  • Purpose : The purpose of this study is to find that Factors in the practical application of LISMB(Logistics Information System Practice Based) on S.P(Smartphone)' Characters. and take in the whole situation of LISMB on S.P' Characters by this research and it is clear from the findings that LISMB on S.P' Characters situations and distinctiveness. Research design, data, methodology : Research model and hypotheses have been developed based on literature review and working-level interview The collected data were analysed with structural equation modeling, examining the hypothesized relationships and mediating effect. Result : The results of research are as follows, First, LISMB on S.P' Characters has a positive effect on a precariousness of operation management. but That has no effect on a precariousness of general management. Second, Consign management and User non-cooperation has a mediating effect on relationships between LISMB on S.P' Characters and general management. Third, Old version system, User non-cooperation and Unskilled in equipment new system has a partly mediating effect on relationships between LISMB on S.P' Characters and operation management. Conclusion : Smart-phon Prevalence rates keeps increasing. Nevertheless, LISMB on S.P' Characters may no be used in Container transportation market. This problem are being blamed for hampering corporate activities and harbor logistics industry development. so we need new way to solve that problem.

A New Link-Based Single Tree Building Algorithm for Shortest Path Searching in an Urban Road Transportation Network

  • The shortest-path searching algorithm must not only find a global solution to the destination, but also solve a turn penalty problem (TPP) in an urban road transportation network (URTN). Although the Dijkstra algorithm (DA) as a representative node-based algorithm secures a global solution to the shortest path search (SPS) in the URTN by visiting all the possible paths to the destination, the DA does not solve the TPP and the slow execution speed problem (SEP) because it must search for the temporary minimum cost node. Potts and Oliver solved the TPP by modifying the visiting unit from a node to the link type of a tree-building algorithm like the DA. The Multi Tree Building Algorithm (MTBA), classified as a representative Link Based Algorithm (LBA), does not extricate the SEP because the MTBA must search many of the origin and destination links as well as the candidate links in order to find the SPS. In this paper, we propose a new Link-Based Single Tree Building Algorithm in order to reduce the SEP of the MTBA by applying the breaking rule to the LBA and also prove its usefulness by comparing the proposed with other algorithms such as the node-based DA and the link-based MTBA for the error rates and execution speeds.

  • Analysis of current state of construction industry functioning in Ukraine allows us to identify a number of problems having negative impact on sustainable development of construction industry, especially in terms of its organization. Therefore, it is absolutely essential to study existing methods of organization system supplying construction sites with necessary material resources. Companies can develop their own logistics departments, which independently solve logistics issues related to transportation organization and management, accounting and inventory management, acquisition and warehousing, intercommunication (ability to obtain both final and intermediate information during transporting materials). Using a complex of methods is substantiated: the hierarchy analysis method (Saati's method), the network method, the defect elimination algorithm DEA, the transportation problem that finds optimal problem solutions for construction sector with the purpose of rational supplying uninterrupted construction with building resources in the designed model "provider-transportation-costs".

  • A grid-connected inverter can be used in grid-connected or stand-alone modes. Generally, a grid-connected inverter operates in a grid-connected mode, but the inverter operates in stand-alone mode if grid faults occur. In the stand-alone mode, the grid-connected inverter must supply electric power to a critical load that needs to receive stable power even though grid faults occur. Generally, three-phase loads are used as critical loads, but a single phase is configured in some cases. In these conditions, the critical load is required to unbalance the load power consumption, which makes the three-phase load voltage unbalancd. This unbalanced voltage problem can cause fatal problems to the three-phase critical loads, and thus must be addressed. Hence, this paper proposes an algorithm to solve this unbalanced voltage problem by the individual phase current control. The proposed method is verified using Psim simulation and experiments.

  • This paper considers the shortest path problem combined with Min-Min-Sum objective for solving the problem of the military logistics. This paper develops a polynomial-time algorithm for the optimal solution. To analyze the real combat situation, the ability time and distance time of communication line are considered. The complexities of algorithm between previous study and the algorithm developed in this paper is presented. Finally we provide a simple example of application with randomly generated problem.

