경매를 활용한 근거리 분할 물류운영이 물류비용에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Auction-Based Short Distance Division Logistics Operation on Logistics Costs)

  • This study proposed a logistics plan for sending supply to be distributed to areas other than producing areas to wholesalers and allocating supply to be distributed to areas near producing areas to local distribution center in the vicinity instead of shipping the entire quantity to wholesalers for fruits auction to increase the competitive edge of the domestic fruits and vegetables logistics market in the ear of infinite competition. A video auction-based short distance division logistics operation model was developed to enhance competitiveness related to the circulation of fruits and vegetables, reduce logistics costs, and rationalize logistics by distributing the items sent to wholesalers through field auction and the shipments at local distribution center to neighboring areas through video auction connected to wholesalers real-time. The study especially came up with a logistics rationalization plan by examining and analyzing the stages and costs of transportation between producing areas and wholesalers on the circulation routes of fruits.

  • China's logistics industry is an growing one at a very higher rate, owing to the rapid expansion of the country's industrial base and the rise of domestic consumer markets. Essential to the development of china's economy, policy makers have paid constant attention to the logistics sector which is attracting growing volumes of both foreign and domestic investment. The inefficiencies are exacerbated by a number of factors such as transportation bottlenecks, regulatory constraints and local barriers to entry. Foreign and foreign-invested logistics companies have typically cornered the express delivery (for example DHL, FedEX), sea freight forwarding and specialized logistics services (for example Hanjin Shipping). The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the activation of Korean companies' entry into China's logistics market by studying the strategies and types for Korean companies enter into China's logistics Market.

  • In this regard, the newly focused logistics information system makes reducing the expenses of whole logistic available by cutting down the expenses of materials, transportation and stock and also, it allows the company to cut down the procurement expense through the reduced lead-time and rationalize producing plans by eliminating the uncertain orders and fluctuation in procurement. It further more optimizes the efficiency of over all productions by meeting the dead line for delivery to the customers. In the recent environment of globalization where fierce competitions exist between manufacturers, logistics plays important role in the strategies of companies, and managements of companies try their best efforts in establishing the strategy to accomplish the innovative relationship between supply chain channels. Therefore, in this study, we try to suggest the model of consolidated logistics system that is integrated logistics information system with suggesting the better way of logistics and comparative analysis with logistics system to resolve the difficulties numbers of companies face after realizing what logistics information system is in Korea.

  • It has been recognized as an important issue to design optimally a firm's logistics network for minimizing logistics cost and maximizing customer service. It is, however, not easy to get an optimal solution by analyzing trade-off of cost factors, dynamic and interdependent characteristics in the logistics network decision making. Although there has been some developments in a system which helps decision making for logistics analysis, it is true that there is no system for enterprise-wise's on-site support and methodical logistics decision. Specially, E-biz process along with information technology has been made dramatic advance in a various industries, there has been much need for practical education closely resembles on-site work. The software developed by this study materializes efficient algorithm suggested by recent studies in key topics of logistics such as location and allocation problem, traveling salesman problem, and vehicle routing problem and transportation and distribution problem. It also supports executing a variety of experimental design and analysis in a way of the most user friendly based on Java. In the near future, we expect that it can be extended to integrated supply chain solution by adding decision making in production in addition to a decision in logistics.

  • COVID-19로 인해 사람들은 외출과 모임 자제로 온라인 쇼핑, 온라인 여행, 화상회의 등 새로운 라이프 스타일을 구축하고 있다. 이러한 급격한 사회의 변화는 새로운 문제들을 야기시킴과 동시에 기존의 문제들을 심화시키고 있다. 특히 온라인 소비가 크게 증가함에 따라 생활물류산업에서는 교통체증, 대기오염, 배송기사의 과중한 업무 등이 심화되고 있으며 대면배송이 새로운 문제점으로 나타나고 있다. 4차 산업혁명의 등장으로 드론에 인공지능, 자율주행 등을 활용한 무인 배달이 기존 생활물류산업의 대체산업으로 떠오르고 있으나 드론의 비행에 따른 물류시설의 공간과 추가적인 물류부지 확보가 해결되어야 하는 새로운 문제점으로 나타난다. 따라서, 기존의 문제들과 새롭게 생겨난 문제들을 해소할 수 있는 드론을 위한 물류시설의 공간으로 기존 운수 사업인 지하철을 활용하여 물류 이동과 보관, 배송 등과 같은 부가적인 서비스를 연계하고자 한다.

