  • 본 논문에서는 실제 운용 중인 현장에서 노이즈 및 서지 신호를 측정 분석하여, 그 결과를 토대로 이들 노이즈 신호를 제거할 수 있는 접지시스템 및 내부 보호 설비를 제안하여 시공하였다. 실제 운용 중인 설비 내에 유도 흑은 침입하는 전원 계통의 sag, Swell, Transient, 서지 그리고 고조파와 같은 노이즈와 접지시스템을 통해 유입되는 다양한 노이즈 신호를 차단하여 빠르고 안전하게 제거하는 방안을 연구하였다. 이를 위해 운용 중인 설비의 다양한 노이즈 신호를 실측하였고, 실측된 결과로부터 전달 및 침입 경로를 예측하여, 기존 접지 구성 및 내부 배선의 문제점의 개선하고 노이즈 및 서지의 실제적 차단을 위한 접지시스템과 내부 보호 설비를 설계 제안하였다. 또한 설계 시뮬레이션 결과와 현장 시공 결과를 비교하여 제안된 설비의 성능을 확인하였고, 시공 후 설비 운용 중에 노이즈 및 서지 신호를 재 측정하여 기존 설비 운용시 측정했던 결과를 비교 분석하여 제안 보호 설비의 개선된 성능을 최종 확인하였다.

  • The induction motor is represented by nonlinear equations whose parameters are changing with respect to the slip-frequency, temperature, etc. The slip-frequency is effected by unknown load which is difficult to estimate on-line. Astable vector controller is designed with direct MRAC to improve the quality of the transient response. The unknown load is considered in this speed controller design, and tested by simulation. Also a flux controller is designed and tested to reduce the audible noise in this paper.

  • A digital controller with a low-power approach for point-of-load synchronous buck converters is discussed and compared with its analog counterpart to confirm its feasibility for system integration. The tri-mode digital controller IC in $0.35{\mu}m$ CMOS process is presented to demonstrate solutions that include a PID, quarter PID, and robust RST compensators. These compensators address the steady-state, stand-by, and transient modes according to the system operating point. An idle-tone free condition for ${\Sigma}-{\Delta}$ DPWM reduces the inherent tone noise under DC-excitation. Compared with that of the traditional approach, this condition generates a quasi-pure modulation signal. Experimental results verify the closed-loop performances and confirm the power-saving mechanism of the proposed controller.

  • Nickel-based and iron-based alloys have been developed and commercialized for a wide range of high performance applications at severely corrosive and high temperature environment. This alloy foam has an outstanding performance which is predestinated for diesel particulate filters, heat exchangers, and catalyst support, noise absorbers, battery, fuel cell, and flame distributers in burners in chemical and automotive industry. Production of alloy foam starts from high-tech coating technology and heat treatment of transient liquid-phase sintering in the high temperature. These technology allow for preparation of a wide variety of foam compositions such as Ni, Cr, Al, Fe on various pore size of pure nickel foam or iron foam in order for tailoring material properties to a specific application.

  • In this paper, we designed the circuit of drive control for towing winch. It is composed of reference voltage circuit for driving voltage reference, low pass filter circuit for noise reduction, dead zone circuit for initial transient input, and driving circuit for drum direction/velocity control. Also it is realized a drive control circuit for towing winch drum in accordance with PWM(pulse width modulation) method to suit it's purpose of a large capacity driving system. The performance of the designed circuit is analyzed by experiments and the appliablity for driving the towing winch drum satisfactorily is evaluated through a various testing.

  • This paper presents the h밍h performance [GBT type auxiliary jXlWer supply designt.'Cl by new concept. For t the simplification and higher performance, the direct :3 level PWlVl inverter using the high capacity IGBT and t the 32bit DSP are adopted. The cost as well as bulk and weight is appreciably reduced about 40% lower than t those of conventional one. the electrical efficiency above 94~) o and the audible noise level is less than 65dB. In a addition, the TIID(Total lIannonic Distortion) factor is below 5% an이 the voltage fluctuation on a transient s state is below 10%.w 10%.

  • A measuring technique for the fast transient high voltage is under development by use of laser source in order to substitute for the conventional measuring system which could bring about several technical inconveniences. At this moment, this work is aimed to construct a compact measuring system with the use of Pockels cell and specially designed voltage divider. This system is likely to enable us to measure the lightening impulse voltages at the level of 30kV, 50kV and 70kV. Throughout this work, qualified measuring devices are required to be developed for discriminating different kinds of noise from which the system should be protected.

  • The inverter for UPS system is required to satisfy pure sinusoidal output voltage with very low THD(Total Harmonic distortion). This paper proposes a TMS320c31 digital signal processor based predictive instantaneous control scheme of inverter. The proposed scheme is able to satisfy the conditions; high capability, high efficiency, low audible noise and robustness of inverter. The transient state characteristics of proposed inverter has been improved. in case of power failure or recovery, nonlinear load, sudden load change or parameters variations. Finally, the performance of the proposed inverter is shown and discussed by simulation and experiment.

Dynamic Response of Pneumatic Transmission Lines (공압 전달관의 동적 응답)

  • Transient analysis for compressible fluid flow has been performed experimentally and analytically to study the dynamic characteristics of the end volume transmission lines following a sudden pressure change a its entrance. The numerical method was developed based on the method of characteristics. The sudden pressure at its entrance was generated by rupture of diaphragm in a shock tube. The sudden pressure was used to obtain the response, as input signal for the numerical analysis. The response to the sudden pressure at the end volume was measured using a pressure transducer. The experimental result shows good agreements with the numerical result. The effects of tube length, its diameter and end volume magnitude are evaluated on the responses of the pressure and on the damping factor. It is found that the viscous damping effects on the response through the transmission pipeline becomes larger with increasing pi;eline length and decreasing diameter of the pipe and the fluid-elastic stiffness decreases with increasing the terminal volume. The numerical approach presented in this paper can be very useful in designing the instrument and control system.

  • Data analysis methods in lock-in amplifier based DLTS systems were discussed with regards to the signal-to-noise ratio and improvement of resolution of DLTS spectrum. The DLTS system based on wideband two-phase lock-in amplifier is shown to be the most preferabe for the studies in deep levels of low concentration. A single-temperature scanning DLTS methods in lock-in amplifier based system with the improved sensitivity is proposed. The method is tested on the characterization of deep levels in n-GaAs.