An Interactive Weight Vector Space Reduction Procedure for Bicriterion Linear Programming

  • This paper develops a simple interactive procedure which can be efficiently used to solve a bicriteria linear programming problem. The procedure exploits the relatively simple structure of the bicriterion linear programming problem. Its application to a transportation problem is also presented. The results demonstrate that the method developed in this paper could be easily applicable to any bicriteria linear program in general.

  • For a long time, genetic algorithms have been recognized as a new method to solve difficult and complex problems and the performance of genetic algorithms depends on genetic operators, especially crossover operator. Various problems like the traveling salesman problem, the transportation problem or the job shop problem, in logistics engineering can be modeled as a sequencing problem This paper proposes modified genetic crossover operators to be used at various sequencing problems and uses the traveling salesman problem to be applied to a real world problem like the delivery problem and the vehicle routing problem as a benchmark problem Because the proposed operators use parental information as well as network information, they could show better efficiency in performance and computation time than conventional operators.

노드중복과 링크중복문제를 고려한 로짓선택확률의 비교연구 (A study on logit choice probability model taking into account the problems of common-nodes and common-links)

  • 로짓경로선택모형의 문제점으로 지적되고 있는 순환교통류(cyclic flow)와 경로중복(path overlapping)은 노드중복(common nodes)과 링크중복(common links)문제로 해석할 수 있다. 노드중복은 최단경로 보장문제 및 균형배정시 효율성 문제와, 링크중복은 비관련대안의 독립성 문제와 관련된다. 최근 위 문제들에 대한 연구가 각각 이루어지고 있으나, 두 가지 문제를 모두 고려한 연구나 이런 경우 로짓모형의 속성을 비교한 연구는 없었다. 이 글에서는 노드중복과 링크중복을 고려한 경우와 그렇지 않은 경우의 선택확률을 비교하여 현재 이용되고 있는 로짓경로선택모형의 문제점과 한계를 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 노드중복문제와 링크중복문제를 동시에 고려한 로짓경로선택모형을 제시하였다. 이는 기존의 링크중복개념을 특정링크를 기준으로 통행기점에서 특정링크의 초기노드가지의 링크중복과 특정링크 종점노드부터 통행종점가지의 링크중복으로 세분화한 것이라고 할 수 있다. 제시된 모형을 이용하여 가상네트워크에서 경로 및 링크선택확률을 계산한 결과, 노드 중복과 링크중복을 고려함으로써 선택대안들간의 차별성을 고려하면서 특정경로 또는 특정링크의 선택확률이 과소 또는 과대추정되는 문제를 감소시킬 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 중복경로와 순환경로를 배제한 다중경로를 보다 효과적으로 도출할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • It has been recognized as an important issue to design optimally a firm's logistics network for minimizing logistics cost and maximizing customer service. It is, however, not easy to get an optimal solution by analyzing trade-off of cost factors, dynamic and interdependent characteristics in the logistics network decision making. Although there has been some developments in a system which helps decision making for logistics analysis, it is true that there is no system for enterprise-wise's on-site support and methodical logistics decision. Specially, E-biz process along with information technology has been made dramatic advance in a various industries, there has been much need for practical education closely resembles on-site work. The software developed by this study materializes efficient algorithm suggested by recent studies in key topics of logistics such as location and allocation problem, traveling salesman problem, and vehicle routing problem and transportation and distribution problem. It also supports executing a variety of experimental design and analysis in a way of the most user friendly based on Java. In the near future, we expect that it can be extended to integrated supply chain solution by adding decision making in production in addition to a decision in logistics.

  • This paper deals with a problem of automatic landing guidance and control system design. The auto-landing control system for the longitudinal motion is designed in the classical PID controller. The controller gains are properly adapted to variation of the performance using fuzzy logic as a gain scheduler for the PID gains. This control logic is applied to the problem of the automatic landing control system design. From the numerical simulation using the 6DOF nonlinear model of the associated airplane, it is shown that the auto-landing maneuver is successfully achieved from the start of the flight conditions: 1500 ft altitude, 250 ft/sec airspeed and zero flight path angle.