수산물의 기능성 재사용 포장용기 사용을 통한 물류합리화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Functional Reusable Packing Containers for Marine Products on Logistics Rationalization)

  • Disposable marine product packaging materials such as wooden, Styrofoam, and corrugated cardboard boxes have a very low reuse rate, thus causing the logistics costs to rise and making it difficult to establish a unit load system for marine products. Disposable packing containers to be discarded are accompanied by resource and environmental issues home and abroad. Transportation vehicles for marine products have to return empty without loading different kinds of products after delivery due to the smell and properties of marine products, thus posing as an obstacle to logistics rationalization. In an effort to overcome those limitations, this study examined the stages of transportation including "producer-wholesale market in the producing area-commission merchant-wholesale market in the consumption area-commission merchant-quasi-wholesale market-consumer" and also analyzed the utilization and distribution of disposable packaging materials currently used in the circulation of marine products including wooden, Styrofoam, and corrugated cardboard boxes. Based on the analysis results, the investigator developed a logistics rationalization model capable of promoting semi-permanent reuse and lowering empty vehicle rate on return routes as an alternative to address environmental issues caused by disposable packaging materials, which have been an obstacle to the logistics rationalization of marine products, packaging costs in the process of repeating packing and unpacking at each stage of marine products circulation, and empty vehicle rates on return routes after marine products delivery.

  • Purpose As consumer awareness grows, the importance of CSR becomes even more important for long-term growth. In response to this current trend, the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of CSR activities on business performance for logistics companies. Research design, data, and methodology - Between CSR activities and growth, there was a generally positive(+) relationships between activities such as donation and volunteerism and the growth of the enterprise. In terms of the relationship between environmental factors and growth, negative results were expressed. In case of profitability, improved welfare for workers has had a positive impact on corporate profitability. Results - With respect to stability, a high proportion of equity capital is not considered to be more active in SCR activities. Significant negative results were given between the minimum factors for entry, transportation, and noise generation factors and the ratio of liabilities, which are representative friction factors in the community.   • 우리나라 육상물류체계는 날로 그 비용이 체화되고 있는 실정이며 특히 차량에 의한 온실가스배출에 따른 환경파괴, 그리고 날로 심화되고 있는 교통비용증가 등이 심각한 수준에 있다. 그간 정부가 펼쳐왔던 교통에너지절감과 이와 같은 환경오염을 고려한 친환경 그린물류정책은 더 이상 그 효과를 상실하고 있는 것처럼 보인다. 이에 본 연구에서는 육상물류체계를 해상으로 이전할 수 있는 가장 효과적인 물류이전수단인 카페리항로를 한반도를 중심으로 네트웍화 함으로써, 특히 부산과 수도권의 남북동서 물류망을 획기적으로 개선시키고 외와 같은 제반 물류비용을 절감할 수 있는 방안을 도출하고자 한다.

고속도로 공사구간 차로 합류기법 안전성 평가 연구 (Safety Evaluation of Traffic Merging Control Methods for Freeway Work Zone)

  • 고속도로 공사구간은 차로의 차단 및 공사구간 내 다양한 시설물에 운전자가 노출되기 때문에 사고가 빈번하게 발생하는 구간이다. 공사구간 중 완화구간은 차로차단으로 인하여 차량의 합류가 발생하므로 사고의 위험도가 높다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 주행 시뮬레이션(Driving Simulation)과 교통 시뮬레이션 (Traffic Simulation)의 연계 분석을 적용하여 세 가지 유형의 차로합류 기법에 대한 안전성을 비교 평가하였다. 분석 결과, 기존 차로차단 기법보다 사전 유도기법 또는 Joint Merge기법이 안전성 측면에서 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 서비스 수준(LOS) A, B인 경우 사전 유도기법이 적정 합류기법으로 판단되었으며, 서비스 수준 C의 경우 Joint Merge기법이 적정 합류기법으로 판단되었다. 본 연구는 현재 운영되고 있는 차로차단 기법 외에 공사구간 교통상황에 따른 다양한 합류기법의 적용 타당성을 주행 및 교통 시뮬레이션의 연계분석을 통하여 안전성 관점에서 평가하였다는 데 의의가 있다.
