammering and finding countermeasures, and can contribute to improving the stability and security of DRAM.

  • High electric field stressed trap distributions were investigated in the thin silicon oxide of polycrystalline silicon gate metal oxide semiconductor capacitors. The transient currents associated with the off time of stressed voltage were used to measure the density and distribution of high voltage stress induced traps. The transient currents were due to the discharging of traps generated by high stress voltage in the silicon oxides. The trap distributions were relatively uniform near both cathode and anode interface in polycrystalline silicon gate metal oxide semiconductor devices. The stress generated trap distributions were relatively uniform the order of $10^{11}$~$10^{12}$ [states/eV/$\textrm{cm}^2$] after a stress. The trap densities at the oxide silicon interface after high stress voltages were in the $10^{10}$~$10^{13}$ [states/eV/$\textrm{cm}^2$]. It was appeared that the transient current that flowed when the stress voltages were applied to the oxide was caused by carriers tunneling through the silicon oxide by the high voltage stress generated traps.

Study on the Improvement of Gill Nets and Trap Nets Fishing for the Resource Management at the Coastal Area of Yellow Sea - On the Entrapping Behavior of Fishes into Trap Nets in the Water Tank Experiment - (서해구 자원관리형 자망ㆍ통발 어구어법 기술개발에 관한 연구 - 수조에서의 통발에 대한 어군의 입롱행동 -)

  • To investigate the entrapping behavior of blue crab, rock shell and green ling, which are mainly caught with the other trap nets in the coastal area of Yellow Sea, by the using duration of trap nets through the water tank experiment. We select the three kinds of trap nets which have different using duration such as new, 6 months and 12 months used one, and observe the entrapping ratio into the trap nets, respectively. In the mean while, in order to obtain the basic data for the estimate of mesh selectivity of the other trap nets, the entrapping behavior into the trap nets for green ling which has high activity compared to blue crab and rock shell, are examined to the three kinds of mesh size (35mm, 50mm and 65mm). The results are as follows ; 1. The mean entrapping ratio of blue crab by the using duration of trap nets in high with 4.4 fishes (44.0%) in the 6 months used one, become lower with 2.9 fishes (28.0%) in the new one, and with 2.0 fishes (20.0%) in the 12 months used one. 2. The mean entrapping ratio of rock shell by the using duration of trap nets in high with 7.3 fishes (36.7%) in the new one, and become lower with 7.2 fishes (35.8%) in the 6 months used one, and with 5.7 fishes (28.3%) in the 12 months used one. 3. The mean entrapping ratio of green ling by the using duration of trap nets in high with 3.4 fishes (34.0%) in the 6 months used one, and become lower with 3.0 fishes (30.0%) in the new one, and with 2.8 fishes (28.0%) in the 12 months used one. 4. The mean residual ratio of green ling by the mesh size of trap nets is high with 2.4 fishes (24.0%) in the 35mm mesh size, and become lower with 2.2 fishes (22.0%) in the 50mm mesh size and 2.0 fishes (20.0%) in the 65mm mesh size.

  • With increased use of halftone dot overprints for offset color printing, it is important to study the density and ink trap of the overprints. In this research the equation to predict the density and the method to evaluate ideally the fractional ink trap are preposed. And also the halftone dot overprinting experiments of Magenta over Cyan or Cyan over Magenta under wet-on-wet or wet-on-dry overprinting using 2-color offset press show the above proposals are reasonable, and show the effect of overprinting sequence on the density and ink trap.

Flower Production in a Chestnut (Castanea crenata) Forest. (밤나무림에 있어서의 꽃 생산에 관하여)

  • The flower production in the Castanea crenata forest in Gapyong was investigated, by applying litter trap and allometric method. Among serveral variables, DBH is the most reliable one but the estimated value by DBH showed remarkable difference from the value obtained by the litter trap method. Litter trap showed 149.3 kg of flower production per ha in the Castane crenata forest. And the F/L ratro increased with the itme until flowers began to fall. The variation of flower production among trees by allometric method seems to be unreliable.

  • The development of high performance single nanoparticle ion trap (SNIT) apparatus for studying in-situ dynamics of single nanoparticles in controlled environments is described. The performance of SNIT apparatus has been evaluated for 500 nm SiO₂particles. The mass resolution of ~100 ppm and the capability of varying the charge states independently have been demonstrated.

  • 태양광 발전용 마이크로 인버터는 PV 모듈에 직접 설치되기 때문에 크기, 무게 등이 중요한 설계 요소다. 따라서 출력 필터 설계 시 전력 품질 뿐만 아니라 필터에 사용되는 수동 소자의 크기 또한 고려해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 마이크로 인버터용 출력 필터로서 Trap-CL 구조를 분석하고, 필터의 소형화를 고려한 설계 기법을 제안한다. 설계 된 Trap-CL 필터의 특성을 단상 플라이백 인버터에 적용하여 확인하였으며, 기존 플라이백 인버터에 사용되던 CL 필터와의 비교를 통하여 그 타당성을 검증하였다.

Development of Diffusion - Precipitation Method to Determine AVS Concentrations in Freshwater Sediments

  • A diffusion - precipitation method was developed to determine acid volatile sulfide (AVS) concentrations in freshwater sediments. This method uses silver nitrate as a sulfide trap solution and the concentration of trapped sulfide is determined gravimetrically. The proposed diffusion - precipitation method is more rapid and less expensive than previously developed purge- and - trap methods. Spiked sodium sulfide recoveries using this method $(97\~120\%)$ were similar with a previously developed diffusion - absorption method $(93.8\~115\%)$ and about $20\%$ greater than a previously developed purge-and-trap method $(74.6\~105\%)$. Detection limit of this method $(0.1\;{\mu}mole\;S\;g^{-l})$ was comparable with that of diffusion-absorption method $(0.06\;{\mu}mole\;S\;g^{-l})$ and purge-and-trap method $(0.05\~0.5\;{\mu}mole\;S\;g^{-l})$.

  • The process of producing a fish trap frame is very complicated and manual, so it is expensive, the quality of the product is unstable, the quality is not guaranteed, the durability is weak, and it cannot be used for a long time. Therefore, we made a fish trap frame-making machine to reduce the manpower and costs and to make robust products. This machine cuts the wire of mild steel to a certain size and then makes the connecting parts into a trapezoid shape by spot welding. In this study, the weld point shear strength between manual and automatic operation was compared and analyzed.
