  • This design plan aims at the presentation of the representative character of Design Center by making a new image of the cafeteria that is located in the 1. floor. To create an ambience of intercommunication and relaxation, it must be set up the basic concepts like Mobility, Flexibility, Transparence and Color-Play. As the design solutions : - first of all the 360 grade reversible and removable dividers are installed around the 5 pillars - in accordance with the basic concepts Mobility and Flexibility the cubic form construct that plays not only a role of a kitchen, but also a role of a counter, is designed to be relocated at one's own. - the various kinds of seating module and the chill-out zone are introduced to bring out the functionality and the aestheticity simultaneaously - to make a contrasting image to the glass surface of the yellow-, orange- and red-colored dividers, the black chairs and tables are arranged in the middle.

  • in the environment with high temperature and humidity, surface temperature of the display window should be increased more than the temperature of water-vapor in order to get rid of fog. In this study, we manufacture anti-fog window device which has better transparence and gets high temperature by using ITO.

  • Three types of functionalized flexible optical composite films based on Bragg structure porous silicon interferometer have been successfully fabricated by casting a toluene solution of polystyrene onto the free-standing porous silicon. The optical properties of composite films are measured. Surface functionalization of porous silicon is determined by FT-IR measurement. Reflectance and transparence properties of composite films are measured for the possible application of tunable optical filter and indicate that the transmission peak occurred at the identical location where the reflection peak appeared.

  • This study proposed the approaches to business process redesign and business network redesign in e-business environment through the case analysis of e-Transformation performed in Kolon Gloteck, Inc. which has been managed and operated in a traditional mode. The proposed e-Transformation approaches of the traditional firm in this study were as following: 1) Network-focused business process redesign; 2) Introducing ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) as e-Business backbone; 3) Establishing transparence of business functions through using shared database; 4) Understanding customer and constructing IT(Information Technology) infrastructure for customer satisfaction; 5) Performing data and process standardization; 6) Applying the best suitable IT(Information Technology) such as JSP(Java Server Pages) and VPN(Virtual Private Network). The findings of this case study are thought to be useful as a practical guideline in carrying, out e-Transformation of the typical traditional firm and to provide significant basis for constructing the theoretical framework of e-Transformation methodology.

  • In this work, we investigated the effect of the Zn complex concentration and growth temperature on the growth of ZnO nanorod by hydrothermal method. The ZnO nanorods were performed at condition of the various Zn complex concentration and growth temperature, 0.02 ~ 0.08 M and 60 ~ 80 $^{\circ}C$, respectably. We found from the SEM results that the diameter and length of ZnO nanorods were with increasing the growth temperature and Zn complex concentration. However, the growth condition in the two parameters wasmore than sensitive compared to Zn complex concentration on increasing the growth rate. From photoluminescence(PL) analysis, the strong band-edge emission for ZnO nanorod grown at 80 $^{\circ}C$ with 0.08 M indicated the fine crystallinity. Therefore, the diameter and length of ZnO nanorods have been able to control through the control of front growth parameters. Also, these ZnO nanorods grown low temperature will be available as building block for transparence flexible device applications.

  • It become increasingly important to design user interface to carry low complexity. The cognitive limitations of users severely restrict utility of highly intelligent but complex modern systems. Since humans are known to use schemas to reduce cognitive complexity, imposing good consistency to an interface design that may help that user form useful schemas will provide powerful control over the complexity. This present a research effort to develop a quantitative method for evaluating interface complexity that the user would experience planning his or her course of action. Taking into account the user's potential schemas, a quantitative measure based on information theory was develped to assess the navigational complexity. This approach does not rely on the subjective judgment of the researcher as most schemes dealing with user schemas do. The proposed method may benefit the rapid prototyping approach to design a better user interface by allowing handy assessment of the design.

  • Graphene has drawn enormous attention owing to its outstanding properties, such as high charge mobility, excellent transparence and mechanical property. Synthesis of Graphene by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) is an attractive way to produce large-scale Graphene on various substrates. However the fatal limitation of CVD process is high temperature requirement(around $1,000^{\circ}C$), at which many substrates such as Al substrate cannot endure. Therefore, we propose plasma enhanced CVD (PECVD) and decrease the temperature to $400^{\circ}C$. Fig. 1 shows the typical structure of RF-PECVD instrument. The quality of Graphene is affected by several variables. Such as plasma power, distance between substrate and electronic coil, flow rate of source gas and growth time. In this study, we investigate the influence of these factors on Graphene synthesis in vacuum condition. And the results were checked by Raman spectra and conductivity measurement.

  • The 2 wt.% Al-doped ZnO(AZO) thin films were fabricated on PET substrates with various RF power 20, 35, 50, 65, and 80W by using RF magnetron sputtering in order to investigate the structure, electrical and optical properties of AZO thin films in this study. The XRD measurements showed that AZO films exhibit c-axis orientation. At a RF power of 80W, the AZO films showed the highest (002) diffraction peak with a FWHM of 0.42. At a RF power of 65W, the lowest electrical resistivity was about $1.64{\times}[10]$ ^(-4) ${\Omega}-cm$ and the average transmittance of all films including substrates was over 80% in visible range. Good transparence and conducting properties were obtained due to RF power control. The obtained results indicate that it is acceptable for applications as transparent conductive electrodes.

  • This design plan aims at the designing of the pharmacy counter as the space in which the two inter-related elements of the pharmacy, for example, the pharmacist and the customers, selling medicines and transmitting health informations, etc. keep in contact with each other. To create an ambience of intercommunication for health care and relaxation, it must be set up the basic concepts like Functionality, Flexibility, Transparence and Material-Change. As the design solutions : - first of all the long counter must be divided into the independent places with character and function. - in accordance with the basic concepts functionality and flexibility each small counter must represent a one's own form language that is determined according to a given function and also open and flexible to the change of the situation. - the various kinds of display module are introduced to bring out the functionality and the aestheticity simultaneously. - to make a contrasting image to each other various materials are arranged on and around the counters.
