A PDP(Plasma Display Panel) module consists of a discharge panel, a SMPS for power supply, driving boards for panel control, and a logic board. Driving boards supply high voltage pulses to induce glow dischargein the PDP panel. The electrical pulses excite the circuit elements and subsequentlyacoustic noises. The main sources of the noise in the circuit are the transformer of SMPS and the power MOSFET of driving boards, and the heat sinks often amplify the noise level. (omitted)

The author has studied histopathologically on the 24 cases of precancerous lesions 14 cases of benigh tumors and 3 cases of odontogenic cysts transformed to malignancy. The results are as follows: 1. On the 4 cases of leukoplakias, could observed precancerous changes such as hyperkeratosis, dyskeratosis and indistinct basement membrane. 2. The proliferative epithelium in the chronic inflammatory gingivitis, revealed precancerous conditions such as loss of polarity, mitotic figures with cellular pleomorphism and dyskeratosis. 3. The proliferative epithelial islands in the 2 cases of epitheliated dental granulomas could observe the cellualr malignancy. 4. Oral tuberculous lesions can become precancerous lesions inducing cancerous proliferation. 5. Oral benign tumors such as fibromas, salivary mixed tumors and ameloblastomas can be regarded as precancerous condition that the more recurrent they become the more likely they may be to transforme malignancy. 6. The proliferation of covering epithelium in the odontogenic cysts needs attention as its possible transformation to a precancerous condition.

In this paper, a novel and efficient discretization method of a continuous-time Takagi-Sugeno (TS) fuzzy system is proposed. Because of the highly complex and nonlinear interaction among the subsystems, it is very difficult to develop the discretized version of continuous-tine TS fuzzy system. More precisely, to obtain the suitable discretized version, it is necessary to solve two main problems: to discretize global state equations of the continuous-tine TS fuzzy system and to hold the polytopic structure after the discretization. This paper will show the solution to above two problems. Main key idea is to transforme the sampling period into the intersampling period. Finally, To show the feasibility and the validity of the proposed method, a computer simulation is provided.

The rotation-invariant pattern recognition filter using circular harmonic function of the wavelet transforme dsreference image by morlet, mexican-hat, and haar wavelt function is proposed. The rotated reference images, the images sililar to the reference image, and the images which are added by random noise are used for the inpt images, and in case of the input images with random noise, they are applied to the recognition after removing the random noise by the transformed moving average method with proper thresholding value and window size. The proposed optical wavelet circular harmonic matched filter (WCHMF) is a type of the matche dfilter, so that it can be applied to the 4f vander lugt optical correlation system. SNR and discrimination capability of the proposed filter are compared with those of the conventional HF, the POCHF, and the BPOCHF. The proper wavelet function for the reference image used in this paper is achieved by applying morlet, mexican-hat, and harr wavelet function ot the proposed filter, and the proposed filter has good SNR and discrimination capability with rotation-invariance in case of the morlet wavelet function.

Recently, as the piezoelectric transformer technology develops, piezoelectric transformer may become a variable alternative to magnetic transformers in various applications. Because it was have to favorable characteristics such as electromagnetic-noise free, compact size, higher efficiency, and superior power density, linkage flux, noiseless, etc. its resonance frequency was used to output waveform of a sine wave. In this paper, the switching mode power supply of about 87.2[KHz] is driven by the multilayer thickness vibration mode piezoelectric transformer and the DC to DC converter drive circuit using an electrical equivalent circuit is proposed. Also, it was possible to drive power source device of the high-luminance LED by propose circuits.

Depuis l'exposition mondiale 2012, la ville de Yeosu transforme remarquablement comme la ville touristique maraine $o{\grave{u}}$ on visit beaucoup, par la haute $d^{\prime}am{\acute{e}}nagement$ l'infrastructure pour son $d{\acute{e}}veloppement$. Pour cela, Yeosu, elle a besoin de programmes touristiques divers et de la $caract{\acute{e}}ristique$ $diff{\acute{e}}renci{\acute{e}}e$ de la $r{\acute{e}}gion$. On peut visiter des vestiages de la $r{\acute{e}}volte$ $arm{\acute{e}}e$ des villes de Yeosu et de Suncheon comme tourisme histoirique qui contient l'invasion japonaise en 1592, la $r{\acute{e}}volution$ paysan en 1894, $l^{\prime}activit{\acute{e}}$ de $r{\acute{e}}sistance$ contre Empire du Japon et la $r{\acute{e}}volte$ $arm{\acute{e}}e$ des villes de Yeosu et de Suncheon. Cette ${\acute{e}}tude$ a pour but de $d{\acute{e}}velopper$ le dark tourisme de Yeosu $apr{\grave{e}}s$ examiner son $applicabilit{\acute{e}}$ sur les vestiges. Pour cela, nous avons ${\acute{e}}valu{\acute{e}}s$ la $caract{\acute{e}}ristique$ de lieu des vestiges $fond{\acute{e}}s$ sur les conditions de vestiges et de tourisme de Yeosu. Nous avons aussi $essay{\acute{e}}s$ d'appliquer le dark tourisme, qui a les fonctions $d^{\prime}{\acute{e}}ducation$ et de symbole pour la $r{\acute{e}}gion$ $li{\acute{e}}e$ $\grave{a}$ l'histoire contemporaine, $\grave{a}$ des vestiges de la $r{\acute{e}}volte$ $arm{\acute{e}}e$ par la nouvel route touristique. Par ailleurs, nous avons besoin $d^{\prime}{\acute{e}}riger$ le Parc du $M{\acute{e}}morial$ de la Paix et le musee histoirique et de faire une loi $sp{\acute{e}}ciale$ pour la $r{\acute{e}}volte$ $arm{\acute{e}}e$ des villes de Yeosu et de Suncheon et de former le $comit{\acute{e}}$ consultatif touristique pour $d{\acute{e}}velopper$ le dark tourisme de Yeosu.
